Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had my daughters birthday party here. It was affordable and fun! So much that we ended up staying all day and my kids are already begging to return.

Personally, I go to this location all the time and I’ve always loved it. Some of the skaters tend to go really fast which can be cool for a newer skater to see. The staff is always really sweet and I’ve always liked them. The managers are always really nice as well, I’ve been coming to this location for about 3 years and have to admit I wouldn’t wanna go anywhere else.

Adult only night was right on time. Good music, lit grown environment! Gets packed so be on time or you will be late.

Love the adult night skate on Sundays although it gets a bit crowded. They have a real DJ (DJ Doughboy) so the music is way better then when its just a staff member. The staff is always really friendly. They recently refinished the skate floor and it is like new. Overall great place!

Great place for kids to skate and have fun. Staff is awesome and my kids love to play the games. I really hope they use a different Pizza because my kids feel sick everytime they eat the pizza their.

I was very disturbed when I came to the Skate City at about 8 p.m. . All the lights were off so nobody could see if the kids were being picked up safely or not. I would love to see the lights being on just until the children at least get picked up maybe by 8:30 train them out maybe even 8:45 but eight come on thats a little early.

Great fun, food and service. 6 year old Grandson had a great time for his birthday and was given a new pair of skates

Not much has changed since I was a kid. It is exactly as I remember it. We went for my sons birthday party and had a good time and experience. He is excited about his skates.

I love this place! The prices are pretty good although every time you will go it will be different pricing depending on the day and time you go. Although one time I got ripped off by the people working the register up front when you walk in. I gave then a $20 when they said it was $6 to get in and they forgot to give back my change and instead they thought to take one of my $10 bills when I didn’t realize it for there own belonging. All I have to say is be carful and watch your money when handing it over, same with a card!

I thoroughly enjoyed the skating atmosphere. A chill vibe, where all the adults (18+ on Sunday nights 8-10) are comfortable in there element and just having fun!I will definitely be back! I have to learn to ROLL!

Service was terrible, we had a birthday party and the employees where rude and unorganized. We bought our own cake.

We had my sons Bday party here. Our hostess, Cameron was fantastic. She checked in on us often and was such a great help when we needed her. The other staff (behind the desk) was great too. Everyone had a great time. Thanks so much!

The place was a little dated, but we had a blast skating with our kids. It wasnt too crowded and not too loud. Perfect thing to do when it is cold outside. We liked that parents skated for free on Saturday mornings. Plus, they had walkers for kids that couldnt skate very well for an additional charge. Well definitely do it again.

Taking my kids to Skate City never disappoints. Its a bit older and run down, but it does the job. The kids working there are very polite and helpful. As far as budget friendly fun this place is definitely more doable than places like lava island or spider monkey. Look for their deals like early days when parent skates free with kids or Sunday nights when you get free pizza with admission.

Yeah its a place of fun but I saw multiple people without mask and no hand Sanitizer . Even the staff aint had on no mask

The front door has a sign posted to wear masks, clearly nobody was wearing masks yesterday when I had my daughters birthday party. I asked several times why nobody was wearing them. Nothing changed. Even asked the manager and again... No changes. Wont be coming back.

Nice rink. good prices. Rental skates are in good shape. kids had a great time. Restrooms where clean. DJ little hard to understand but he is cool. Does a good job. Nice way to spend an afternoon.

3 stars for the cleanliness of the place. Although we arrived when they were first opening, it was clean, bathrooms included. I agree with the reviews that if you have little ones, BEWARE of the regulars that skate out of control and distracted (young and older). I literally had to shield my little one with my body when we were out skating. Also, too many games shutting down the floor to those that just want to skate. Do the limbo, hokey pokey and other games in the center and allow people that paid to skate to skate around the outside.

Took my kids to a fundraiser at skate city and had a good time. Bathrooms are not up to par. Line for food was long the whole time. 5 employees for over 200 people.

They are really great about hosting events for my son’s school. It’s a fun time for everyone. The in-line skates aren’t the best quality, so I recommend bringing your own if that’s your thing. My son ended up switching back to four wheeled skates because they were more comfortable. (He forgot his own in-line skates.) Staff is friendly and the music was appropriate for the kiddos. This is a great place for your school events.

They have really bad community service . They give really bad attitude .

It was my first time here. My husband and I went to the adults only night, and had a blast! It had been many, many years since either of us had gone roller skating. We had a couple falls, but that didnt take away from the enjoyment of the night. A pretty good, friendly group of folks there.

The mask wearing was not enforced there and that was disturbing

When the food came out I asked her if she can make an announcement with the DJ so my daughters guests knew the food was there. She came back & said “the DJ said he didn’t feel like it”. I rounded our guests on our own. When it was time for Cake & Ice Cream the server brought the ice cream out too early (the kids were still playing limbo) her response was usually it takes me longer to get this together to I’m just going to give it to the kids. Mind you we didn’t sing happy birthday let alone my daughter wasn’t there yet she when she decided to just start giving out Ice Cream. By the time the kids were done playing Limbo the ice cream was half way melted.Icing on the cake was they COMPLETELY cleared off our PAID RESERVED AREA about 15-20 mins BEFORE our 2hrs were up. A friend of mine came to find me to let me know the table was clear & our stuff was moved. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said they typically clear tables off to get ready for the next party 15 mins before the next session starts.So moral of the story was don’t expect a complete 2hrs for a party. Hope the DJ feels likes doing his job for the day & have patience when they rush you out of your paid event.Attached is what our table looked like with the time stamp to show we still had time before my guest were forced to leave.

Its so much fun and I love to go. Its great for partys and just skating the arcade us also a lot of fun and you can win great prizes. The games in the rink are all great and its very well managed. No complaints.

Went for a birthday party. It was very busy but everyone had a great time. Staff was great and made sure everyone was taken care of and the birthday boy had a great time.

This place is so cool I love it its really awesome and I can hang out with all my friends and family. The food there is fine and the staff is so cool and I really enjoyed the experience I loved it I recommend it. Therefore I rate it a 9 out of 10. I highly recommend it if you have a birthday coming up.

Some of the top level skaters dont follow the rules and wind up knocking down novices and little kids; if the staff was able to better control that element, it would be more approachable for the newbies.If you dislike Hip-hop / R&B, you wont like most of the music, especially for the late night sessions. That said, bring some headphones and youre good.Oh, and my kids love DJ Flight, hes a lot of fun.

One of the last roller skating rinks left. My kids love to go. I like it because its something that my friends and I did growing up. The do need new skates. Alot of the skates are not in very good shape but, a fun and reasonable in price. There arent to may places left for kids, teenagers and adults to go and have fun. This is that place!!!! I like skating here and everything but my last trip was different. I rented skates this time and they had very little ankle support. As I was skating, I slipped and fell. Now my ankle is broken. THANKS A LOT! I’m know incapable of walking or skating

Bought a Groupon 4 admissions with skate rental $16 they also had a pizza special $4 got 2 slices n drink. $32, 2 1/2 hours of skating and food. The adults didnt skate. But good outing for 6 people for the price. The lil girl in the pic will be back for her party. Birthday child gets FREE skates!

This place is ok I guess. You have to pay 5 dollars to get one of the helpers. But they are made of cheap PVC pipes and some glue. Also, the bathrooms are in need of some updating. You have to go in with your skates on, but this Skate City doesnt help with that. The other Skate City has railings and handles so that you can hold on to them. And its clean at the other one. I come here a lot for birthday parties and the food is good. You get ice cream and cake and pizza and any type of soda.

A great fun cheap activity for families was pretty packed but still fun.

Tried to attend family skate last evening, but I unfortunately my wife took a nasty fall trying to keep our daughter from falling, and seriously hurt herself on the first lap . The staff were to her aid almost instantly, and extraordinarily professional and friendly while helping us get our children situated safely and get my wife to the ER as quickly as possible, even going as far to bring the kids pizza to help take their mind of the scary situation. Thankfully my wife will be ok, and we very much appreciate the great folks at Skate City!

Had a groupon deal. Kids had a great time didnt want to leave. Arcade isnt anything great nor the food. Dj was fun and played games too. Limbo and such.

I scheduled a bday party for my kid a month ahead and despite the place’s policy of prohibiting entering foods from outside, I literally asked the manager I spoke with, Olivia, if I can bring my own food (pizza and cake) because I have religion guests who eat only kosher. Olivia said yes and that is fine due to religion reasons and she’s willing to make an exception. I didn’t make any online reservations on the order page for pizza or other food, besides the ice cream they offer in the package (which btw wasn’t served to us at all!)If Olivia would say no, it is absolutely prohibited, I would have said politely thank you, that’s ok, I understand and will look for a different location. But she didn’t!....On the day of the party, when I came to the location, we had already guests waiting there who came before us (We were late because We had to wait for our 5 boxes of kosher pizza to be ready, pick up the kosher cake, drive to the party location in a horrible snowy weather just to be almost kicked out with our food.It wasn’t the first time I had reserved a location to celebrate party for my kids that had the policy of not allowing food from outside but never had an issue after talking with the manager who agreed to make an exception and once I brought our pizza and cake, I always could bring along some small sides (salad or chips). The lady who attended us totally blocked our way saying this food stays here and we cannot bring it in. I explained to her that all was already agreed and discussed with Olivia, but after having quick phone call with Olivia who even wasn’t willing to speak directly to me, we were told that this is not true and that Olivia couldn’t agree on such a thing but only on one small kosher serving for the bday boy. Seriously??!! I said I have kosher guests, it doesn’t even make sense to bring one small serving.. it felt like they tried to offend our intelligence.We decided to put the salad and the chip away and as agreed just enter only the pizza and cake. But this lady denied and kept us standing ,kept our guests waiting, the kids crying asking for a guest pass and games card which I hesitated to give before deciding whether we are staying or leaving. This lady threatened to call the cops and even brought me to the point that I had to beg her and cry to understand me as a mother but it didn’t help, just until almost 40 min later when she said that they have decided to allow us enter the pizza & the cake with a condition of not having bday there or have our guests do bday bringing along their food as an example to us. Which was ridiculous for 2 reasons: firstly, what makes you think me or someone from our guests will come back to celebrate in this place again?! And secondly, what was the problem to begin in this manner in first place? Something like: “Yes, we’ll allow but only this time. Next time that won’t be allowed nor to your family neither to your guests’?!Why would you make us so sad and upset because your manager is lacking of communication skills ??...The only reason I’m giving 2 and not 1 star is because the kids had fun eventually and we were lucky to have an amazing girl who attended us and was the most kind and nice among their employees.I had huge expectations and even thou we were allowed eventually to enter, I had bad taste all night long and felt really bad my guests had to witness that. Are we gonna come back to skate? Unlikely..Are we gonna come back to celebrate or recommend this place for a bday parties? definitely not!

My 4 year old with Autism was having trouble transitioning out after the session. I explained to the manager what was happening and he said to take as long as we needed. He then disappeared and came back a few minutes later. At that point my son had sat on the floor and was in for the long haul. The manager sat with him and explained that he had a pass for him so he could come back for free another day. My son looked at him, took the pass, got up and happily walked out.We normally end up having to carry him out kicking and screaming.Thank you so much for being amazing. You brought tears to my eyes!

Ive been to skate city several times for various things. Today was the worst experience I have ever had. I was here today 7/20/19 from 2 pm -5pPm for a birthday party and the management and workers were far from professional and excellent. I dont blame those workers because poor leadership at the head trickles down to the body. We had a child who was injured and they did nothing to assist. I literally had to stop a manager from doing what she was doing to help and bring Isa (after the second time she was told what had happened to the child)Skate City has always been the place to go when I was a kid and the place to go to bring my younger family members too now that Im an adult, but I will definitely not be coming back to this skate city and will ensure that everyone I know doesnt have their parties here either.

Great place! Skates are in good shape, staff is very helpful and the $5 learn to skate items are super helpful! Two hours for a party seems short, but the pizza and party things are great.

Had my kids birthday party here and loved it. Great time and feedback from all. One of the parents who came ended up booking their kids party there a week or two later. They have everything you need and keep it low stress. Its also nice to flashback to my own childhood at the skating rink.

Great rink, only issue I had was the rental skates need to be maintained. The bolts that connect the boot to the wheels needed to be tightened. Otherwise great experience.

Great fun for young kids & tweens. Ive done at least 3 birthdays here and theyre fantastic! The kids really enjoy it, everything is taken care of by the staff & included in the cost of the party- which is actually pretty affordable, especially considering that they give the birthday child a brand new pair of roller skates!

My grandkids discovered roller skating and they love it. I bought them lessons so they can truly enjoy it

Weve had good experiences here before, but there some workers here are extremely rude. There was also no workers at the prize table, the food stand, and the skate rental area. I waited for at least 20 minutes to get skates and they got angry when I just grabbed them off the table. Then after waiting another 20 minutes for an employee to see us at the food stand, and then they get my order completely wrong. I would enjoy being here more if the employees would actually do their job.

Myself and the kiddos enjoyed this skating rink. Staff was pretty friendly and the crowd was nice and pleasant. Not super crowded, which was even better. My 2 year old was able to skate and play without being ran over. My 8 year old had a great time, as well.We ordered pizza and it was pretty good! Staff was nice, too...and place was pretty clean.Purchased summer pass so the price was reasonable. Only $1 to skate.Nice family summer fun for low priceWe will definitely be back
