My son enjoys his time at Achieve. The staff (front office and coaches) tend to seem bothered, like irritated by the kids and the job they need to do.

The staff and coaches here are wonderful! I can always get the information I need quickly from the front desk. I love going to open gym.

My 4 (almost 5 year old) has been going to Achieve for a year now. She has made lots of practice and loves it! Her coaches are friendly and find fun ways to make the activities fit their interest and learning needs. For example, Ms. Brittany has done a color theme one week and a fun 4th of July theme in the summer. My daughter always asks to go to open gym for extra time on the equipment. Weve met lots of people through Achieve and are feeling the community welcome us in. In the spring, Achieve hosts an Expo to showcase what competition is like. My daughter loved the chance to perform for us. I highly recommend for kids who are interested in being active, learning the basics, and having fun.

Both of my daughters 7 and 4 attend Achieve. We have almost been there for a year and have enjoyed every session. Ms. Natalie and Ms. Elena are the girls coaches and they are incredible! They make sure to make my girls feel special and are sure to give them the individual attention they need when working on there skills. They are so sweet and always remember the girls names and encourage them every step of the way. We couldn’t be happier. The staff is always helpful with questions and billing and the parent portal is very easy to navigate and understand. Communication is never an issue messages are always shared by coaches or through email. Have even recommended them to other families!

Great gym and employees here - we have been going here with our daughters for a few years and also had a birthday party here. It has been great for us - our girls knew nothing coming in here and have progressed a lot. Clean environment and very positive for young kids.

I was one of Alan and Lisas gymnasts for years before I started working for Achieve. They have created a culture that treats every participant and family with integrity and respect. Collecting such a talented group of coaches who genuinely care about the girls and the sport is so hard. In my mind, the amount of gymnasts we have come back as coaches speaks volumes to what we are about. As a result, we have fantastic gymnasts with a lot of talent and great attitudes that are part of our program. Without a doubt, the Achieve Family will always be part of my life.

I think this place is great if you enroll in the Dragonflies class (especially with Jenna or Nicki). And I think it must be great if you have a high school girl who is SERIOUS about gymnastics as evidenced by watching their competitive teams practice with Alan- the head coach. UNFORTUNATELY, I have no idea how aspiring gymnasts who are younger girls get to this level because some coaches DO NOT instruct the kids on how to get better at certain skills. My daughter was ignored for most of her classes (large girl to coach ratio) or given one line instructions on how to improve such as, get stronger arms to do a handstand. Do push ups. Lift weights. Really?! She is 6! We even tried to buy additional clinics hoping shed get the attention she needed to LEARN the steps to master skills and it was the same thing with a much more crowded gym since these clinics are in the evening and the high school girls are there working on 3/4 of the gyms equipment. Coaches almost seem to single out girls who show promise and ignore the rest. I see one coach helping 1 girl one on one then another coach with 7 girls?? And please do not get me started on how many times my daughter was signed up for the wrong class with the wrong ages, the wrong clinic etc. A few mistakes- fine. I am understanding, but it never improved for us at this place with the front desk staff or the coaches past Jenna teaching Dragonflies. If anything my daughter lost her love for gymnastics :(

My 9 yr old daughter was excited to try out gymnastics this summer because she had attended open gym a few times. First lessons seem to go great, but the last few she complained about her coach not supporting her enough and she landed on her head one week and hurt her ankle another week. After that my daughter was too afraid to go back. Office manager didn’t seem to think this qualified for a refund of the weeks she was to afraid to go. My advice, make sure your child has some experience in gymnastics, this place is not for beginners.

I loved gymnastics and all the coaches. We all were very close. I was very serious, in one of the top levels. I miss gymnastics so much, especially here at achieve. The only reason I knocked off a star is because of how overpriced it was. I had to quit because we couldnt afford it anymore.

Unfortunately I dont think this place is great. I have a 4 year old son that I enrolled into classes, and every week I witnessed them not helping my son, not guiding him or anything that it seems they do with the girls. At first I thought that maybe that was their way of letting the kids get used to be the environment but after 3 weeks of watching the same thing over and over thats just how most of the young girls teaching the class are.

I was advised it was my daughters time to advance up to the next class, next level, after getting to the new class they determined that was incorrect and she shouldve told stayed in her previous class. So we advised to place her back into her old class. They said they couldnt because the class was full, amd her spot was gone, and that was that. So your coaches, employees mess up and didnt evaluate her correctly and now NO spot. Skip this place.

My son and his friends really enjoy doing flips and tumbling and are always asking to go to open gyms. They deicided to try this one and were very upset and angry. As i was watching them flip, the coaches were constantly critiquing everything they did. The boys were clearly getting annoyed because they were just trying to have fun. The coaches were beggining to influence the girls and they soon began making fun of my boys and being very rudeand quite sexist. Later on, as the boys were having fun and doing flips into the foampit, the girls began throwing the foam at them and making them mess up. The coach watched it all happen without saying a word, but right as one of my boys threw a foam block at one of the girls, the coach got mad and told them to pick up all of the blocks that the girls threw out of the pit. The girls soon began crouding them and saying some very disrespectful things involving disabilities and race. I was very upset when it ended and they came out very frustrating saying that we werent coming back. I considered confronting the coaches and tell them that this is not okay. These people have no respect for others preferences and are very sexist to the boys here. Open gyms are supposed to be fun and free, we did not come to get insulted and singled out. I would never recommend bringing your boys or kids to this gym because they are very rude. I was very upset and angry.
