It’s no good my nephew lives there and they are no good when it rains the water goes up and there are rude people there that likes to run there mouth but they want say it to the mother face they say it to the kids

Well I go there to have group fun.

This place is a joke, resort nothing close too it. Over 200.00 a week for mold falling threw floors and walls falling out. Best thing is to not waste your hard earn money.

I feel they should be kept up and maintain better i was looking for a place to rent so i visited a friend

Wouldnt recommend the maintenance people dont do their job half the time they ask to much for what its worth they ask 1000 a month for terrible maintenance and some of the trailers a/c work the people that live here are ok their are some drugs users here some play loud music after 10pm they say the spray for rodents put it doesnt seem that way at all they havent sprayed in months

Dump, discusting and not maintained for the residents, mold problems.

Lived here for 7 months. Went most of that time with NO air conditioning, threatened with eviction after getting behind with rent 1 week, and after a mandatory evacuation was issued due to Hurricane Irma (and telling the property manager that we were evacuating), all my things that were left behind were taken out back to the fire pit and destroyed. She didnt even give us a chance to get back to get anything.PHOTOS OF THE INTERIOR SHOWN ARE NOT OF TYPICAL RESIDENT HOMES!!!! THEY ARE OF THE MANAGERS MOBILE HOME. HERS IS KEPT UP WHILE RESIDENT HOMES LOOK PUT TOGETHER BY A KINDERGARTNER.

We have had large family gatherings here many times. Close to Olde Town.

Been out here for4years now and love it! Everybody is nice especially to my kids. Yeah maintenance can run a lil slow but when you have 70units and people who rent out a trailor move out and leave behind damage and trash everywhere what do you expect? Very family friendly. The manager makes sure kids have plenty to do! Especially around holidays! I would definitely recommend this park to anybody!. Like i said Ive lived out here for 4years. And to the people who say its roach infested mustve lived dirty. Never had one roach problem!

I live here in 21 Palms Resort. I stay to myself alot, but when I go for a walk, everyone is friendly. They accept pets which was the selling point for me ! Disabled and a single mom, I have had no problems with anyone. I really like it here...oh yeah and very affordable !!

This place has really just went to yuck over the years! And for what they want to rent it out for, is way over for what your actually renting! Not a good choice.

Extremely rude managers and nasty area. lots of big holes in driving areas.

Horrible!!!! Drugs and k2 smoking and selling everywhere and if you get even a little behind on rent they take your a.c from you!! If your a.c breaks goodluck getting it fixed. They dont wanna fix anything. Drama drama and gossip all over!! You get kicked out also if you get behind but are trying to catch it up but yet drug users get to stay and do whatever they want.. it was good at first but it has become bad!! I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Not a place to visit or live. Rundown homes, dirty premises

I have to say it probably the most low down place ever my grandma lives here and for 6months now shes been trying to get them to fix her place but they havent did anything except pull her carpet out she still has a broken window she had to try to fix her self the best she can because the mosquitoes are so horrible. They dont care about none of the people that stay their! Some resort someone has to stand up to these low life people.

This place is anything but a resort. Its a slum dump of rental trailers that have been there for over 20 years.

This place is a mobile home Park where the have split double wide trailers into 2 places to live. Very slow on maintaining anything that breaks.

1 only cause zero isnt an option. Management just gossips all day with her clique and changes rules more than a germaphobe washes their hands.

I have lived here about 10 months and anytime Ive had a problem its been addressed right away. I am happy to call this place home!

Small units for the cost. Also regular maintenance does not seem to be high on the priority list by the person/people that manage the daily running/management.

It floods in between homes when it rains hard they never fix anything due to owner is a slum lord n dosent want to pay anyone to do maint so they get a down on there luck in the park to do it for free rent n it seems they never know what there doing its full of crack heads,pill poppers,loud music players fighting n a manager that helps the owner oppress people if your a/c breaks down you will be waiting n sweltering in the heat for days because once again the owner dont wanna pay to have it fixed n since you cant open windows when it rains n no screens on windows to keep the mosquitos out you surfactant the floors are rotting out the roofs are caving in n the houses are ate up with black mold they dont pick up trash n rarely mow grass you cant get up set with n express your anger for the suffering they cause you its n the lease but the manager can talk to you like your a piece of crap that means nothing they also lie telling you they have a hotel lisc so they can kick you out anytime they want but they dont have one been expired for yrs n yrs n yrs etc.... They cant get one cause they cant meet the requirements to get it dont believe the lies fight them they do this n get away with it cause most of the people in here are to scared or there on probation or fresh outta prison or hiding from something so they dont make waves then you got just poor people down on there luck n going threw hard times n are beaten down I know iam the latter n have suffered here for 3 years so I know if you can do yourself a favor dont come here you will regret it trust me

Roach infested crack neighborhood!!!! Refused to give deposit back after I paid 250 for pest control AND LEFT THE PLACE CLEANER THAN WHEN I MOVED IN!

Had a chance visit to this place with my Lyft driver who lives nearby. This place is close to a lake and seemed pretty good from that perspective.

Not a travel Resort. This is a mobile home park that is run buy a slumlord piece of s***. This place should be condemned. Its a shame that people and their children are made to live like this but I guess for some it always just be about the money.

Only half a double wide to live in, 195 a week, mosquitoes everywhere, the air went out once every month we were there.and if your kicked out or leave and you leave something behind, they take the stuff out to a pit and light it on fire. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE
