TPF has been a blessing. They really challenge me in a good way, to be the healthiest I have ever been in my life. I appreciate the positive encouragement at the school and the never give up attitude they help instill in you. It is a great place to train and get yourself going in the right direction!

My family has enjoyed learning and being more physically active together at TPF. The skills learned go well beyond self defense.

TPF is family owned providing a family friendly environment with classes for all ages. TPF offers an active after school program with ten full hours of real class time! Summer camp is just as educational and student-teacher ratio is is well balanced.The is professional and never pushy. Trial classes are available so there is never any buyers remorse.

Instructors that have great talent and skills in both Dance and Taekwondo. My daughter loves the tap classes!
