Northern Sierra is an amazing swim organization. My boys didnt start until ages 8 and 10, the progress and accomplishments they have made in such a short period of time is astonishing. These accomplishments are not only on swim times but self confidence, goal setting, and feeling like part of a team and family. The coaches are amazing! Cant say enough about my personal experience with Coach Daryn, Coach Tracey and Coach Lisa. I hear great things about Coach Ethan but havent had much direct experience yet. I am so glad that we found them, their dedication to each swimmer individually and as a unit is excellent.

It appears that all they care about is competitive swimming. Forget them if you want to train on your own or just swim laps!
