Nice selection of various automobiles, some of which you dont see in other museums very often. Many were donated, some loaned, but all very interesting. Loved the GM Futurliner! Everyone has a favorite car here. In the lower level is the largest collection of trucks of every sort I have ever seen. I particularly enjoyed the 5 different generations of Oil Delivery Trucks dating from about 1920 through about 1970. And then am entire room filled with model cars and trucks! And Pedal cars! If you like cars and trucks, dont miss this gem right next to the Auburn Duesenberg Cord Museum.

Very interesting! Really enjoys all of the cars. They had the same mustang my husband has for his first car! The racing Mac truck on the lower level was interesting. The parade of progress was neat. I never had heard about it before.

Family took our Dad her for 84th birthday, ages 6 to 84 and everybody enjoyed it alot.I will definitely be back to Auburn to check out all the other museums in town.Definitely worth price to get in and if you have time you can get a discount if you tour both museums ( auburn, cord, duesenberg). This museum has a nice selection of different types of vehicles and different things associated with automobiles and truckes, even an old snow mobile type vehicle. Museum can get kinda hot and muggy on hot summer days, especially in some of exhibits but I think that just adds to the nostalgia of the place, museum is in old building where vehicles were designed and built, its such an interesting place in an interesting town with lots of interesting history. If you never been to Auburn Indiana go check out some of the museums, well worth it and you wont be disappointed.

Great collection of trucks, of all makes, plus many interesting old cars too. This museum is right behind the ACD Museum, make sure to put time in your schedule to see both while in the area. Old machine tools too. Time well spent. Nice Gift Shop too, something for everyone.

Wow, even the smell just like the old garage is coming the great old days. They had so many different vehicles oh, so now I have never seen before. I thought it would take about an hour maybe two, to get through it...Took me almost 4. LOL.Recommended to any classic car and truck enthusiasts. What fun!

They have an amazing collection of cars, trucks, and diecasts. There are a lot of rare cars, trucks, and machinery that you wont see anywhere else. I collect diecast cars myself and it was really cool to see their vast collection of classic car diecasts. Dukes of Hazzard is my favorite television show and it was a cool experience to see a car that was used during the filming of the show. They have a 1981 Delorean, which is one of my favorite cars. Those are rare cars to begin with, and it was one of the very small handful that came from the factory painted. There are two floors of cars and trucks to explore. My one drawback is that I was hoping to get a couple diecasts from their store, but they didnt have a good selection.

Beautiful restoration and preservation of the original Auburn-Cord factory by repurposing it as a fascinating museum. Learn about the building and the company, but also enjoy the cars and trucks. They have a special relationship with International Harvester/Navistar, Checker Motors, and others to get concept cars and other rare vehicles. Lots of fun!

Cannot say enough good things about this museum. The cars have a great history, as does the building. Dave Yarde, the Director caught me and a friend walking around and personally shared some of the history of the building and the cars with us. It was a LIFETIME memory I will never forget! Thank you so much for the kindness and some great car talk!Dave is definitely someone who loves what he does, we could have talked for hours I am sure. If you get anywhere close to Auburn, make some time to stop and see this place!Big thanks from the guys from Dallas!

Great museum. Not quite as showroom swanky as the Duesenberg museum on the same grounds, but more like entering a mechanics garage and seeing his awesome collection of unique cars and trucks. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is that they had a number of cars without any information. I like to read something about each car. Plan to spend 1-2 hours here.

We highly recommend this museum! Visited the Auburn museum the day before and not sure which was better. Dont let the gift shop and first area of the museum fool you. Beautifully restored vehicles from many eras, all under one roof. Many historically important automobiles, gas tanks, and other memorabilia. Great place to spend a couple of hours!

Landmark reviewOn a whim before the pandemic, we bought a groupon to this museum. It seem that the Duesenberg museum is the classier museum in this area, however given the groupon we decided to make a trip out here to check it out. I would agree with the other reviewers that it is more of a multi-level garage with cars and trucks everywhere. There is definitely a musty smell in some areas, but what do you expect it is a vintage auto museum. Overall there is quite a selection of cars to see including the delorean. I wish they would have more signs and information about certain cars, but for a carfanatic this can be your place to visit. The staff was super friendly at the front and even gave a little keep sake for the kids!

Video of Superliner (?) restoration was excellent! Model car exhibit, while extensive, needs work but wasnt the high point of our visit. Cars on display werent displayed well as there needs to be better signage and organization. Dont know if there is a paid manager but volunteers, while they are well-meant, need better guidance. Doesnt merit the $10 per person fee.

Amazing collection of classic trucks, cars, and more. They have an awesome collection of racing semi trucks with videos of the trucks themselves being played on a television for each truck. Tons of information is available for every display, many displays are interactive, and the displays are grouped nicely for recognition different types of vehicles or moments in history such as design trends. Definitely visit here if youre at the museum next door!

A great find while out exploring a new city!My husband loves cars, and we found this on GroupOn while on vacation to occupy a few hours. I dont know what expectations I had, but they were exceeded.Walk in to a nice gentleman working a gift shop. We paid for admission, were given a small history and a map, and started to explore. Were from Detroit, home of the big 3, motor city.So we excited to see all these cars from Auburn Car Company. A native company in Indiana. There were so many small display cases with models. And then another building with real cars, vintage. The cool addition were the scene replicas set up around the buildings. Two floors in one building.Coolest thing is one of THE buildings is an old part of the Factory. Also, it is sooo clean. Its rare to find someplace so old, but not one spec of dust.I had to commend the guy. Please go here. Its so worth it.
