I go there every year since 2005 for Thanksgiving dinner.However...with the China flu, only the BSB restaurant was serving a traditional Thanksgiving dinner along with pumpkin pie.Yes, it was good.

Hadnt been here in a while. Had family visiting from out of town. Decided to have dinner at the buffet. Saw that it was closed off for remodel. Then headed to Asia 8 but that was also closed off. Decided to leave and plan to come back after the remodel. Gave 3 stars though because family were amazed at the size of it and the space for potentially more games. Overall, its a work in progress. Will be back later.

The floor crew and security are very helpful. EQC used to be my favorite until I got food poisoning from almond chicken with my fiance a day Ill never forget and the rude lady that said I had a virus she said food poisoning doesnt set on within 2 hours of eating, even though she works in food service she knows that food born illness takes at least a day to start. Blow smoke up someone elses. Muck is my face, now.

Clean and inviting casino. It was my first time going to this casino. I would definitely return, taking the global pandemic serious and I really appreciate that.

Most machines were dated... But added to the classic gambling feel. Most of the place was under renovation so not too much to see. There was a side that had really nice, new and modern machines with stylish features that Id never seen before. Overall it was a good experience.

Theyre remodeling so theyre getting new better vegas style machines and all for what will eventually be a massive hotel/casino. Cant wait!!!!! ;)

I think during Covid-19 pandemic that Casinos should be shut down as well. I had fun with a friend, Yet Muckelshoot Casino dies not let You Win. On any machines. It would have been more fun to Win.

This is just not a casino for me. It sucked there. I expected the inside of the building to be more up to date and they dont have enough Triple Dragon machines

We go to the muckleshoot at least once a week for the past 5 years. After tonight we wont be coming back. Rude mask enforcement in between sips of our $24 drinks but you can sit in the restaurant without one. No one here because of the rudeness Im sure. Tried to go outside to have a cigarette and they told me I was in the wrong area of outside. Bye Bye Mucks, well give our money to Snoqualime.

I love what theyre doing so far in the construction and remodeling of this casino. Maybe they were as tired and restless of the old layout as I was or maybe not all I know is so far so amazing!! I cant wait to stay in their hotel. They have really shaking things up a bit in a great way strategically utilizing all the space of the building revamping the old layout and feel from trashy to well on their way classy with a very spacious feel even on the busiest nights. They managed to keep going and continuously show they know they would be nothing without the customers and did it with grace and poise through the pandemic and all they have managed to maintain a 95% wonderful staff including the security at the doors. They all have a family feel that includes you not excludes u. Very welcoming on most days with amazing staff who shows they care about both customers and employees. The restaurants are awesome especially the teriyaki at the food court. Dont get me wrong the 24hr deli and Mexican place are good too I just personally think u get both quantity and quality eating there and when ur living on the edge of broke broke broke like me thats am ideal eatery plus I love that my earned free play points can be spent pretty much anywhere inn the casino.I loved the old players club system but I really really dont like the new one. I mean this is my chosen casino and the only casino who told me I didnt earn enough to receive a birthday gift!! Like hold up!!!! First off I never had to earn a birthday GIFT!!! THATS WHY ITS CALLED A BIRTHDAY GIFT CUZ ITS A GIFT YOU GET FROM OTHERS FOR IT BEING YOUR BIRTHDAY!!! obviously Im still a bit hurt and upset by this but Im hopeful theyll make it up in the future.

Well Im here probably once a week I have always enjoyed coming to Muckleshoot since the first time 20yrs ago!! I cant wait for the hotel to open. To anyone who is visiting this part of Washington and wanting to try there luck I would definitely recommend Muckleshoot Casino or Snoqualmie Casino

Has smoking and non smoking areas. Tons of slot Machines. Tons of tables with black jack, spanish 21, various types of poker, craps, roulette, etc. On the house soft drinks, all you can eat buffet as well as a couple other restaurants, and a deli/cafeteria type place in the center of it all. They have a stage area for concerts and shows with a bar surrounding it. Staff is always nice. Cant go wrong going here If you want to have fun while losing your money. Lol

Fun place to go. Big casino with many slots, and table games. Smoking and non smoking sections, off track betting, keno, loyalty rewards, food, etc. Not sure if they have a hotel right now but they are doing remodeling so could be in the works. Handicapp accessable.

Go to this Casino cause its the closest to me. Clientele can get a little shady some days. My girlfriend had a guy pestering her but he was harmless... when they had the free beverage bar you can tell tweakers go in for the freebies.Other than that we always have a good time and once they finish with the much needed remodel it will be much nicer.

We were surprised at all the thousands of upgrades at the casino on the floor in the air on the walls and the thousands of updates to come We were there at Thanksgiving 2020 and it was a new experience and profitable.

This casino always feel like home to me and it always will. The food is ALWAYS good and people are ALWAYS GOLDEN!! Win or lose, I love going there!

This was my first visit to a casino in the state of Washington since moving here in January and it was a unique experience. I like to go into casinos every once in a great while with a strict budget. Sometimes that means I play a lot and sometimes it means it goes very quickly. I chose to bring in $40 this time. What happened to be a moment of miscommunication on how the ticket system works led to someone stealing my printed ticket for my winnings of over $100. I hit the assistance button on the machine and tech support was there right away, they called a manager and security. They took all of my information and within 30 minutes they caught the person who had stolen my money and got them to return all of my funds!Employees overall there are very nice, the staff at the byob/taco facility recommended all sorts of nice things to try!The only down side is that parking can be confusing and finding the entrance to the casino was a bit of a headache. There are no signs in the elevators so you dont know which floor you need to get off to find the entrance, I think it would be helpful to add that (I just followed a few people who told me they knew where they were going). Another thing to note is that a lot of the hand sanitizer stations were empty and considering theres no one wiping down stations its really important for us to have access to during rising cases during this pandemic. The restrooms were really clean though and their 3 in 1 sinks are pretty neat!Overall I went in with $40 and left with $215 just from playing slot machines. It was a lot of fun and I was probably there for a good 3 hours. I hope to get to visit again one day ️

ATM fees are being charged again and at a higher rate than everywhere else on the planet!! ATM fees WERE being waived during construction for us having to deal with the inconveniences and such. WELL construction is NOT done and yet we are getting charged these outrageous ATM FEES. Cant wait until construction is over!!REMOVE ATM FEES AGAIN!!! PLEASE.

Lots of food choices. Its under expansion so you have alot of real estate to cover especially if you are like me and like to walk around and randomly play the games. Huge non smoking sections as well as smoking. I would come here occasionally. Not bad at all. Except if I lose my money!!

Always a good time when you walk in to play 200 and leave with almost a rack (1k). Thanks to my wonderful wife showing me cool paying game that just don’t want to stop. Great time.

Would have given this place a five star review but the players club service people apparently dont work past midnight and my card was locked when I needed the funds. Had to go wait in the cashier line which wasnt that bad but it seems theyve got enough ppl there to work the players club, why not?

Muckleshoot is usually a good time. They look like they’re in the middle of some renovations and like they have recently added a ton of new games/machines which is always nice! One thing I would say I am not a fan of at all is the way they have the ticketing/credits as ad the cash out separate on their smoking and non-smoking games. So you are unable to use a ticket with credits from the smoking in the non-smoking games

Theres a reason Casinos haggle make a ton of money!Consider it entertainment. Set aside what you want to spend and stick to it... thats one of the many ways they get you. If you win big walk. Dont pay, its not free money ever.Fun place occasionally. Havent tried the hotel?

It was nice. The setting was great. But they are doing a lot of construction. Table games were open tho. Whats up with the lack of free drinks? And all self serve soda/ Coffee stations are closed.

Dont ever loose your phone or misplace anything here. Security will only walk with you to the last machine youve played which of course whatever you have lost wont be there any more. Super ghetto and I never win here either

Paying for the hotel and remodel the theifs dont want to pay the guest to. Empty! with the few people who were there knows it as well..Theifs were in jackpot theifmode...

I am not a gambler!!! But my friends that i hadnt seen in a year wanted to go so i went. We ate at BSB bar and the food was phenomenal. Service was very professional!! I lost some money and i won some money and then we left. It was a fun experience! Wish there was some other stuff to do. Maybe a show or arcade or gift shop. The place is under renovation!

My girlfriend and I went to the casino on a Sunday night for a little entertainment. We were in the non smoking section. My girlfriend sat down to a machine and a drunk belligerent man started harassing her. He was being very vulgar and threatening. I went to security to ask for help with the situation. There idea of helping was going to the man and asking him to not do it anymore and let him keep gambling. My girlfriend and I could not believe this was all that was going to be done so we decided to leave. When leaving the casino I told security we will go somewhere we can feel safe one of the female guards started mauking me and used her arms to shoo us away. We will never go back to this casino.

Well got to say this casino has turned into a state of the art las Vegas style type of place with all the bells and whistles. Great promotions and very clean.

Slots were tight both times Ive went here and parking could be better. Drinks are expensive (imo) for a casino and they are measured exactly, so no heavy pours here. Table game employees seemed friendly enough. Just overall a sub par experience. Food Ive had here is pretty standard too.

Casino in was fine over all. Just be aware that if you play slots in smoking and non smoking you wont be able to use the same ticket at each place. They have it divided and is inconvenient.

I thought that I read it would be all non smoking when it reopened but its not. The remodeled bathrooms are wonderful. But its very difficult to get help when you turn a light on a machine you are trying to play. And you rarely encounter friendly attendants when they do come or pass you as you go by. As, Im sure, most...Id like to win once in a while. I rarely see hand pays.

I won $1000 it was a good night, I was surprised to find out that I had freeplay on my players card. I have never had freeplay from this casino. This casino is growing, there were many slot machines choices. The pizza was very good as well.Thank you muckleshoot casino and staff.

Been here multiple times and used to frequent at least twice a week until recently. Ever since they started doing their remodel, they do nothing but take your money. Before it started i was at least able to play on a couple hundred dollars for a few hours. Now i can go through 400$ in a matter of 20 minutes playing the 1 cent machines at $1 bet or less. Wont be coming here anymore

Anytime i win, i love this place. Anytime i lose i hate it. The best thing about it is the way the points system is set up. Just like a credit card. You put in your pin. They look at your id & you can eat whatever they have inside the place. They have sweet potatoes fries. Good pizza. Sweets. Coffee. & you dont have to sit there calculating how much you have left to use like when you claim your eqc points at only 1 restaurant in the place. Thats what turns me off at emerald queen.

Dont park your car in the garage, the last two times Ive been there our car was broken into! Stole my tools, my friends purses and my brand new LeBron James shoes the first time, the second time all my brothers diabetes meds and his backpack with his clothes in it were taken, along with my friends purses FOR THE SECOND TIME IN TWO WEEKS! Screw that place, worse thing is is that security wont even review the security cameras! I give them a half a star if I could, the reason I gave them two is because they can appeal one stars and get them removed! Bottom line is, dont go there unless you want your car broken into and the casino to do absolutely nothing.

Worst customer service ive ever encountered in my life multiple times. Staff is very rude especially the security gaurd who thinks hes super cop on his bike. Friend was rushing me to leave and ended up getting there from olympia only to realize i grabbed my wallet and not my i.d friends said they wouldnt be long phone was dead so i had no way to get ahold of them. Ended up sitting in the car waiting when he first came up and talked to me i explained the situation and he said ok just checking and rode off. Well they took way longer than i thought they would (they wouldnt page them that early in the morning for some reason) and he came back and freaked out on me like it was my fault. Mind you i was minding my own buisness not bothering anyone. I wasnt happy about them taking so long either. So i explained again the situation and asked if he could please page them he told me i had enough time to do that and if i didnt have i.d i had to get off the property. First he never told me i had a time limit the first time i talked to him. I also told him i didnt have my i.d the first time he didnt say i couldnt be there. Super rude all of a sudden for no reason. So with a dead phone at like 430 5am in the cold i had to walk around auburn which i was not familiar with at all at the time hoping my friends would find me after only leaving a note not sure where id be ended up walking around auburn for 5 hours until the awesome couple who works at metro pcs let me charge my phone and was able to get ahold of another friend to come get me and take me back to olympia. Screw muckleshoot nothing but rudeness any time ive asked for help from their staff. They all just stand around doing nothing and cant take a second to help a customer. What a joke that place is!

Not as fun as it used to be but thats partly to the pandemic. They have taken a lot of time to remodel so its still kind of a mess inside. Machines are not paying well lately. We have better luck at the Fife EQC.

Banquet Room - Corporate PartyService was excellent. Catered food was pretty tasty and smelled inviting. Room was very nice! Tables set beautifully.The sound from the casino was never heard... interestingly enough. Lighting was perfect!Cash bar was well stocked and bartender pleasant and professional. Very pleased with my experience. I had never been to Muckleshoot before.Valet was quick and effortless -- very pleased with that service as well!

Lots of new games hard to find one thats less than $0.75 though and they took the French dip off the Deli menu no bueno

Very nice and clean. Separate sections for smoking, updated bathrooms . Has a chrome sink appliance that puts out soap, water, and dry air for your hands. Touch less.

Great place to gamble. So no need to go to Vegas or Reno. Stay local.

They are currently renovating and will be opening a hotel in 2021. The new good court is open and the food is great. There are many new areas also opening up and the new buffet restaurant is scheduled to open in March of 2020.

It is a very good casino, the only problem is that when you collect a ticket if you have coins left over, they dont give them to you or they ask you to donate them or go with a cashiers

I like how funky the place is and the huge beer garden. Its a must stop for a beer when traveling through the area. The staffing is always at a minimum so dont expect fast service if you want to get in and out in a timely manner.

Slots were fun, but now since covid they are way too tight.

I like that security dont harass u . If I want to take a break and sit and charge my phone without being harassed I can.

Went today for first time in 3 months for my free play. Waste of my time!!!! Out of$ 100 in free play I got $14.00! No espresso/ coffee stand. Food options were a joke . Deli at food court with very limited options and the most plain rubber burger I have ever eaten. The Wok still has the owner dishing up a teaspoon of fried rice and one spoon full of the entrees!! The fried rice looked like it was from yesterday and he still did not want to give it out. ?? No matter what you choose it all tastes the same.Also did not see any employees wiping anything down. We won’t be back for quite awhile. Would have been nice if Mucks would have given the entire months free play at once if they are really safety conscious. Very disappointing.

This place has changed since the virus I know the games well and I play a lot everywhere mostly west of the Rockies I have seen and people beside me have watched the screen flip on me and take away what would have been a winning spin. This place is straight trash you would be better off putting your money in the blender turning it on for 3 minutes then trying to put the money back together because you will get the same results. Place is great! They gave me my poker bonus from March, which I wasnt thinking Id ever get. Took them a little time to dig around to find everything, but its understandable given theyve been closed the past 3 months.

Biggest yes, but not as nice as the new EQC down the road. Non smoking at the moment too.

The parking garage is a mess trying to drive around in all directions. No one is monitoring the direction of the car flow.I finally found a spot to park but didnt feel safe parking so close to other cars.So, I left and drove to the New Emerald Queen in Puyallup, Wa.I got to enjoy my time at Emerald Queen.Maybe I will try Muckleshoot at another time.

First off, the voucher system is messed up. You have to be in smoking only or non smoking because the money voucher wont work in each others or they dont even work in the proper section at all. I spent a good portion of the night trying to cash in my tickets. It was way over crowded, not enough crowd control or dividers. Overall, our experience was very Frustrating. Rather go to the new emerald queen. Hopefully it will be better once the remodel is done.

This place is still under some construction ,but is truly like they say the biggest in the Northwest. I very much enjoyed playing here. And the bathrooms are state of the art.

I like the variety of machines. It would be nice if there were more employees so when you need help at a machine you wouldnt have to wait sooooo long.
