I visited this place and my kids loved it. It was brightly lit, no weird smells, there was someone on the floor helping to monitor. There was an arcade area and bathrooms (clean, yes!). It was also reasonably priced, it was cheaper than movie tickets, and they got their energy out in a cool (temp) environment. The staff was polite and courteous. Next time I’m in the area, I’ll b heading back.

Came here for a birthday party with my 7 year old daughter. They have some fun inflatable slides that even the adults can go down. Theres a room where you can shoot foam balls at each other safely. And theres an air hockey table, foos ball etc. Its perfect for any kids in the range of 3-10 I would guess. A fun birthday for sure!

Under ten dollars for 90 minutes of bouncing fun. Thats a deal in my book.The claw machine is fixed no winning there.The staff seems nice and the toys look well maintained.The atmosphere is great so many diverse peoples all in one roomMuslims, Sikhs, Hindus, and just about everyone else.I would recommend taking your kid to play here.

Great place!! All bouncers are super fun for the kids. Also private parties are very enjoyable since you have your own area with 4 bouncers, an air hockey table and an air ball guns. After that you go to another room to open presents and eat some snacks .

This was so fun for a b day party!! The private party rooms are amazing! This place is huge. I wish there were some traditional trampolines to accompany the bouncy houses. Although the air hockey and basketball options are really great for a mix of activities. If definitely go back.

Good for kids party, wish there was sinks to wash hands after play before eating. Overall my kids enjoyed it.

Great for young kids, this venue is big enough that they won’t get bored and small enough that they won’t get lost. Reasonably priced and a nice option for rainy days.

Cool place for kids... its got some benches and chairs for parents I believe they do parties... its got public restrooms.

A lot of fun for the kids, but Im really sorry to say, that said, the reserved party & play rooms didnt have near enough seating for adults, and employee supervising play room did nothing but stand by the door and nothing at all when needing safety intervention...and the bathrooms were horrible and wreaked of urine. Bummer. :(

My kids had fun with the jumpers and the arcade games. A lot smaller then I expect but as long as my kids had fun.

This place is DIRTY !!! First I was going to rate this place a 10! It’s a fun place for kids ! BUT there’s no type of security, on a busy day your child could end up right out the door with someone else. & when we left BUMPS APPEARED ON 4 kids in my party. THIS PLACE IS DIRTY !!!!!

Would be good if they had food. Its a fun place for the kids. They have 2 sections one side for open play and the other for private parties which is cool that its split that way. Tgey have few machines to play on. There are no tickets from machines so no prizes

Place is ok little small, staff are great owner is kind of goffey. Not bad for a budget place.

This was an amazing place to have a party. I had my sons 5th birthday party here yesterday. The staff was amazing. The woman that was in charge of our party was absolutely amazing. She was an amazing help. I was so pleased. I would absolutely recommend this place for a birthday party!!

Hosted a birthday party here and it was amazing. The price was good and the staff was great. The Kids had a lot of fun. Even the toddlers and babys that came had fun.

Kind of disappointed in this place took my daughter there for her 6th birthday party and I did not reserve one of the private rooms because they are way too expensive in my opinion. Also you had to be a certain age to go on the slides thought that was a bummer because my daughter wanted me to go on the slides really bad with her and it would not let me. So I dont really think it was that fun and for the price I wont be going back.

I absolutely love this place great staff great atmosphere for kids to be kids awesome prices.

We have attended several birthday parties here & everytime my kids have a blast. The private party room is awesome for keeping kids playing together & safely in sight. The girl helping in the party room was especially sweet & helpful.

The staff were so kind and accommodating. We had our sons second birthday here and had such an amazing experience. This will be our new go to for the next few years for birthday parties.

We had our sons 4th birthday party here yesterday (Mothers Day) on his actual birthday. To think to have a birthday party on Mothers Day is almost opposite of what the holiday means to a mom. However, all the moms and parents who came really enjoyed themselves.As the host I couldnt be more overjoyed with the staff member they assigned to the party. When I tell you she helped with everything that she seen needed to be done before I could think of it. I had NO stress at all thanks to the staff here. If you are not a social, outgoing, or party person, but have to host a party for your child or perhaps you are an over doer . I would highly recommend having your party here! They have a time for everything, assist with the unloading, setting up, transitioning of playing, food, cake, presents and clean up. There was not one second of the party that they didnt assist with.The pricing is beyond worth it, I found that you can tip the employees because they truly go above and beyond making sure you have an awesome experience and get what you paid for unlike any other facility who doesnt actually have to.Thank you Auburn Super Jump Party Staff.

Nice birthday option for kids. Time is equally divided between the private play area and birthday room for cake and food. Disappointed that they charge you a fee for bringing in outside food (trying to encourage you to buy theirs). Happy for active options of kids but didnt like the idea of additional charges.

This was the perfect place for my daughters 6th birthday party. My daughter felt so special and all the kids at the party had so much fun. It is nice to have a private room because parents can relax and not worry about where their children are at every moment. Our party attendant, Laisha, was the best. She helped set up the snacks and decorations as well as assisting with keeping track of gifts. The clean up was all done by staff, so I felt like I could devote my full attention to my daughter on her special day.

Nice place for kids to have fun and physical activities too. Good arrangements for Birthday celebration with private hall with play instruments. Place for cake cutting and food. Charges are also ok like not so costly not so cheap. Outside food arrangement required some amount to be paid.

Nice and clean. The young girl in charge of our party kept us on time, but the food/cake portion was so rushed. I wish they had options to extend your party time. They allow up to 20 kids but not enough seating either.

Fun place for kids parties

Went here for granddaughters 6th birthday. The place was clean and the room attendant was helpful & friendly. Loved the individual jump party rooms which kept kids contained and had games for adults also. Kids and adults had a lot of fun.

Good fun for kids.

This place is okay. I think a little expensive for having a 90 minute time limit. The down side is if you have younger children who get scared, you can’t go on the blow up equipment with them or go down the slides. They do have a “mommy and me” day on Thursday I believe from open to about 4pm where mom’s can jump with their kids. The inside has about 5 different blow up jumpys and a bunch of hard chairs in the middle for parents to play musical chairs as they watch their child move from one blow up to another. No food or drink allowed. You must wear socks or you have to purchase them. There are about 2 rides you need quarters for and some arcade games as well with a cash machine that turns cash into quarters but who carries cash anymore?! There are also two massage chairs that take money for the Dads! The one thing I’m not too crazy about is the employees in general. A few times we came in an hour before closing and they would say something to the effect of “You know we close at 7pm (or whatever)”?. Last time I went, I waited a good 10 minutes while one employee was talking to her friends and another was walking around attempting to look busy as we were just trying to pay and my anxious toddler was rushing to go through the door to start jumping. I had to be rude and say “can I just pay so we can get in please?”. To which she replied by still ignoring me for 5 minutes knowing I was standing there and had filled out my waivers and was ready to pay lol.

Great place for birthday parties

We came on a Sunday . Was fairly busy but the kids seemed to enjoy themselves. Had a funky smell when coming in . Seemed well staffed friendly help.

The place is fun for kids but honestly a bit over priced. 10.00 per kid and adults cannot bounce with their kids. You can only rock climb 2 times. There was one gal at the front that was nice but the rest were not very inviting. One male worker even gave me attitude when we were talking about adults not allowed to boince. They should at least act like they enjoy working with people.

My son had his 6th birthday there this weekend. They tipped his specialty cake on its side to put in refrigerator and ruined his cake! I was told they would pay for his cake (which they did) AND reimburse me for the venue cost. I was told the owner gave this approval as he was, supposedly, on the phone with me standing there. I called today to follow up on venue refund and was advised I am now not receiving one. Why not just say that in the first place? The 1 star is for our party hostess who helped us out. Im so sad that this will forever taint my sons 6th birthday.
