Oak Hill is a nice place to bring you little ones and Family. theres so much to see for the little ones. the people theyre very polite good parking area. Short trails good history about them. Give it a go you might enjoy it

Used to be a beautiful place to live but has gone downhill the last 6-7 months. Non gated community, speeding within park, apathetic management. Would NOT recommend!

We love living in this community! Its nice to have a residents association as a liaison for any issues that may come up, and our neighbors are fantastic

People there dont mind there business

Run, dont walk. This place is terribly run, expensive and not worth the constant aggravation youll experience. Being under the thumb of a giant corporation is stressful and the yearly increase of rent will leave you quickly living beyond your budget.

They charge new people 100.00 more in Land rent than the people who are already there. And management doesnt work with you on issues and they lie... Ask any resident why Oakhill has been taken to court.. Because they charge new People more land rent,
