This used to be such a nice place but even pre-COVID they were losing a lot of stores. Now post-quarantine there are only 8-12 stores open in the entire 3 story complex. On the plus side there is a nice sitting area upstairs that overlooks the ocean.

The boardwalk was fun , you dont have to wear a mask while on the boardwalk or beach , alot on stored are closed but enough are open that you can get clothes and food , not alot of bars open unless you walk down to the Tropicana, taxi bus and push taxi still happening and nice little crowd in the boardwalk still

I would not call this place a playground. It is very close to a lot of casinos. It did have a really nice mall with some good stores. The views from the back of the mall off the pier are really great. The mall is has many places to sit and talk and enjoy the view. All in all it was worth the walk down there from where we were staying. Plus it gave everyone something to do or a shop to visit.

Tony Lukes Philly Cheesesteak spot is on point. The Latin place next door to it aswell. Breakfast there was delish and the wait was shorter than we were told.

This place is half dead. The restrants arent open right now but they do have some good ones. Its very baren. Its sugar is open, some sunglasses place is open, some gold place is closing, a few other stores are open but that is it. But there is a smartphone store that is good

This place could be so cool I dont know why but 90 percent of the businesses that where here were with closed temporarily or indefinitely. There was literally only a couple places open . Most of the store fronts were empty and a hand ful of them just were not open , I guess they are only open on the weekend. I dont know how high the rent is in this place but , I suggest it be lowered so that it can actually have some business going on. The restaurants seemed nice and were open, it also had a great view of the boardwalk , water, and casinos.

The food and the view from the bar is the best . I took the family there and they that they wanted to come back again. Alot of fun top floor to the bottom floor. In short this place is awesome.

We had such a good time. We played golf.its a great course and fun.

It is sad and empty, so I feel right at home.Resteraunts are closed and will probably never reopen.

A great and Lively vibe here with restaurants and bars on the Upper Floor near the entrance at the boardwalk. The further you go the more desolate and deserted it gets. But the view of the beach at the end is awesome and a good place to sit in air-conditioned comfort on the Upper Floor.

This pier drew many more people when it was Ocean One. Ever since they completely renovated the pier and rebranded it The Pier at Caesars and then later Playground Pier, it has been deserted. They should have left it the way it was when it was Ocean One, with maybe minor updates

The building is in good shape but there are still too many empty stores

Beautiful elevated views of the Atlantic City and beach in an enclosed glass pier that is safe, air conditioned, protected from the elements. The restaurants here are all excellent. Fun shopping too ranging from high to low end. This is a must visit in AC!

The place is empty the candy store cell phone case store a convenience store and the sports jersey store are all thats in there everything else looks like its permanently closed Governor Murphy really screwed everybody.

Go to top floors and sit there in sun light enjoy the beach viewAnd if u already there all.night playing games and its almost time for sun rise go upstairs and enjoy the beautiful sun rise

Good plan to relax have a few drinks some food and watch all the action, AKA the people walking the boardwalk

Shopping and sightseeing pier, great for some photos, well worth a visit to take pictures. I did not do any shopping there.

Everything was too expensive and 75% of the stores were either closed or empty such a shame because when it was pier 1 it was packed and affordable not anymore. The seating area and Its Sugar were the best part of the WHOLE thing...

My favorite type of mall: nearly abandoned with about 95% of the businesses gone. No one to annoy you. Definitely a great place to go when the zombie apocalypse happens.Bonus: superb view of the beach from the top floor.

Hardly any stores here, its a shame. Such a huge space-like a ghost town. Top floor has many great restaurants. Great place to relax and view the ocean.

Very nice chill spot if you want to see the ocean

First time visiting Caesars in many years, and many of the stores are simply out of business. To my surprise, the water show has also been shut down and remodeled (you can see this in the pictures I attached). Times sure have changed. My GF and I did enjoy the fact it wasnt overly crowded with people everywhere in the casinos or on the boardwalk. Walking on the street side during the evening hours, though, doesnt seem to be the safest idea

Very pricey, but what else can you expect on the AC boardwalk. The go carts and arcade is really fun, but don’t play any of the claw machines. You’ll never win anything because the claws aren’t strong enough to hold onto the prizes.

Restaurants at the pier overlooking the beach and water. Relaxing place for a quiet or romantic night. Pretty nice atmosphere. We went during winter so a lot of the restaurants and shops were closed. But it was still a pretty place to walk around and sight see. The sunset was beautiful. Extremely overcrowded. No restrooms. Stores closed early. Nice place to witness a fight though if youre looking for entertainment.

Its not used to be like before, due to the covid 19. Only a few stores open. All the restaurants inside the mall remains close.

Its more of a pier these days only few stores in operation, security present and working restrooms a nice in door walk on a wet rainy day

One of the best places to visit while in Atlantic City. They are like a mini mall of great stores such as a beautiful candy shop in the front. They have once of the best places upstairs to relax and get an amazing view of the boardwalk and beach! In the summer they usually have light shows in their fountain.

A very nice place that seems like it is slowly dying out. I spent a few days in AC just exploring. I came here due to the fact that on the outside looks very enticing but once you go inside, a lot of vendors have left and the second floor is a ghost town. I spoke to a few of the vendors and they all said the same thing about the owner of this place, he just doesn’t care. The top balcony in the back has some very nice views with some outdoor chairs to relax in. Walking back inside there are chairs facing the beach which you can see and you’re protected from the sun as the windows are UV protected. the place itself is nice, it seems the tourist are not going in plus from what i was told the owner just doesn’t care about having new shops open up.

If the city would get rid of all the crack heads it would be a lot more enjoyable.

Its sad to see, this place is beautiful and had amazing restaurants... But everything else has shut down. There are virtually no shops open. Half the building had been blocked off. Very sad indeed. This place could be and should be a hot spot.

Nice place to shop and eat. A good amount of the stores are very high end. There are some stand alone restaurants, plus a small food court if you dont want a formal sit down meal.

Place is very run down and sooo cold. Only drinks are frozen Wet willies. Maybe in the summer. Stand up comedy group and singer put on a good show.

During the slow season a lot of the shops are closed and there is not much to do. The couple souviner shops that were open had non regional specific stuff that was overpriced. Every other place Ive visited you can find a souviner t-shirt for $10 that says the name of the city. I also wanted post cards but none of the places had them

Good typical family rides pier. Reasonably clean, decent selection of rides for all size kids and some adults. We typically spend an evening here a few times a year with the kids.

Its an empty space! Its so empty that they dont even turn on the lights...

Nice indoor mall. Unfortunately the dancing fountains were removed. Lots of shops and pretty good food court.

Boardwalk is really long but enjoyable to be on

This used to be a bustling place with great stores. Now its more like a ghost town. A number of key stores moved out and some of the ones that are still there arent open most of the time. It is a shame, I am emotionally attached to this place.

Really cool candy store there, but not many other stores. I understand that there used to be a ton of upscale stores but there really isnt much in there any longer. I think maybe they moved to the outlet stores down town?

Remembering the days of the Ocean One Mall, this place was a big letdown-closed storefronts and a lot of glamor and glitter that signifies nothing. I cant imagine how the shops that do remain there stay in business. Sadly, in the days that Atlantic City continues its decline, accelerated by the casinos that promised much but only delivered nothing but ruin and heartache, this site stands as a symbol of that descent.

Great place to go if you want to see a lot of closed stores. Years ago, when it was Ocean One, there were a ton of shops, an arcade and a decent food court. Then Caesars took over and created an upscale shopping experience. If you want to see what an epic fail looks like, go here. Otherwise avoid. Its another nail in Atlantic Citys coffin.

A shopping mall with a bunch of different stores like clothing stores, candy store, sneaker store, and some REALLY good restaurants upstairs on the third floor. Buddakan, The Continental, Phillips Seafood, and Souzai. Buddakan is my favorite for their happy hour $5 drinks and apps which are worth $10-$15.

Most stores are closed permanently. Not much to offer in this mall. Restaurants are closed also. It says the mall is open . But there are very few stores to shop from, which is a waste if you are coming from a distant.

While i remember the pier being a nice place to shop, almost all the stores were closed down. Maybe 1/4 of the stores remained open. While i was able to do a little shopping it was really pointless walking around such a big place for so lottle stores. You would be better off walking the outlets by Ceasers

Cool attachment to Caesers casino and hotel. Restaurants and shops with a view. Cool little seating areas to rest after a crazy day on the boardwalk.

This is the pier extension from the ceasars palace casino. They have a number of restaurants as well as seating to enjoy the beach/boardwalk view.

Excellent panoramic view of the beach in a cool relaxing area. Sit and dine on beach chairs with your own picnic lunch. Spectacular ocean views. Plenty of retail stores and eaterys... Love it!

A terrible waste of time and space. The stores are almost all closed. Such a beautiful location with nothing in it. I miss Ocean One Mall with all the wonderful shops. Definitely needs new ownership to make this work right for the city and people.

Plentiful good places to eat. Lots of places of night entertainment. Comfortable beds and child friendly if you travel with children. Loved my stay.

Nice mall on the Boardwalk in Atlantic City. Alot of high end fashion shops. Plus my favorite candy store Its Sugar , Also has nice upper deck eating area with a great view.

Its a shame that there are only 2 stores open in this entire mall. 2 stores! What a waste of an amazing space right on the beach. The top floor has some restaurants that looked like they have some upscale options as well as plenty of peaceful seating overlooking the ocean. Bring this place back to life.

Wasnt crazy about this place. Ordered their Vegetable tempora. Waitress bought it to the table cold - unacceptable. When I complained they did nothing. Just saw this. This review was supposed to be for Dallas BBQ in Manhattan on 23rd Street. I dont know how it turned up for this place. Ive never been there.

Beautiful views and love exploring the shops. Go upstairs for a breathtaking view of the ocean and beach. Plus they have good restaurants and food opinions here.

This is a good place to cool off indoors and to relax and watch the water or beach. Unfortunately, the places to eat or shop are very limited and seem to be getting more limited with time. Theres a lot of opportunity with a scenic spot like this on the boardwalk thats being missed I think. At that, get something to eat or drink on the boardwalk then head here to relax and cool off for a bit. There are free, accessible restrooms as well.

A stroll on the pier for lovely ocean and boardwalk views. We enjoyed the indoor beach setting with amazing views of the ocean, beach, and the boardwalk. A number of good restaurants, clubs, shops, and comedy shows. Not a 5 because a lot of stores werent open.

Too many kids running around.

A clean place, the beach chairs on the third floor are awesome! I wish the place still had the water shows. Not many stores left, but the ones that are still here are very cool!

It has a lot of potential. I cant tell if they are in the process of trying to build it up or not but as of June 2019, that isnt a whole lot of shops there. There are some restaurants on the second floor and a nice bar and comedy club on the main floor. There are also some really nice views of the ocean at the end of the pier on all floors. I think if they add some shops and more bars and restaurants, then this could be a nice spot on the boardwalk, but for now, its just ok.

Mos of the shops are gone. There are a few restaurants on the top floor, Thats it. Unless you want to eat there is no reason to go in there.

Very easy to navigate, clean, and a ton of places to choose from to relaxing to partying. 8 to 12 hour parking is available close by and the pier is lit well for safety during evening outings. No doubt, this is the highlight of Atlantic City
