New customer and 10/10 Jon is my favorite piercer!! Ive had about 13 piercings done and while theyve all been good experiences, Jon really went above and beyond. Hes very knowledgeable, even down to jewelery manufacturer practices and other shops in Florida, and he listened to what I wanted and liked. He didnt hesitate to answer my many questions and was very warm and welcoming. His passion for piercing is inspiring and he made sure to thoroughly explain everything before, during, and after piercing. He has great COVID practices and is extremely clean. I came from two hours away and I cant wait to come back! Thank you Jon!

If I could give this business 10 stars, I would. Jon replaced a nose ring I had pierced elsewhere a few weeks ago that was really irritated. He informed me of so many things that the place I had my nose pierced at didn’t. He gave me so much information on the options for nose rings and what would be best, literally changed it in 5 minutes and I felt nothing even with it being super super inflamed. Wishing I’d gone here in the first place so the bump would have been avoided, but so thankful I found them! Will definitely be bringing my kiddos here for ear piercings soon!! Highly highly recommend!! So professional, impeccably clean, and very knowledgeable.

Honestly the only place to go in Jacksonville for a piercing in my opinion. Knowledgeable, clean, passionate, personable, friendly and amazing work. I love that it is strictly piercing. Ill never get pierced by anyone other than Jon again.

You get what you pay for and its worth it everytime at this place. My daughter got her ears pierced here and they are very informative and great to follow up and ask questions. Great quality of jewelry. Im so glad I found this place and dont think I could settle for a piercing anywhere eles.

My mum and I both got our noses pierced this evening. We were the last 2 of the evening and we felt very welcomed, not rushed at all, and Jon was overall phenomenal! I was incredibly nervous and he was great at thoroughly explaining the process to me which helped calm my nerves some. Hands down was the best experience, and I will definitely recommend him to anyone I know that is contemplating getting pierced! The shop was spotless, and he was very diligent with the sanitisation. I appreciated how personable Jon was, it made the experience that much more amazing! Very very pleased.

Jon is by far the most professional piercer I have ever met. The studio is basically spotless. He cleans and sterilizes everything, right down to the card reader that you pay with, I’ve seen him do it! He is very experienced at his craft and has worked with me every step of the way, even being a great jewelry consultant, helping me with choosing what’s right for me during the healing process. He uses high quality jewelry and is very knowledgeable with related questions. I thought when I went in and got pierced that I’d probably walk out and never see him again, but that was not the case. Loved our experience! We took our 9 week old in to get her ears pierced. I first spoke to John’s wife over the phone to get more information about their studio. She was very informative and helpful. John, who did the piercing, was very knowledgeable and explained every step to us before he did it. He is very experienced with piercing little ones ears and made it look effortless. The studio is immaculate and sterile. We felt very at ease during the whole process and were very happy with our decision to go to John and have our daughter’s ears pierced versus going somewhere that uses a gun.

I cant thank you enough you went way above and beyond your service I was in need for my piercing to be removed due to the fact I had a virtual interview and I just could not give up the opportunity for this chance. I not only needed it off but it was already rejecting and it was getting infected. I called around so many peiercing places they were either closed or some just could not take me. I understand the situation with the covid virus but I needed someonebad.. I tried one more I emailed Pure Imagination and well and behold i got a response. Read some reviews and decided to drive here. It went super smooth and we have had zero problems with anything following the first week. He is also a member of the Association of Professional Piercers. He took his time to make sure that my new septum jewelry was anodized the perfect shade of yellow gold. If he doesnt have what you want in stock, it can be custom ordered. If you live in the Beaches area, Jon is the piercer to go to. Even if you dont live at the Beaches, you should come here. You will not be disappointed. :)

I came in close to closing on a Friday evening, for a nose piercing. I had a very pleasant experience, and came home with a beautiful opal stud. Their shop was wonderful. It was clean, the art they have displayed from local artists are amazing. The peircer and owner of the shop, Jon, was so patient and kind, and he answered all of my questions with such professionalism. Theyre amazing!
