Had the opportunity to tour Kefi recently while in Atlanta. I was very impressed with the technology, security, and cleanliness offered to the children in the play areas and educational stations. Everything was state of the art. The employees were very professional and their passion for the kids was evident. The parent work areas were well equipped for those working while their children participated in the activities provided. I highly recommend Kefi. A great experience!!

A friend invited me, Ive never heard of it. Efore today. We have children ages 5, 7, and 9 so I want sure what to expect with the age gap. I am pleased with our day so far. The security here is amazing for helicopter moms like me. Monitors GALORE. The employees all interact and play with the kids. I just watched three employees working together for a child with severe autism remain distracted and happy so his mom could use the restroom. One room, the toy building room, the employee in there worked with the kids to build things; very hands on with the toys and explained it all as they went. All of the employees have radios and communicate the entire time. The volume isnt overwhelming for a weekend either, calm sounds and lights and not too busy. The toy room is closed frequently to disinfect and inspect the toys. Its a bit more than I expected (25 for me and my child enter) but i think they make it totally worth it with the way the employees are involved.

We took our 10mo. He played in the “beginnings” room and had a blast. The staff at Kefi were very welcoming and warm. The staff in our area interacted with all the kids the whole time and sanitized every toy after someone was done with it. (Everything felt clean.) We were even able to leave him with the staff and go grab coffee. The coffee was good also. We will definitely be going back to check out everything else Kefi has to offer! Highly recommend this place.

I recently returned to Kefi and am happy to report that staff are taking every precaution in response to COVID-19. Masks and hand washing are prevalent. And when my kid left a play station, staff immediately sanitized the area. I observed all of this on monitors as I binged watched in the parent lounge. We missed this place and are so happy they are back.

By far the best kids place! Absolutely everyone is friendly and helpful not to mention fun! We had our sons 4th birthday party and all of our guests had just as an amazing time. Do yourself and your kid(s) a favor and go visit!

The technology and level of care they provide to ensure both kids and parents are safe and healthy is beyond anything I have ever experienced. Do yourself a favor and check out Kefi - you are guaranteed to be impressed!

We are members at Kefi and cannot love it more. My four year old wants to come everyday. The playsmiths are amazing and make him feel so comfortable. I have also taken advantage of the member-only services they provide and it has made my life so much easier. It’s hard to entrust your kids to strangers but I have complete peace of mind when my son is at Kefi. They have state of the art security and toys to entertain for days. Great environment for parents to work as well! And the coffee and pastries are to die for. There needs to be a Kefi in every city.

We went to Kefi yesterday with my two girls for a birthday party. I was pretty excited because I had heard wonderful things! The place looked super cool, super high tech and modern! Clean and the cool hand washing station. However, I didn’t feel like the staff was engaged in explaining to the kids what to do. As I mentioned we were there for a birthday party and once we were in the quest room, kids were just running around and trying to figure out what to do. The best party was the dance room! Over all it was fun, but I wish the staff was more engaged and involved more learning for the kids. I would’ve loved to see some robots built:)

Love that this place has “play-smiths” to assist the kids while parents can have their own space in the parent lounge. If a kid isn’t being nice, they give them a second chance and then get the parent. So glad this place has behavior expectations. I can trust my child can practice independent play safely.

I applied to work for this company and was accepted. A week after signing the contract, filling out background checks, and more they emailed me the day I was supposed to start letting me know they were unable to hire me. Their reason was because I did not accept my job offer in time, even though they had been in contact with me about the job for an entire week. I then wrote a kindly worded email to them explaining my frustration and disappointment with the company as I had turned down 2 other jobs to work here. It is now 4 day later & I have yet to receive a reply. Overall, I find Kefi to be very unprofessional and I was treated with complete disrespect.

Amazingly helpful staff and clearly run by professionals who care. Refreshing to find in this day and age!

First visit. You must set up an account at the check in before you can proceed. They were having software issues that would not match the 2 passwords, even though they were the same. Clerk had the same issue when attempting to set up account, so it wasnt user error. Finally worked and we could go in. After that, a great time was had by all.

Cozy coffee shop downstairs but slightly overpriced and their auto tips are too high.

Phenomenal place! Besides being a parents dream....extremely safe and extremely clean....the kids activities are unique, innovative, high tech, and so much fun! This place is like nothing you have ever seen. Put it on your must do list!

Our family loves Kefi and Sage had the time of her life! Your kids...AND YOU...will be blown away by what theyve created here. The digital world meets the physical space and each room will make you look around and say WOW! Plus, coffee, cookies, parents hang out (with noise canceling headphones!). What more could you ask for? Parents have needed a place like this. Go check it out!

I was initially hired and then quickly fired after I voiced my concerns about Kefi’s connection with Chic-fil-A CEO Dan Cathy, who held a training session for us that ended with a Christian prayer (unprofessional and insensitive for new hires at a supposedly non-religious company). I later heard from a couple fellow employees that the admin told the rest of the staff that I had quit (lie). I also just realized they blocked me from the Facebook page. Furthermore, Dan Cathy has donated millions over the years to anti-LGBTQ groups. So needless to say, my opinion of Kefi is less than unfavorable. Please think twice before going or applying to work here.

This place is what happens when you combine phenomenal staff, engaging and futuristic play experiences for kids, with a coffee shop + quiet parents work area. Hands down the best indoor play center I’ve ever been to. Both the kid and myself are stoked every time to head there.

Great for kids and adults. Not too pricey for the value, and a heavy focus on cleanliness and security make this seem like a place Im happy to bring my kids, either to play with them or to leave them in capable hands while I get work done in their awesome parent-only quiet spaces...

**Update**Wow! Kefi is back and even better and cleaner than before (even though I didnt think it was possible)! The immersive yoga is a game changer...I left yoga feeling stress free and still had an hour to hang out in Parent Oasis while the kiddos played with the always wonderful Playsmiths. I cant wait to go back for a manicure and yummy Lucky Lotus juice!Kefi is out of this world! The friendly staff and clean modern environment make it by far my favorite kid-friendly space in Atlanta. I love the Parent Oasis which gives me time and space to get work done in peace. It doesnt get much better than this!

Wow. Kefi exceeded my expectations. There were so many amazing things for my 4 year old to see & do. Plus it was clean & safe so I felt totally comfortable going into the parent space to have coffee and check emails. Definitely getting a membership so we can hang out there a lot!

My son loves this place. I wish he could stay all day. He doesn’t go to school just yet, so he says that this is school for him lol. It’s so clean! More sterile than a hospital lol. It’s amazing. I see the changes that have been made. Keep up the great work!

This was not what I expected, but my kids loved it. There are basically 6 areas of play, one toy area(the most popular, no adults allowed, but cleaned regularly, 3+), one climbing, one interactive story time, one was a music room to make beats, one was for 6+ and it was a room full of advanced tech toys( my son loved), a baby area 36 months and under, and also a little area with a pretend courtyard with some random toys and a horse you can ride(like push with your body).The security here is amazing, each room has one to two adult caretakers and they make sure the kids are happy and playing nicely. They have secure entrance and exit to play area and wristbands to scan upon arrival and exit.There is also two rooms that are adult lounges. Personally I like going places with my kids and interacting with them and playing together, that’s why I give it 4 not 5 stars. This place was definitely geared towards “parents take a load off, and we’ll take care of your kids for 2 hours”. personally I would have preferred better seating in the big open spaces so I could be with my kid while he played, but again kids loved it, so I shouldn’t complain.You can also order from the cafe up front in the parent lounges.

This cafe is a great place to grab a coffee in Buckhead. It is centrally located and the staff is very attentive. I highly recommend Kefi.

What a unique and cool concept for child indoor play! Coffee was superb. And the play experts were so nice! However, I wish there was a better pricing scale for kids under 3 and parents with multiple children. Under 3 you are slightly limited in what you can do with you kids as far as enjoying kid free time. Annddddd $15 for each sibling can be hefty as well for many families with multiples. But still a very cool experience. We went with our almost 11 month old and he really enjoyed the Beginner space (we did as well). We were able to enjoy our coffee in the listening room with him since hes under 3yrs old and someone kindly brought our coffee to the room for us which was also nice.

The overall experience was overall awesome. My only complaint is that if you buy a day play pass they are unwilling to use the purchase of that pass towards a membership. We would’ve bought a monthly pass but we didn’t want to do so blindly without experiencing it first. On top of that the manager Hope didn’t even speak to me about it directly. Great customer service with everything but this exception.

Great coffee, some of the best in Buckhead.Even better birth control! If you want children and defeated parents crawling around you and talking super loudly as you attempt to do some work at a coffee spot this is the place for you!

2 hours flew by fast! We had 8, 10, 11, and adults in our group and everyone loved it! Cant wait to go back.

“When can we come back to Kefi?!!” Is the first thing my kids said even before we left our visit:) They have created a truly engaging environment that allows the children to be the creators of their play using interactive technology! The playsmiths were fantastic and took the time to get to know the children and to guide them to enhance their experience! My girls favorite areas were the toy testing area, story cave and beat box rooms. My favorite area was the parent oasis...very calm and easy to check emails/make phone calls while still watching children play. Looking forward to our next visit!!

Kefi is an incredible new play space for kids. Entering the lobby felt like I was a kid in a candy store. Their technology and creative spaces are unlike anything available. My 3 yr old had a blast moving from room to room- exploring the latest toys, making music and much more! Another thing that really sets this place apart is by what they call “Playsmiths” - who engage with your kids as they move from space to space. I spent some time up in Beginnings with my son who is a non-walker. He had a blast with the age-appropriate toys. They also have a parent lounge- need I say more?!?! Do yourself a favor and go check this place out!!!

Had a great time here with my son while we evacuated from Hurricane Dorian. We did the 2 hour pass and used almost all our time (my 2 y.o. son was more interested in the train table in the lobby). Really liked that they had stuff to do in the lobby too though. The experience was really unique, interactive and fun. Nothing was really explained to us and the first room we went in was timed so having to rip my son away from the train table again was excruciating. One staff member said I could wait in the parents area while my child played but another said I had to stay with my child since he was under 3. But I know they are very new and we loved it and would definitely return, so 5 stars!

Booked on a Friday morning for a Saturday slot and then realized 2-hours later my kids have a soccer game that conflicts with the time. I saw that there was availability later in the day Saturday and called to try to move the slot and was told thats not an option. Apparently I was informed of this fact at some point during the online booking process but definitely not a very customer centric way of doing business. Will still try it out but not a great first impression.

What a fun, interactive experience for children. All of the staff were so helpful and you can tell they all have a genuine love for children! Highly recommended!

Cool concept and visually impressive but functionally lacking a bit in kid entertainment value in my opinion.

Yes its real....today I visited Kefi and for my son and I, it delivered on the promise. We entered this beautiful space where robots greeted us like synchronized swimmers. We were mesmerized. After a trip to the hand sanitizing station which was actually fun, we were matched electronically for safety purposes through wristbands and whisked into the experience. No inflatable houses, no ball pits, no sitting on A tired mini carousel to glance at my phone. Here we tested toys in. Toy testing lab, mixed music and danced to cool music at beat box, trained an adorable stuffed toy puppy that then competed in a digital game on a screen much like a movie theater...while being greeted at every turn by friendly employees called Playsmiths who serve to engage the kiddos and keep them safe. With more experiences to entertain my son I was intrigued by the parents only Oasis so I checked it out. Inside were comfy seats, little phone booths (with moms inside doing work and taking calls). I set up shop and enjoyed 90 minutes of catching up on email, to-do list for the week and some work. I was interrupted by a sweet employee that offered to bring me a coffee!!! Heaven! I was able to keep tabs on my son as there were screens inside the parent lounge so I could keep tabs on him (plus our wristbands kept us connected so no leaving without me). When it was time to go we took a pass through the retail shop where I will be visiting again given the unique selection of toys. Left Kefi happy and relaxed with 2 warm cookies from the kid height cookie bar from the very cool coffee cafe called Xander. We will be regular guests!

Incredibly imaginative space with wonderful staff!

A great time ruined by a poor customer service experience.With 5 minutes left in our session, a Kefi employee ushered our kids into line for the Toytropolis saying “this will be your last event”. Our 2 kids were excited! By the time it was time to enter the activity, a separate Kefi employee pulled our girls out of line and said they could not enter and that they had to leave. They were disappointed because they didn’t know what was happening.Way to turn a smile into a frown, Kefi. Not the way to earn repeat customers.

Extremely friendly stuff and very high-tech things to do inside of Kefi. Highly recommended to try it out with your kids.

6 and 10 year old loved it. All kinds of teaching toys and games for kids. Very nice parents lounge.

My 3 year old daughter is obsessed with Kefi, specifically Storycave and Toytropolis. She’s constantly asking to go back and gets so excited when we arrive. She loves the staff; they’re so attentive and engaging. Can’t say enough great things about this place! It’s part of our weekly routine.

This place is KOOL. I didn’t want to leave I wanted to stay with my bambino and play too! But they kick you out on Parent’s Night Out.

The Xander/cookie bar experience was great! Superior customer service, high quality, great natural light and space. Can’t wait to return!

Great staff! Kids and parents cant wait to go back!The staff is excellent and they are so hands on with the children! They remember them by name, teach them how to use each toy and urge them explore different toys! When you walk in, there is a large open space with huge soft blocks the kids can hop on. Projectors cast lava lights on the floor so kids can play the floor is lava. This is a huge space so hopefully they do more with this section in the future.Once you leave this main area, there are a number of other rooms. There is a toy testing lab where they can play with a variety of toys for as long as they want. Another room was ToyTropolis which is a timed room allowing kids in every 30 minutes. Its where they can play with the newest, coolest toys. This is a kids only room with no parents allowed, but you can still see inside. Another timed room was the story cave which was by far my favorite! With tons of screens scattered across the room, along with a huge screen on the main wall, kids can make their own dragon, play games in a virtual storybook and fly a dragon using just your arms. (I might wanna go back to this part without my kids, dont tell them!) It definately had a Pandora feel with all the lights and colors. This part was really neat but some of it was a bit advanced for my 3 year old. He had more fun with the lights projected on the ground and jumping on the fake soft rocks. Another room (not timed) was the Beat Box. This was a dance party filled with lights and music, your own colorful drums, a DJ booth, and harps made of lights. The last room was for the tiny ones who cant yet walk. Its filled with the best baby toys and Soft floors. And right outside is a mothers room where you can rock baby to sleep or nurse in private.There are also 2 adults only lounges. One is quiet and gives more of a working office vibe. The other reminds me of a coffee shop with tons of cozy booths and seating options. Theres a large TV showing the different play rooms so parents can still see their children play.Overall, this was an awesome place to take the kids! Its definately worth the $15-20 per child but the same admission fee for an adult seems a bit steep. Even so, we cant wait to go back!
