Always a good time! Definitely a unique type of date night. If you like Mystery Science Theater 3000 then you need to check this out. Making fun of horrible movies the first Thursday of every month at the Plaza Theater.

A truly fun and funny experience. I got into them a few years back and now I am happy they have returned along with MST3K. They have always been good, but their return has been hilarious. Organized by a writer on the new season of MS3TK, the shows bring quality riffing to Atlanta. Check it out!

Cineprov makes fun of movies in the style of MST3K. In 2011 or 2012, I asked to review them for a local entertainment magazine. I figured it was another comedy show I would attend, and then forget.Instead I became a fan, and I followed them from the Relapse Theater to the Plaza Theater in Atlanta. They are consistently funny whether they are tackling an older crappier movie (can I say crappier?) or a recent release. Also, dont let the name fool you. They have a scripted show now and it is much tighter and more professional.After a hiatus, they are back! If you have time come see them and laugh! If you dont have time...make time...come see them and laugh.

If youre a fan of MST3K at all, you need to make this a monthly appointment. These guys know what theyre doing, and never fail to deliver. Theyll do just about any movie, any genre, from first run movies like Harry Potter to total schlock like The Room. Its obvious from the get-go that the crew truly enjoys what theyre doing, and thats a rare thing to find these days. Bottom line, youll laugh yer ass off.

This is one of the most unique and enjoyable nights out you can have in Atlanta. If you`re a fan of Mystery Science Theater, you`ll love Cineprov! These guys are hilarious, and merciless in their riffing of movies that DESERVE to be riffed on! Check it out. Like me, you`ll probably begin marking it on your calendar of things to see each month. Holy moly, these cats are funny! You know how it can be fun to see a (arguably) terrible movie in the theater and its funny to yell stuff out at the screen MST3K style, but you really arent that funny and its also kinda rude? Well, Larry and company ARE THAT FUNNY and you just have to sit back and laugh! Def come check out one of their (monthly? occasional? not often enough!) shows and you can enjoy the fun of improvised, running comedy commentary against the backdrop of a movie that deserves every bit of their derision.
