I lived there for 8 or 9 yrs and its not safe theres no enforcement there and I hate that place theres been a TOTAL of 2 deaths 5 fires that I know of and children are thinking there grown they carried guns on them they disrespect there elders I think this place should be shut the ......&#$^& down and God is my witness

Went to check out rentals..police was there..got approved by a Druggie and no order as trashy trailer s n neighborhood..no ty

Wouldnt even give this a 1 star. Worst place we ever stayed Walmart or roadside park would be better.... Place is filled with hoods drug addicts meth hole.....

I dont understand how they have a contact number on the trailers to reach their office and when you call an entire agency that has absolutely nothing to do with Colony South Trailers answers saying they have no information about the owner or the trailers. Me and my boyfriend went up there and spoke to a maintenance guy who pretty much says he takes care of everything on the property but he also runs their business office as well but he says some guy named Ted is the owner. Who is difficult to get in contact with. He never ever visits this place or fixes any of the things on this property. But he collects all of the tenants rent throught a sysytem. Sounds like some fishy business if you ask me. How in the heck are you collecting rent and dont even know whats really going on at this location?? Im confused. But new renters have to give their cash to the maintenance guy. Who claims that you have to do everything throught the owner and pay ted (hint, hint) the ownerno one is ever actually and physically sitting in the office to answer the phone or dealing with new comers. Waste of precious time.

I would like to know whos the owner .no oneknows and why??
