Went into this brand new store to look for a wedge and just to see what it was all about. As a lefty it’s hard to find clubs sometimes, but I was hopeful. They didn’t have a huge lefty selection, which is fine, but the guy that helped me recommended that I try playing right handed so it would be easier to find clubs. That isn’t an option and seemed kind of rude.
Not the place to go if you are a lefty. Went looking for a driver and I think there was one or two options total in the whole store but not ones you could hit on the simulator to get a feel. When asked “do you have a lefty section?” Associate-“They are mixed in” and walks away. Then once I relocated the associate that didn’t care to see if I could hit the two drivers I found he said “I don’t think we have those to hit” (didn’t take a second to go and look).Being a lefty and going to a golf store is always a challenge. But when someone treats you like being a lefty is as good as being scum that doesn’t make it feel any better.Really nice store presentation wise but other than that I hope the management team can right their wrong in the early days of opening.
Tried booking an appointment for a fitting, waited on hold for 30 minutes nobody answered. 2nd attempt of calling kept trying to transfer to Golf Galaxy but nobody answered and the lady that was answering was rude. I was hoping this would’ve worked as it’s close, but I’ll keep to the PGA Store.
I went to the new location and was looking to buy new golf clubs. I found one employee and asked where a specific club might be. He pointed to an area and said it would be on a rack over there.Either he doesn’t know what customer service looks like or he does not care.I would not have him in a new store or any store for that matter.
Really good customer service. Cant remember her name but the blonde assistant store manager was nice and helpful.
