I worked with Big Eastern Events on a Casino Fundraiser for our school and they were amazing! We had approximately 150 people at our event and everyone had a fantastic time. Heard many positive things about the gaming, the dealers and the pit boss during the evening. The gaming tables were a nice, stable quality and it looked great! They made everything so EASY for me from beginning to end. They were extremely responsive and answered all of my questions and gave recommendations when I needed them. I had several guests tell me how much they loved the dealers and how they made sure they had fun even if they were new to gambling. They were so excited to play and win and it was perfect. Everyone was so professional and helpful and I just can’t thank you BEE enough. From the moment I booked the event online (which I love how easy and clear that was) to the communication throughout and tips before the event to the event itself- just perfect. The setup crew arrived on time (a little early actually) and gave suggestions on the best way to arrange the tables for the best flow and the dealers were just awesome. Big Eastern is amazing! It was super easy to get everything booked. They showed up early to get ready and it was so nice to not have to take anything down at the end of the night; they quickly and quietly moved the tables out and the party kept on. After interviewing a couple of other companies, I contracted Big Eastern Events for our Roaring 20s/Casino New Years Eve Party held at our home. Bottom Line - Big Eastern Events was FANTASTIC. They helped me come up with the right type and number of casino games and were not at all pushy. They took care of all set up well in advance of the party and were super flexible to make sure they worked around my schedule, not theirs. Finally, the two dealers that came were great. Many of the guests commented to me that the dealers were professional, yet also great at coaching and teaching the rules and strategies to novices. I worked with Big Eastern events to plan an event from a distance and the managers expertise and planning made my job easy from the start. The team showed up ready to work hard and present the feeling of actually being in a casino at our hotel conference center location. Our organization hired Big Eastern for a fundraiser and they did a fantastic, 5-star job. They were very responsive and informative with all sorts of various tips leading up to the event, as we had never attempted anything like this before. In terms of execution, the night couldnt have gone better. Set-up occurred long before the event officially started...and the dealers performed just as if we were all in Vegas. The tables were packed all night, which was one of many signs that attendees were having a blast. Would we hire Big Eastern again? Absolutely.

I cannot begin to describe how great Jeff and his crew at Big Eastern Casino were to work with. I had hired them for a fundraising event about 4 years ago and they took care of every aspect of the casino. I had not a care in the world! When it came time to plan my husbands 50th birthday party, I knew just who to call. Jeff was just as easy to work with the second time around as he was the first. Shelly, who was assigned to my event, was fantastic!! She called about a month or so before the event just to introduce herself and we kept in close contact as the birthday party got closer. She responded to my texts and voice mails within hours and she never left me hanging. When I got to the event space to set up for my husbands party, I was shocked to see that the casino was already set up! They werent late...they were EARLY!! When does that happen?? All of the guests had a blast and the entire crew was phenomenal. They judged the amount of tables we needed perfectly based on the number of guests I had coming so everyone was able to participate.
