The store upstairs is ok...typical, normal, shop. However, since theyve lost competition the downstairs booths have become ridiculous. The admission price fluctuates wildly..sometimes its $23, $27, and last night it was $35!! On top of that with the $35 admission last night there was a private party on the third floor that required a checkto gain admission. This was not mentioned by any employee at the time of entrance. Basically, at a MINIMUM you had to have the right body type to gain admission, I suspect there were other characteristics required too. It ended up being the party rejects on the first two floors and then the chosen ones on the private third floor. I got the wrist band to gain entrance to the third floor, but the employees (who spout inappropriate sexual innuendos to the patrons entering) at the front wouldnt give someone else i spoke with a wrist band to gain entrance...i guess he didnt fit the look. Everyone paid the same $35, so everyone should have been able to go throughout the establishment as they pleased! I wont be returning anytime soon and encourage others to look elsewhere for adult fun.

Laid back after hours spot but once the DJ leaves, the music is a hit and miss. We are regulars and at times are VERY disappointed in the after hours music. Smooth R&B and hip hop would be a better flow rather than 80s pop, 80S Old School,Stevie Wonder & anything else that kills the vibe. If late night music was better we would come more often and bring others with us.

If you got a nice car I dont recommend driving it here. I drove mine here a few months ago and someone hit my car. And drove off. Security never stopped them either and they witnessed it.. and Ive still not been able to fix it..

Worst customer service ever! Whoever that girl is upfront needs to learn how to be professional! She was helping us look for shoes then a customer said he needed help then just walked away and never came back for 15 min then had the audacity to tell us to put the shoes back in the boxes then back on the shelf where we had to step on a stepping stool. She then took her sweet time as we were waiting in line, my friend was irritated and said something to me then she chimes in argumentative so we ended up not buying the $500 worth of stuff we were about to spend.

The new layout in the lower half of the shop is very nice. All sorts of black lighten and cool spacious rooms. Definitely the pleasure zone. They keep a environmental worker there 24/7 to come around and clean just about every 2 hrs. Mostly men which everyone is welcome and most tend to be friendly if youre looking for a good time and want to enjoy the fun this is the place I recommend its around $25 bucks which is not bad for a 6 hour unlimited entry so you can go out and take a break smoke a cigarette or mingle with others guest in the parking lot taking a break as well. Great for visitors from out of town. Which on the holidays and weekends you are lucky to find a parking space because it is PACKED and inside is packed with sexy men for a good time. Dress down or sporty look decent and smell good most importantly be fresh. Ive seen a lot of guys leave happy or not leave at all lol. New faces are like fresh fish take the bait its fun and worthy

The club was nice loved the video but down side was there were only guys there would have been nice to just see a woman also since it was my first time there I was walking around the 3 floors checking it out and had a couple of guys following me and watching me like I was a thef in a bank or something was really creped out about that

I decided to go here with my partner. The retail area is very nice! They have many different toys and things to choose from. Our first experience was so good in the store we decided to go back. We also decided to check out the club/ play areas. It was definitely not a good experience at all. Just people lurking around in dark corners. Really makes you feel uncomfortable. It was also a lot of people just sitting cars outside and walking around the parking lot. I’m not impressed with the social area. It’s just seems shady. Would not recommend and would not go back. It was actually almost scary in a haunted house type of way.

Love shopping here but for the price they should have some sort of reward program.

Not impressed at all. Stopped by on Wednesday morning (May 20, 2020) and looked around. Seemed like workers were more concerned about down stairs and up stairs being closed. So why NOT close the whole store. I had money but your attitude made me want to visit another brand or store. Even go online. You NEVER want to judge someone by how they look. I knew what I was looking for but rather spend my money somewhere besides here. Poor customer service. Wont be back. I would have spent lots of money but you will never know because of your nasty attitude and how you talk to people.

Literally this store is open 24hrs! I loved the environment. This store has everything you could ever need, whether you’re interested in exploring your cherry, stimulating it’s broken pieces, or whether it’s already been eaten. It also has a very wide range of variety (color, sizes and style). The associates offer the right amount of privacy and customer service. Nice store with a great variety. The only problem was the customer service. When we were checking out with the Male cashier had an altercation with another customer that had nothing to do with us. When I was checking out my items the cashier was short with me, and rolled his eyes at me multiple times when I tried to point out an item on the shelf behind the register that I wanted to buy. It would have been a five star review if it hadnt been for that.

I was told on the phone it was $23 for the club after 10 p.m. and didnt tell me it was cash only.. lucky I had cash.. but.... the guy said and charged me $27....Place was very clean, and employees were very polite, so I called at 7 p.m. and I knew it went up in price after 8 p.m. but I got there at 11.30 p.m. honesty on price is a must.. otherwise it comes off like the clerk is skimming on cover.. that... is disappointing !

Cleanliness, merchandising, organization the store layout is awesome I know almost exactly where to go in the store to get what I came for each time, they have a WIDE variety of Ill sum it up pretty much everything, yea they may be slightly higher in price on some things but hey if rather pay more and shop in an establishment like Toyko Valentino than say a dollar and shop in a dump, rundown smells dirty organization sucks products mixed up everywhere, I will say employees it really shows howsI think deserves aknowlegement. The store was so amazing, my husband and I were so excited to go into the club only to be sorely disappointed. We were promised 3 floors of mayhem but all we got was 3 floors of awful. We saw no other couples only a bunch of single creepers lurking around the hallways. We were there this past friday ready to have a great time with each other only to be followed by a group of 6 or 7 men. Any time we tried to go somewhere private we were followed all throughout the club. The worst was when we went into one of the dark rooms behind a curtain, we were trying to have a moment and there were 6 men behind my husbands shoulder watching us like starving dogs, I was terrified and we immediately left. The place is so nice from the retail side but the club made us feel like we just walked into a sex trafficking ring. Absolutely terrifying, nothing sexy about it.

Great place to buy some good toys

Well tried this place out twice in the last week. Sunday night I got Lucky, but Jesus the trolls are real. Stopped counting how many guys where I. There looking for other guys...I normally wouldnt mind but felt too tired to drive at one point and tried to take a short nap....well that was disturbed when I had a few guys try to get close to me and had to leave. Never made it past the front desk of the video viewing floor (1st I guess). Went upstairs to the actual store and they were all as nice as they could be. I went inquiring about reserving a night for a friends party. The store staff nicely told me that I could be helped better with that downstairs. When I get downstairs the first thing I hear is, “21 dollars”. Red headed front desk guy has a pony tail with heavy build. I explained to him that I had been reading good reviews and wanted to have a party here with my friends. He basically told me if I wasn’t spending money he’s not interested. Of course I know it’s not free. When I explained to him that I know it’s not free....he gave me a card and said to contact the owner. At this point if I’m contacting the owner it’s to let him no that the desk guy on Saturday October 26th has an attitude like he trying to get a nap and customers are really getting on his nerves. At this point I don’t even want to communicate with him anymore. I literally asked him if he was ok. I told him to cheer up as well. Doesn’t matter how bad your day is, as a business owner myself...the customer should never know that. My visit was more exciting going in than leaving. I hope when or if I do decide to come back and actually make it past front desk,I can give this place more stars. Personnel can really make a good business have the worst reputation.

First time to this location 12/07....had a great experience. Brandon was very knowledgeable and informative of products in the store. This place is very nice. It is definitely not one of those sleazy adult stores like most are used to. It is more of an upscale place. We only visited the store, and did not visit the playhouse. The store staff was super friendly and helpful. They had a very wide variety of items for both men and women, and for all sexualities. The prices were definitely higher than online, but I expect that for some items. However there were some items like the Fleshlights that were marked up well over $35. The only issue that I had is that one of the products that I purchased was damaged when I opened the box. Unfortunately it was somewhat expensive, and they have a no return/no exchanges policy due to the type of products that they sell.

Love this place

One of the nicest adult stores I have ever patronized. All displays were neat and orderly. They seemed to carry every product you could imagine. I must say it also smelled fresh, but this could be because it is fairly new. It doesnt have that normal adult store smell I am accustomed to, but I am not complaining. Overall, very nice establishment and I would recommend anyone in the mood for adult items of a discreet or public nature should venture here. Prices are pretty fair for most items.

I am a regular customer of this place, however I have heard many complaints from friends who no longer go. The first is the abusive increase in admission on holidays, another thing is the complicated schedules to know the cost, (because it is paid in CASH ). Unlike other places there are no specials or offers that would make some days more crowded. Another thing is that they have canceled all the electricity connections, we are in 2020, people need to charge their phones. Unlike other places, courtesy Wi-Fi services are not offered. A small bottle of water costs $ 2.50 (At The Flex any drink costs a dollar) There is no drinking fountain. More than the prices, I am concerned about the lack of empathy towards the community. They have built a beautiful expensive dance floor with lights, DJ, etc. but I have never Ive seen someone dance or pay attention to him Definitely the manager does not know what the business is about, the same employees make fun of his nonsense And I no longer want to talk about some ( just some) arrogant and rude employees who do not come out of dark rooms. Homeless living in and they are smoking all time. The community attends this place because it is necessary, but not because of what it offers. When you compare this place to other LGBT places you feel like they are trying to take advantage of the situation. All this things are easy to fix....If they want.

Wonderful spot to shop or browse. Went in the store with my girls at night during a sleepover. They are open 24 hours. Looks great lots of fun. Saturday night was champagne night and I drank a glass.

Best store on the east coast. I was in Atlanta for a convention. Went to the downstairs area. Very clean, very inviting, not a lot of rude patrons. Busy on both nights I went. Single ladies and couples were there. You are lucky to have a place like this Atlanta. The only complaint is that some of the regulars were a little agressive to the females. Need to figure out a way to control this or it will ruin you. It has at other places like this. Cant wait to be in Atlanta next year.

The staff member present was very rude and condescending. This was my first time ever visiting a store like this and the stuff were not up to my expectations. To be honest I have received better customer service at Mc Donald’s. I shared with staff it was my first time and I needed some help with products and he completely brushed me off and made me feel stupid. It’s defintley not what I expected as my first sex store experience. He told me since I didn’t know what exactly I wanted he could not help me and told me to look around. The least he could’ve did was recommend some popular products. I was the only person in the store so them being busy cannot be used as an excuse. The male staff then continued to stare me down the whole time until I felt so uncomfortable I decided to leave. Also, I called a friend to see if she could help me since the staff member refused to and the male staff basically yelled at me for talking on my phone. I normally do not write reviews but this is honestly the worse customer service I have ever experienced. I will be reporting the staff to the store manager and coperate. I do not want anyone to have the same experience as me! Bottom line don’t waste your time, staff is not helpful but will stare you down the whole time while you shop. Not only was I accused of stealing, I was made to be searched at the front of the store IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS. There were other customers that made the alarm go off and they were not searched. I cannot help but think this happened to me because Im Black. The staff gave me some lame excuse about their store owner getting on their case about not addressing the store alarm going off and he watches the cameras. Of course, I didnt steal anything and on to add to the situation an undercover cop came inside at the same time with his hand on his waist as if he was preparing to draw his weapon. Instead of asking the customer to go to the office or an area out of the way, they searched me and went through my purse in front of everyone. They also threatened to call the police if I didnt comply to being searched. Never have I EVER been disrespected in such a way by ANY establishment. They have me a gift card for my hard time. I will not be using it, I threw it away. I will not EVER patronize this establishment again and Im contacting their owner and district manager about this.

One of the best experiences in shopping Ive had. Staff knows their jobs, are always very helpful. Make sure you stop by for whatever your private delight might be. I found mine. I was looking at paying hundreds of dollars online for a special toy for my fiance, but I found it there for less than a $80.00. Be careful, the place is like a Walmart for adult pleasure, you may go in expecting to buy one thing, but youll walk out, with so much more.

Loved everything.

I purchased to very large dildo from the store. The Dildo was in a sealed container so i thought it was new. Once I get home I open my new toy to try it out. BOOM was I in shock, The dildo has stains on it as if it was used and smelled. After examining the container I could tell is was a used dildo. I am very upset.

Its a cool place with a big inventory. You should definitely be able to find what youre looking for here, but they do not have a return policy and the dumbasses do not give customers the receipt/prof of purchase in order for us to get use our products warranty. Stupid.

ALL TGIRLS/ SISSIES BEWARE. This staff has to be the worse staff in customer service history. I drove 30 minutes in the rain to make it to the Trans Dancer Night event to have them turn me away because im trans (for all reasons). The same brass tone man at the counter, Guy tells me they dont allow trans guest on this night. Apparently, these are the rules of the promoters. Waited 30 minutes for him, but even then he never shows up to speak to me. I end up pulling security aside posing as the promoter. This man winds up hitting on me while Im already so frustrated!!!! As I explain to him why it wouldnt work, Im also telling him how unprofessional all this is. I bring up how the sign is misleading several times because it never gave me a disclaimer saying transgirls arent allowed only the trans girl workers. All he said was sorry and continued to talk about how he could get at me. I never hated a place more than I do right now. Not the actual place but the employees running it. I hate it because of them. I spoke with the general manager over the entire Atlanta area and he says hes working on getting a night for transgirls. I asked if the rules are going to stand, the least they can do is card the women that come in so nobody is singled out because picking and choosing who must be transgender is ridiculously insulting. So, its no need to say he couldnt help either. I wasted my gas, my time, my energy DRIVING IN THE RAIN to this place where I thought my kind was welcome. This was unacceptable. I would never run my business like this and if youre transgender visiting, please tread lightly at this place. I work in customer service also and I know for a fact this isnt it.

After a few failed attempts of finding the toy I wanted, I finally tried Tokyo Valentino. Im so glad I did! Not only was it stocked but the staff actually showed me how to use and care for it! They were very knowledgeable and super friendly, even though I asked a lot of dumb questions. My prior experience with adult stores was limited to Starship because it was close by, but they were always rude and usually sold me toys that didnt work properly. From now on Ill be making the drive back to Tokyo for my naughty business.

Just bought some cute lingerie today, was excited about wearing it...since it was a lacy and mesh bodysuit & you cant try it on in the store. i didnt realize it had a hole in it until i got home...i called to tell them about it ...as i purchased the item an hour ago & they said they cant offer me an exchange or refund. will not ever be shopping there again.

I went tonight and the worker was rude she had long hair. Acted as if she didnt want to touch my hand or even put bag in my hand let alone the money . I got no hey welcome ... in fact it was my first time and I spent 45 min looking by myself because no one asked and it was only 5 people in the store customer wise . I even asked for help asked a few questions I received an half ass answer and no help. Also, when she run me up she stood there and had a whole conversation with my item in her hand before even ringing me up I wont be going here again

This store is one of the best Adult stores I have been too. The selection is amazing and the store is just huge. So many ideas for fun when you go in. I went with my girl and we left with a weekend of Erotica. Costumes, toys and every type of lubrication you can think of.. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. The music was a bit loud, but it did add ease to shopping without feeling everyone was listening to us.. Maybe next time we go we will check out the remodeled Video Arcade for a little extra fun ;)

This is the biggest novelty store i ever been to. I have a great experience every time I visit. Customer service is awesome. The atmosphere is off the hook. Theres nothing like shopping and feeling like youer in a club at the same time. A full selection Bondage wear and play. A beautiful area of lingerie, shoes, jewelry, oils and more. This is a go to spot while visiting Atlanta...Thank you so muchMJ...
