They took a lien out on my place in order to buy the property. When I made my last payment I asked for the title. Having to wait 4 months after to receive it. Then 6 months after I bought it. They wake up one day and decide they dont want a single mother of 4 there just cause she had the same four ppl coming over (family) to baby sit. And another tenant that just cant stand you cause she slept with your old man and you told her about her self accuses you of suspicious activity. so they tell you either move your home or sell it. But every person you have fill out a background check will get refused. Bashing and throwing my name around the trailer park like we back in middle school. Forcing you to lose the home. Also you get ban from the property so you cant show ppl the home for sell. Lock you out of your property not allowing you to get any of your things urns baby pics important items even childrens medicine. After they get the home for less then 2300.00. they slap paint on it and Jack the price up to 18,500. Making 16,200 in profit. The owner except big town results from a small town community. This aint manhattan.

Too many mobile homes for way too much money. Lot rent is outrageous for such a small town

Iv owned and lived in atchison ks for about 2 years in decade acres. It is nice place to live its very quiet no drama management is doing a good job keeping it up just few more. Thing around here and it would be perfect. jet is the actual manager she is reasonable and listins to the problems. On site manager is ok she works hard and does her job good. Unreadable job they have dont in few months

LOVE IT HERE!! the lot manager on site is amazing I have called here early in the morning ,sometimes late at night! always a answer ..always a solution. gravel always available.i just moved and had to keep some boxes on my porch- kinda of an eye sore- but no complaints at all! they have helped us every step of the way to make us feel like home! my dogs are annoying, and my kids are loud and its never an issue I love it here! love how clean it is too.

I lived in this neighborhood for 11 years and it used to be a great one to live in. However, with the new owners it is just terrible. The streets are poorly patched with potholes galore on some streets. Numerous for sale signs are posted around the neighborhood. Why? Maybe because the park manager constantly harasses the residents, some of the more elderly residents might I add. You cant have someone parked at your lot or enter your home without being scrutinized by the parks staff. I hope to see some change around this once peaceful, beautiful neighborhood.

Worst place i have ever lived the management $50 you to death even when you pay on time you can not do anything in this trailer court and I wouldnt have my worst enemy live here it is full of meth trialors but management dont care bout that all they care about is getting their $50 more from you after you pay rent so no I would not move here if you ever want to be happy

Terrible new ownership!! On site manager harasses elderly residents. Ridiculous new rules for park(some trying to dictate who can come into your mobile home that you personally own). Holes not fixed, only temporarily patched until city garbage trucks break the roads down further. Wont provide gravel for driveways, fix sidewalks, etc. I lived in the park for about 20 years and I am incredibly disappointed. Lot rent to be increased soon and improvements to park that are much needed have not been addressed!

Not really sure why I chose it but I felt that it was the right choice.

My sister lives in Decade Acres. Ive been coming there for 20+ years and have never seen the mobile home park look so nice. A place to be proud to call home. Great job new ownership.

Scary alot of the time I have grandkids that live there and there is alot of illegal activities that carry on day and night!

The pot holes as you enter Decade Acres are totally enough to put your car in the shop for weeks, the around here scratch up your car, are under your homes, my gosh!
