First time in my adult life being in the store; went in on 7/25, the guy working the desk is awesome. Didn’t try to upsell me on anything but definitely gave some recommendations; didn’t at all feel like he was trying to guilt me.Bought my item, didn’t judge me or give any sort of indication he was. Very nice gentleman and a nice looking store.Will be returning.

I never give bad reviews for any place but my experience was so bad that I left crying. If you’re newly 18 and want to explore new possibilities this is not the place. They worker made fun of me the whole time at check out for what I was buying (fuzzy pink handcuffs), it took all I had not to cry in that moment.This was 3 months ago, today my best friend went (also newly 18) and they wouldn’t even look at her ID, they sent her out and wouldn’t let her back in.

A bit sparse, but overall a good selection. A little bit of something for just about everyone. The staff is always respectful while still doing their jobs well. It is worth the time to stop by.

One star because I can’t give zero.. cashier was cool until I refused her pressure sale of junk lube. She then dicided that if I wasent going to spend the extra 20$ on trash I was not going to be allowed to purchase anything. She then refused my sale and asked me to leave.Highway robbery!!!! We all know you can get all this stuff on amazon for half price.So that’s what I did.Saved me 20$Skip the nasty attitude, pressure sale and double prices. beside myself at peoples rudeness

My main reason for giving Diamond Adult World in Atascadero a bad review is because I went in asking for a specific product which they did not have. I stressed that I wanted to research more online before I made an over $100 decision. Especially since they did not have exactly what I wanted. They talked me into something different at which point I explained I was still going to go home and compare. I bought the one I wasnt so thrilled about thinking I could return it if I found the one online I really wanted. I did find what I wanted online. Brought my unopened purchase back to Diamond (within hours) of purchasing it and they refused to allow me to return it. What I am upset about it they KNEW I was going home to do further research and might bring back my purchase and at no time did they disclose NO RETURNS. I do not recall seeing a sign that said this anywhere in the store. I would not have made a purchase if I had known this a head of time. I will never return to the store.
