Along the shores of Lake Erie gorgeous beach suggestion plan for several hours lots to do and see. On the water there are boat launches, Swimming and sunbathing along with bird watching. A trail was closed when we went.Clean restrooms and a food pavilion for cooking out or something from the food shop which has basic carnival/circus foods and ice cold beverages. Small park for the kiddies and a Frisbee golf course on the hill with a fountain area .

I really like this park!!! Especially Sundays when all the classic cars come in... The beach is well kept, giant pavilion, food is decent... Only reason it didnt get 5 stars is because they dont allow dogs into the park. Big sign when entering. Our pup is well trained and behaved.

This place is absolutely beautiful but I have a major concern. One of the Ducks is injured and someone please go rescue it. It has been sitting by the brick waterfall all Week and can barely move. It needs to be rescued...Please please... Thank you....

This is a very nice park that sits directly on the lake, with the main road through curving away from the water in a U shape. There is one large pavilion with WiFi, bench picnic tables, swings, and direct views of Lake Erie, and other pavilions scattered throughout the park. Theres a great pond with swans and ducks that makes a great backdrop for senior photos, and theres even a peacock enclosure.There is a seasonal food stand, and restrooms available, as well as a decent beach and playground for the kids.Be sure to lock your car doors though and to watch out for goose poop.

Its a relaxing place to just sit and watch ty he waves. Watch sunsets and a storm move in over the water. And great places for family pictures.

The playground and beach were very nice. We were surprised to find that the concession stand was open. So we ended up eating lunch here. The only down side is people who left things on the beach. I wish everyone would just take a moment to clean up after themselves.

Not exactly what we were expecting. We parked just past the concession stands. There is a rather large drop off just to get from the parking lot down to the shoreline. It’s doable, and I was carrying my infant while my husband held on to our 2 year-old. On the beach, the sand is covered in goose poop and feathers. The water was quite clean and surprisingly warm. My son had a blast on the beach and in the water. There are bathrooms (very dirty), a playground (in full sun with no shade), lifeguard, a pavilion, and a concession stand within a 1-5 minute walk from the beach. Perhaps my standards for a “clean beach” are higher than others, and I did not enjoy having to dodge goose poop or navigate the drop off.

Beautiful Disc Golf course with really sweet elevation change. Even my 9 yr old boy was able to play all 18 holes. Red, white, and blue tee pads on almost every hole.

This place was dirty and full of goose droppings. It is nice place to get ice cream and sit in the pavilion. They also have a hilly disc golf course. The beach is small and an option. The playground is right on the beach but the sand has lots of trash mixed with it. The little shop by the pavilion is nice and provides some food options.

So wonderful! Beautiful and clean with cute porch swings under the covering with all the picnic tables was so cool and relaxing. Cute little food place with delicious fresh squeeze lemonade.

Beautiful beach! Nice place to go with the family and friends. Has picnic areas and pavilions to rest at. Also has a playground for kids to play in, and grassy areas to play games on. Very nice view of the lake and very clean. The birds are always pretty and well taken care of. There is a snack building open in the summer and there are grills for picnicking.

Beach is really nice there to swim. Concession stand is great with fair food available. There is also a wildlife display with peacock and swans.

The beach isnt very clean but lovely place to see the sunset!

It as always is a beautiful place however I noticed large groups of people without any masks. It was very crowded I just stayed in my car and enjoyed the view. I also noticed that there were no geese and the peacocks were also missing. The pond had a lot of ducks and a couple of swans.

Its nice sometimes theres more geese and ducks I would have liked to seen the baby ducks grow up some for like 2 days and they were gone. There is a couple ducks and geese that need looked at cuz of injuries other than that its a nice place. My family and I enjoy going there and feeding them daily.

We loved this park. We walk down to the little beach access. We found a whole clay wall in which my kids spent a lot of time making creations. And exploring through the rocks and trees along the shoreline. Theres a picnic area lots of benches a bathroom great place for big family gatherings.

I have been going to this park since I was a child. I broke my leg in 2nd grade sledding here. But most of my memories of LakeShore Park are positive. I love how quiet and peaceful it is.

It is a nice park with a concession stand, restroom, baitshop, boat launch and beach. the downsides of the park are the goose droppings and feathers everywhere. They took out the playground, and there are a lot of bees around the main pavilion.

Good pricing on Pavillions and good food at the concessions stand. Clean park also not too many people

Beautiful park. Went for the uncorked winefest. Good place to sample different wineries, good for and good music with stunning views.

Lake Shore Park was very nice, hassle free, friendly, clean and the bait shop was absolutely perfect!! With a very courteous & welcoming owner. Will def be back many times!! Def a 5 star!!

Decent little park. Very large picnic pavilion with built in grills. The beach area was pretty dirty and in need of some cleaning probably will occur in the spring. There is a swing set and a couple of slides that are fun for the kids. There is a very large grassy Hill area near by that would be good to explore and enjoy

Awesome place! Great If youre looking for a place for family portraits, senior pictures, or anything like that. You can feed the ducks and swans too.

Love love love this park year around- on a somewhat warm winter day its refreshing as well as summer with all the swings, food stand, and nature to enjoy Lovely place to picnic for quick day trip. Its a beach with nature, animals and scenery.

What a great park! Clean and well kept, this is a great place to bring the kids to play or just plop a couple chairs on the sand and watch the boats and seagulls. Definitely worth the visit!

Beautiful park with great events. Renting a pavilion is not an easy process and they do not ensure that you’re pavilion is accessible the day of. Had my wedding in the pavilion that I paid for, but they moved the tables back and removed my decorations. Our ceremony was late due to a family having a birthday party here as well.

Very disappointed with the condition of the park around the duck pond when we visited today with our 4 year old grandson. The walk around the pond was covered with goose poop. It was discussing. The water in the pond was also filthy. Not sure we will return with the sanitary conditions in such terrible shape.

The park is absolutely beautiful. The water seemed to be pretty calm and its a cool summer day. Took the whole family there and set up a picnic in the pavilion. The pavilion is absolutely fantastic! It can seat so many people. Took the boat out to do a little bit of fishing and again what a beautiful day at a beautiful place.

Awesome beach with a beautiful pavilion. Got Lemonade at the snack shack they serve more than just lemonade. Bathrooms were very clean with beautiful original tin ceilings. Great place for families

Ever since I was a child, I felt like this park would always be my favorite place on earth. It still is even after moving away and being gone for more than 20 years. Its still a destination of mine once a year when we come to visit.

Such a beautiful park and I can tell everyone is anxious to get back down there for all the activities!

Its a beautiful clean park. The lake is so big. The landscaping well done and in great positions. The ducks, swans, and geese are all so friendly. No dogs but that was fine for this park.

Sweet little place

This beach beats the state park hands down! Clear beach beyond beautifully maintained grounds, playground, large and well-maintained pavilion with swings and picnic tables to eat and watch the water, and the park also has clean and convenient restrooms. Loved that there is a concession stand with good and reasonably priced food. Not over crowded and the parking is close to the beach making transporting beach gear and kids a lot easier. Well never go to another beach again!
