Absolutely amazing

This is a very good place for an outdoor concert it has some parking and for bigger crowds there is nearby street parking. It is free but they take a donation during the concert. There is seating for maybe 300 people with room for more people on the lawn.

The Guy C. Myers Band Shell has been a fixture of Brookside park for many years. It is laid out as an amphitheatre with plenty of fixed seating. There is also an expansive grassy area for visitors who want to bring a picnic and stretch out on the lawn while enjoying a show. The Band Shell hosts the Ashland Symphony Orchestra, as well as bands and other kinds of performers from across the country.

Excellent facility for the free summer concert series. Either sit on the provided benches or bring your own chair.
