I was looking to upgrade my wedding ring. Jeremy was so helpful and knowledgeable. After asking what I was looking for, he brought in several stones and designs for me to consider. He was also very educational on the quality and value of each stone. There was absolutely no pressure to spend a higher amount or to be quick in my decision. I am absolutely 100% pleased with my new ring and I know I received excellent direction in my choice.

I came to Art Fx looking to customize my engagement ring, but being 2 weeks away I decided it would be best not to rush the process. Jeremy provides great customer service, patient, kind, helped me pick out something perfectly suited to me. When I was undecided between 2 rings, he let me try it out for the weekend! Jessie took the time to give me many options in the refurbishing of my grandmothers vintage ring including the bringing in a small variety of precious and semi precious gems for me to compare and choose from. His craftsmanship and attention to detail is stellar. The entire experience from start to finish was a joy and my new ring is exquisite!

We stopped in here while visiting Ashland, and I fell head over heels in love with a beautiful ring (and many other things). They have a wonderful selection of styles and price ranges; lots of great designs to choose from. I got my ring (!) and was leaving the next day, so they were able to resize it for me that afternoon. Very professional and knowledgeable... and I thought prices were reasonable for the quality.

These guys have always been super helpful, professional, and courteous. The first time I went to the shop (about ten years ago) they helped me repair a favorite piece of jewlery. Nothing expensive, but the repaired it well and treated me as if I was their most important customer. I have never forgotten that and have purchased a few other items from them. My engagement ring needed some work. When I went to pick it up, it was so perfect it brought tears to my eyes. Suddenly it seemed like I was 27 again and newly engaged.They have also made other beautiful pieces for me.I appreciate how they are able to visualize and then beautifully bring the piece to life.

Like a previous reviewer, I also asked another jeweler to custom make a ring and was told that it wouldnt look right, and that was not what I really wanted. Like an idiot, I went ahead and took her advice and created a ring that I never really liked. Then I found Chuck at Art Fx who said that my idea would look great. He remade my ring and its, without a doubt, the most beautiful ring that Ive ever seen. Its obviously not hideous since I get loads of compliments on it as well. Theyve since redone and upgraded another ring (my wedding ring), and its also gorgeous. At Art Fx they produce excellent quality products at an affordable price. They also have other unique and gorgeous jewelry, like the black diamond necklace that my husband bought for me, and theyre really nice people to work with. Dont bother going anywhere else!

My husband and I wanted to have a special engraving done for our daughter. We wanted it done in Hebrew and gave the lettering to Jesse at FX, who passed it to the engraver. None of us speak or write Hebrew, so this project could have easily gone awry. But, both Jesse and the engraver were so concerned about it being accurate, they did their own investigation regarding the spelling and then sent us a final photo of what they felt was right. They invested way more effort and time than we could have expected and we were so appreciative. This was truly fine personal service. The engraving looks beautiful and we are looking forward to giving it to our daughter!

My wife and I both had our wedding rings custom made in the shop. Chuck and his staff do a fabulous job! I look forward to doing more business with them. I like how they will use gold that you bring in. And I like how they will trade precious stones with you if you have nice stones. I would recommend this place to anybody.

I am so thrilled I found Jeremy and all the guys at ArtFX. After a negative and stressful experience trying to buy a wedding band at another place in town, the customer service and curated experience of working with these guys was incredibly relaxing and refreshing. Just two weeks before my wedding they offered me tons of options for bands, including that they would make me whatever I wanted and make sure I had it before the wedding day. They assured me I could change my mind later if I needed to, that they would continue to work with me after my purchase. They spent hours letting me try rings on over and over again and entertained my indecisiveness with exceptional patience. Jeremy trusted me to take the ring for a test drive so I could be sure it was the one in a relaxed environment. They assured me of the ethical sourcing of the diamonds and talked me through clarity with honesty. In the hours I spent in the store I got to witness maybe a dozen past customers come in to say hi or get their rings cleaned. I got the clear sense that they are a true community hub and that by purchasing with them, theyd continue to take care of me and my ring for years to come. You bet these are my jewelry guys from here on out.

We regularly try to stop on this shop and although it says it closes at five it is firmly locked down with nothing in its cases at least ten til. They have gorgeous items, local craft people and lovely consignment pieces if you can ever find them open. In addition to early closures, they seem to have little regard for the fact that they do business in a tourist town, and are closed evenings and Sundays

Jesse at ArtFX designed and made me a gorgeous gold cuff bracelet with 5 embedded diamonds. The gold and diamonds came from my mothers brooch that I never wore. From the recommendation of a friend, I took a ring my grandmother had given as a gift to me almost 20 years ago in to have it recoated in gold. My grandmother passed away 4 months ago and I wanted to make the ring look nice again as I have been wearing it daily since her passing. During the process of readying the ring, the band snapped. This ring means the world to me so with no hesitation, Jeremy offerred to remake it at no charge. He also said he would make it in sterling silver since original metal was so soft and caused it to break. It only took 2 weeks and the ring is abosultely beautiful.
