We booked A Scottish Play for my 2 daughters birthdays and they had a blast! Mattie was our host and was so much fun or as they called her The Lady in the Walls everything in this escape room was so well thought out and so much fun. The kids are still talking about it and now they cant wait for you guys to come up with another room! Escape Ashland definitely does not disappoint. And they are sooooo accommodating! Would highly recommend

The Scottish Play was my first escape room experience and WHAT A BLAST! Everyone was so focused and so intense in figuring out the intricate, thematic puzzles. I couldnt believe how excited I was each time we got one step closer to escape, which I am proud to say, we did! A great addition to any Ashland Shakespeare trip -- HIGHLY recommended!!

I had so much fun here doing my first escape room ever!! I love games and puzzles and have always wanted to do one, and as an actor this was the perfect one to start with. The theme and puzzles were clever, perfect for Ashland, and even got to be the perfect amount of spooky! Our host Mattie was so welcoming and fun, and was so helpful in us having a wonderful experience escaping!

What a fun work bonding activity! We all had a blast looking for clues. Some of us were more competitive than others...lol. I would highly recommend this as a group activity whether for staff, friends or family. A fun time was had by all.

Being it our first time to an escape room, we didnt know what to expect.Especially going as a family, and having our 12 and our 7 year old daughters with us.But the the team at Ashlands Escape Room, and especially Alex, did an amazing job, that made it a fun and memorable experience ! My college friends and I had a good time here. The room settings are gorgeous! The puzzles are fun with a perfect difficulty. The host Kerri is super friendly and even translated some hints into mandarin for us using google translator lol! A very good experience and will come back if I am in town again!

This was the first and only escape room I have ever been to. It was 85 for three of us. I dont want to say to much and give anything away. Its definitely worth trying. My daughter said it was one of the best escape rooms shes.

The Scottish Play Escape Room was incredible! This was only my second escape room but it fully surpassed the first one with unique puzzles, surprises, immersion into the story, and diverse sets. We absolutely loved it and it was the highlight of our trip. It has me hooked on trying more escape rooms but slightly scared they won’t be as cool as this one.

The Scottish Play is the best escape room ever! And Ive done a lot. Escape Ashland just keeps getting better and better. Some of the clues were diabolical and ingenious. Loved it!

We made it out with 11 min to spare!!! I took my two children (9 and 12) to their first escape room. What a great experience! Everything - story, props, theme, build, staff - was top notch. I fear Ive set an impossibly high escape room standard format 2. Ive been to a few and this stands out as the best! Looooved every minute of it!!!

The best night for me and my staff! Such a great team building event. We all had so much fun and worked well to escape. I highly recommend everyone go to the Escape Room Ashland!

The Scottish Play is an immersive, surprising puzzle that will keep you engaged and enjoying yourself. One of the most fun things you could do in town. My family loved it.

Excellent game, very welcoming and encouraging hosts. This was our first Escape and they gave us just the right amount of hints. We highly recommend The Audition for families or any other groups.

I met the owner on a walk and our family had wanted to try an escape room together - so we finally booked the event!Our host, Kyle, was friendly and inclusive (some of us were nervous). He did a great job of explaining the process and goals - right along with reassuring us that if we needed help he was there for us. Our family members were 18 to 80 years old. We all contributed and enjoyed the time together.The room was carefully decorated with theme appropriate furnishings. We knew Henry V, so the references were delightful but are not needed to escape the room. There are a variety of puzzles and plenty of rewards for just being observant and nosy!Ashland Escape was an exhilarating hour of family bonding and fun. We can’t wait to try The Scottish Play or Rambling Rogue when we are back in town! Oh yeh, we did escape - VICTORY!

I’ve done both Ashland escape rooms and they are really fun! The Audition one is particularly good for fans of the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, and Ramblin Rogue is good for those who are super into westerns. (Try to get Kyle as host if you can. He’s hilarious.)

So fun! Clever work by the designer. A great way to spend an hour.This was the first escape room I had done (now I have done three). It remains one of my favorites. There are several really cool puzzles and solutions like hidden compartments that pop open when you solve a clue on the other side of the room.You are auditioning for Henry V when you are locked in the green room by a fellow auditioner who is desperate for the part. Can you solve his clues in time for your own audition?

What a creative space!! I was a little timid to do this Henry V, as I am not a Shakespeare pro, but it turned out to not be an issue! We had so much fun with our group from ages 9 to 57! We all had something to contribute and we made it to the end with a little help from the host. Do not miss this!!Jani

This place was so fun, we tried the one that had Western theme. We barely made it out on time. I do not recommend little kids in this one because there is a lot of fragile things that you cannot touch.

By far the best escape room in the Rogue Valley. The attention to detail and beautiful atmosphere completely immerse you in the mystery, while creative and challenging puzzles make for a fun and rewarding experience. Friendly and helpful staff are there to aid you when you get stuck. I highly recommend Escape Ashland to tourists and natives alike -- you wont regret it.

We did this for my sisters bachelorette party and it was SO much fun! Our host (Kyle) was very friendly and did an excellent job helping us out.

Excellent place. Super fun game. Great interactive game for all ages. We had eight playing in our group (ages 6-60) and everyone had a blast. The owner and staff are super friendly and helpful. The business and escape room are clean and inviting. I cant wait until they change the theme and try another escape. But I may even go back before that with other friends just to see how they try to escape and if they can finish in less than 60 seconds.

This was an awesome time! I have never done an escape room but have played enough of those apps I thought I was ready! The ladies that help run the Escape Room are so nice and helpful! Although we had 3 kids ages 10, 8 and 7 with us, we all had a lot of fun and worked together! Definitely recommend for any grouping of folks: be ready to learn to work together!

I went with 2 friends of mine and we had a great time, the puzzles were well made, and everything was themed well. The staff was friendly and helpful. This room is a great beginner escape room for someone who hasnt done escape rooms before. People who have done lots of rooms before May find it a bit on the easy side, but they will still have a great time.

It was really fun, and challenging too! I would totally do this again with family or friends!

Awesome! I took the whole family (ages 12, 14 and 16) and we all had a great time. Extremely well-done. Friendly, helpful staff. Were still talking about it, two weeks later!

This place is amazing! Kerri, the owner, is nicest person youll ever meet. She helped accommodate our group of 4 and worked around our busy schedule to get us in. We had some friends visit from out of state and wanted to do something where we could have fun and actually interact. Escape rooms are perfect for doing just that. We did the ramblin rogue saloon room and it was so much fun. The puzzles were challenging and well thought out. I have done escape rooms before but this was by far the best one yet. This would be great for families or a group of friends looking to make memories and have a blast doing it. Whether you are visiting or local this should be on everyones to do list. I cant wait to come back and do the audition room.

Had a great time, my wife and I solved it in about 40 minutes. Kerri was a great host and knew how to give help without giving the solutions away. Would absolutely recommend The Audition for anyone looking for a different type of experience.

It was a ton of fun. We (beginners) made it out with five minutes to spare. It was challenging but everyone could figure it out.

Nice variety of clever puzzles, strongly themed with a satisfying conclusion. Gentle hints provided as necessary, their philosophy is to make sure all visitors get the full experience rather than enforcing a hard deadline for scoring ... though there is a wall of fame for the competitive sprits who finish without hints under an hour. Make sure you enjoy the current room before it gets changed for a new one next year! Team size of 3-4 is enough for experienced players, larger team with more eyes could be better for newcomers.

Excellent escape room. Highly entertaining and tricky. I loved that innocent seeming actions had large effects. I absolutely would recommend this to both seasoned escapees and novices alike.

Stumbled upon this escape room one morning last June and impulsively book ourselves, a group of two, for the afternoon. Ive done three escape rooms total, and this one was my favorite! Compared to other experiences, this one does not heavily rely on combination locks - there are so many different kinds of puzzles, challenges, and surprises! This experience left us buzzing for days afterwards!
