This food is amazing! Id definitely suggest trying appetizers here. The fried sweet plantains are to die for, and we loved the cheese dip! The quesadillas and tacos were fabulous, and we loved the chicken tortilla soup. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They were following all the safety guidelines (masks, social distancing, etc). Id definitely suggest stopping here if youre in the historic Biltmore village!

It is a beautiful place with high end quaint shops. Just a tad scary when I see people crossing the road. Cars fly up and down around dark. And if you spend $$$$$ to stay @ Grand Boheim Hotel..watch how the guys treat your car when they park it...since you pay extra $$ for that. Also stay aware walking around, homeless are around railroad tracks. Be safe! Enjoy. Respect our city.

I have been to biltmore before, however I never knew there was a mcdonalds that was somewhat village themed. The atmosphere and attention to detail is amazing for a fast food restraunt, and I love the piano. Food was the usual mcdonalds food, but it seriously gets a 5 for me just for the styling and hospitality.

One of the most romantic and enchanting places you can visit. Nestled in the mountains, offering chill vibes, amazing food, delicious craft beers, in combination to provide ample opportunities to create special lasting memories. After visiting once, you will be looking to plan your next visit back.

This was one of the top 5 meals we have ever had! And thats saying a lot for this foodie couple! The restaurant was recommended on an email about great places to eat in North Carolina and were they ever right. We had a hard time choosing but loved the Lobster nachos appetizer and the beef tenderloin with lobster mac and cheese and grilled asparagus. There was so much lobster in both dishes. And the coconut margarita was amazing. Great service from Brad and we loved the hostess. We will definitely be back!

Lots of shops are WAY over priced, traffic is terrible and some of the lights are confusing and cause wrecks and dont plan to park close to where you want to go because its not going to happen. Trust me. Sad part is that it use to be a great place and was fun to go to. Especially at Christmas when all the Christmas lights were on and all the buildings looked like gingerbread houses. And now.... I dont even like to go near that area.

Wanted to visit the winery only.Sadly couldnt, unless I paid $49 per person. That price is totally ridiculous .A few years back , winery only visits cost NOTHING. We ate here for lunch after the Christmas tour. My husband and his friend got the turkey and dumpling stew. My friend got the steak sandwich. She and I both substituted the fries for their butternut squash bisque. I had the estate-raised Angus beef burger, topped with sauteed onions and yummy melted Gouda. It was by far the best of all the meals and one of the best burgers I have had in my 56 years. The server, Sharon, was very nice and unobtrusive. All in all a very nice, relaxing, and delicious meal. I hardly ever give five stars, but this was darn close. If I had the same experience again, I would give it a five!

Cute place to walk around. The staff in the stores were very friendly. But if you need to go to the bathroom, you have to walk to the McDonalds. We had a nice visit. It was not crowded at all which was great. We have been there before and faced large crowds. Probably due to a combination of it being off season, a Monday and Covid. It would have been a 5 star visit, but 2 of the 3 places to buy food at the old stables were closed. Only the icecream shop was open. The sandwich shop was closed for renovations. The hotdog stand closed at least 10 minutes prior to their posted time. This really upset us because we were counting on eating there after our tour of the mansion. They shutdown early for their own convenience. Very unprofessional.

Quite a few shops closed due to covid. There werent as many shops in the Village as we expected, and several you can find in any shopping mall. That said, the McDonalds was designed to look similar to the other Biltmore vintage buildings, and is quite handsome (the food is the same, of course).

My wife and I drove almost 2 hours with another couple to visit the village. First, we tried to get a cup of coffee at a restaurant. The host was extremely rude and seemed to do everything he could to dissuade us from going in. We then went shopping and the owners of almost all of the shops were so rude and condescending we left and went to black mountain. I think the people here are the most intolerant and mean group of people Ive ever been around. I cant find any reason to ever go here again

I love to travel, meet new people, find great places to shop, get a bite to eat or a good drink. Im always taking my best friend along for the adventure. Theres so much to say about this cozy but classy little place. Its adjacent to the entrance to Biltmore. It was designed for estate workers in the beginning. The small village is now located in the city limits of Asheville North Carolina and has numerous shops and restaurants, including the Corner Kitchen and Red Stag grill. I would say its contemporary and chic. It has a rich history and architecture that just about anyone would enjoy. The food and drinks are excellent. Not to mention the staff, shops, independent owners and restaurants are excellent as well. We travel to Asheville often and are always treated with quality and feel welcomed. This is a must see place and is a one of a kind treasure.

Americas largest house, a must see in Asheville. My group of friends visited this landmark of America and we could not stop admiring its beauty. The self guided tour was quite interesting. We were taken back to time to image the life of the famous Vilderbilt family. Of all the rooms in this gigantic house, I like the library the best. The building was well maintained. We heard that the estate still employs 2000 staff to keep us the entire property.
