This was my first visit to the gallery. So many talented artists have their works on display and for sale. Everything from furniture, pottery, paintings, kitchenware to jewelry.

I love love loved this place. I swear it just keeps going and going forever. The bottom floor has a lot of interesting metal work and if you go up they have a huge variety of things including ceramics, glass, jewelry, and house decoration things (if you go all the way down the hall on the top floor they have some really cool painted lamp shades). Lots of the places in this area are expensive compared to what Im used to (as they should be, someone worked hard on it) but I did find a hand made mug for $22.

This is one of my favorite art places. We visit every time we go to Ashville.

This gallery is sneaky big, and I spent a couple hours looking at all the unique pieces they have for sale. They have a wide variety of art, but they also have a lot of good interior spaces that range from bedding to tables to any number of centerpieces or wall art.

This place has some amazing artwork and we have purchased several pieces in the past few years. We are always thrilled with everything we have purchased. Its just a lot of fun going through and looking at everything they have to offer.

Hope they continue to carry only products made relatively locally. You will not find t-shirts or things made in China here.

We ended up stopping here just to get out of the incessant rain. What looked like a small shop from street level turned out to include a massive upstairs gallery full of local art. While the pieces we liked best were priced out of our budget, we really enjoyed browsing the huge collection. Definitely worth a stop.

I was walking by this place and there were some cute things out front that I was taking pictures of. I went in and couldnt believe my eyes; the store is so fascinating that it is hard to explain and properly describe This is more like a super-cool art gallery than a store (tho, it IS a store with everything for sale). There were so many cute, beautiful, fascinating things to look at and buy. It is a fantastic place to buy a really unique gift for someone. Each item was more artistic than the next. I thought I was done, then noticed a stairway up. Well, up there are even more things to see. They have everything from full bedroom sets, furniture, cool desks, end tables, glasswares (the spaceman dishes were the BEST!) - everything you can imagine; I cant even name it all. And, the jewelry in the glass cases is beyond unique and gorgeous.Even if you are are not looking to buy something, I highly recommend this store. You will think you are in an amazing artists colony. I really enjoyed browsing through this beautiful place. Oh, and the people who work there - theyre super-nice!

I always love stopping in here. Its so expansive, but not always expensive. fascinating, cool art all over the place, some of it extremely high-priced, some of it very affordable, but all of it fun to look at. A great place to kill an hour wandering around, then buy something for 15 bucks to remember your trip to Asheville.

Exceptionally well curated gallery of a wide variety of artisan made arts and crafts. This is my favorite gallery in Asheville and thats saying something. A wide variety of items, particularly pottery and jewelry, are well represented and organized by helpful and friendly staff. The price range of items is also wide, so you can find items here for a variety of budgets as well.

The staff was extremely helpful when I had a problem with a cooker, they replaced the one I ordered and did not request the cooker be sent back. I also have one and I can not believe how easy and fast it was to cook bacon and no mess as with frying bacon. I highly recommend the bacon cooker from New Morning Gallery

The gallery has lots of unique things in your art pieces they have tables that are painted and descriptive designs on them 2 different heart shapes on lamps in lampshade bed frame is quite unique in a very interesting place to go to very expensive place but if were just going in love

We live in Oklahoma but anytime we get close to Asheville we visit New Morning. Its a little hard to describe because they have so much. The Sticks line of hand crafted furniture and home decor we really love. Beautiful pottery, hand crafted wood items, handmade jewelry and so much more. Friendly helpful staff. Absolutely worth a visit. In fact worth a detour.

Simply amazing gallery/shop! Its HUGE and beautifully displayed. Its a collection of many many local artists. You can actually spend a couple of hours here and enjoy every second! I think a must when visiting Ashville.

The gallery is full of locally crafted items. Ashville has some very talented residence. The gallery would be a great place to shop for gifts or off the beating path items for your home. The staff was very helpful and gave information on the artists.

Lots of very interesting items. Lots of pottery, glass items, original oil paintings, furniture, Christmas decorations, jewelry. Too much to describe but easily spent a couple hours to see it all. Live music, singer and keyboard and guitar, very nice. They had warm fresh cookies too.

The owner has single-hand-idly made the Art scene in Asheville less than it could be. He is very unpleasant to his employees, customers and artists.The Crafts and Art in New Morning Gallery are wonderful, and worth seeing. If you want to see great examples of the Craft from this area by all means visit this gallery.Now that the Southern Highland Craft Guild has moved in across the street, there are now two great reasons to visit Biltmore Village if you appreciate Crafts, and if you prefer fine art there is the Gallery in the Bohemian Hotel as well as the nice selection at Bella Vista Art gallery.

Excellent place to buy very high quality art and crafts.
