Took my 4 year old son here for the first time and we had a blast! Was a little over $20 for the both of us to jump for an hour. They provided us both with socks that have the grip on the bottoms at no extra cost. They have an open trampoline area where you can jump around, basketball hoops, foam pits and little obstacles. The staff were very friendly and we enjoyed some snacks and slushies! Before we left we experienced the hurricane simulator which was a lot of fun. Overall we had a lot of fun and already have a date set to come back! Thank you Sky Zone Trampoline Park!

My sons loved it here! Only thing I like better about Launch is I have a 10 month old, and there is much more space available to hang out with him while the boys play. Not a good variety of food like Launch, either. The service was great though.

What fun! We went on a busy day (Sunday after Church), but it was still plenty of space. The kids loved it, and they have made it easy for the parents to watch the kids.

Fun everyone for the kids at an affordable price. It was clean and there was a lot of staff to ensure that the kids remained safe at all times. The staff was also very current service oriented and attentive to the needs of the people at the trampoline park.

Worked with Sherry Byrd to arrange Church group event there. She was awesome. She was pleasant and was even so kind to call me prior to event to f/u. We had an awesome time and will be back thanks to Sherry.

In theory, this place could be great. But the kids they have “working” here are completely useless. They spend their time worrying about how many balls are in the basketball courts (How many, you ask? Fewer than the number of baskets. ) BUT they ignore things that are *actually* unsafe like adults jumping with babies in their arms AND grown adults jumping into squares where small children are already playing (more than 1 jumper per trampoline square is against their posted rules).Even though I’m watching my child (like a hawk), I expect their employees to enforce the rules. ESPECIALLY where safety is an obvious problem. I consider a 200-lb man jumping into my 35-lb child’s trampoline area a safety issue. Instead of paying attention to the jumpers though (which is their job), their teen employees are mostly just standing around flirting with each other. It’s appalling.We have been here on numerous occasions and every time it’s the same issue. When I’ve spoken to the managers or assistant managers on duty, they don’t actually help the situation either — which could be because they don’t seem to even be 20 years old themselves. This is a major problem with this place and if my child didn’t *beg* to go somewhere he could jump and play, we’d never come back.

Fun, but not much to do. The opstical course is really hard, but still fun. Free jump would be better if there werent as many dividers. I probably would only come back again if it was my last option. I prefer launch better. But the prices here are better but for less.

I worked there for over a year beginning when they opened up, and it used to be managed much better. I went off to college and the managers all changed, along with the majority of the staff. I came back last year for summer break and was promised a raise from the former general manager and plenty of hours since I had been a team leader in the past. I came back and spoke to the new GM who never once responded back after I brought up the mention of the raise I was promised. I take my younger brothers back from time to time and I’ve absolutely noticed that the workers are now much less attentive, the managers are rude, and this place is altogether running itself into the ground. I would recommend saving your money and taking it somewhere that makes sure your children are safe.

This place is wonderful! I went tonight with my GF. We are both adults with zero kids and we had a blast! The staff are terrific. Everyone was super friendly, polite and helpful, which honestly is kinda surprising. I dont know if I could maintain such a positive attitude surrounded by screaming kids all the time. Whoever manages this team, I hope they know what an awesome job everyone is doing. My only complaint is that it was a bit messy but then again I did go at the end of the night. Check them out. They have special events and I think there even organize a parents night out. Ill be back for glow night soon!

When I realized I was in the wrong place to meet my friends, the staff was very kind about undoing some of the financial commitment Id made in error. Great place to let kids use up physical energy when cold, rainy, etc.

Love this place! Great for adults as well as children. They have. Multiple trampolines, basketball, dunking basketball, rock climbing, an obstacle course and a few other things. Would definitely go again if in the area! We only paid for 30 mins which tired me out but I could have probably done an hour. Family friendly and fun.

Took my 5 and 7 year old, they had a blast. All the employees laughed and interacted with my kids. One was actually encouraging my kiddo to get him thru the obstacle course. We will be back.

Pretty excellent place for most ages above 2. Plenty of challenging stuff even for adults. The trampolines are isolated enough from each other that you dont feel like your small child is going to get trampled.

Not greeted even though staff looked directly at us when we walked to counter. Waited for staff to finish their non work related conversation (i could hear). Staff acted like they didnt want to be bothered with paying customers. Much more interested in talking with each other. Getting service was like pulling teeth. Had to hunt around to purchase snacks. Maybe this was due to no one seeming to be in charge??

So much fun! I went for the first time with some friends and we had a blast. We went on a weekday afternoon and the place was nearly empty. No waits for anything. The overall facility has a diverse range of activities from free jump to obstacle courses to a rock climbing wall. Its a lot of fun! Price point is decent but the value is well worth it. The staff are also very friendly and personable. We had some great conversations with them during our jump time. Highly recommend for anyone, from athletes to novice jumpers!

One of the staff kicked my child

My family came into town and we visited there. The staff was amazing. Our court monitor was a young lady named Cheyene. She was very friendly and extremely courteous. She made the visit even better. I spoke with her and she started that she had only been there a few days. My compliments to the management for there staff training. Will definitely visit again!!!!!!

This place is amazing. From just hanging out with friends, to a birthday party this is the best place to go. Its great exercise too with everyday fun. The people who work there are really nice too and some are fun cause they show off their tricks. It also has food because trust me you will get hungry.

Lot more expensive ($30 for 1.5 hours) than launch ($14) for me to accompany my 3 year old. Worst part was that there is about double the staff than was needed and they watch your every move. Too big brother for me. At one point I was with my three year old in the basketball area and one of the employees told me I wasn’t allowed to be on the trampoline with him. The whole reason I paid $30 was to spend time and have fun WITH my son. Also, they only wanted balls in designated areas. It is just too strict/rigid of an atmosphere. Launch is much more flexible and fun. We are there to have fun. They have a few more activities than launch but no game area. We won’t be back even though it is closer to our house.

Took my whole family on a Sunday. It was crowded, but less crowded than I thought it wouldve been. Everyone had a great time. Thanks to the staff who made it great.

We decided to have our daughters 5th birthday party at this location and it was the best decision I could have made! They were very patient with me in the planning/scheduling process and helped me figure out just what we would need. The kids had a blast, pizza was hot, and they helped us serve everyone in a quick and efficient manner. This was the most stress-free birthday party we have hosted for our kids. We will definitely consider them for our next birthday bash.

This review is for the management team specifically. I have called everyday since Sunday July 7 up until the current day, trying to get in contact with the general manager (Travis) or any manager for that matter. Every time I called, coincidentally no manager was available, NOT ONE TIME. I’ve left my name and number and a detailed message describing a pressing matter. I worked for them back in 2017 and just need a copy of my W2 to give to my school so that I can receive financial aid for the up coming school year. This is very important and needs to be handled ASAP. It seems that the managers intentionally tell their floor staff to tell everyone that they are not available and I just don’t think this is fair. I’m writing this review to bring attention to my pressing matter but my next step is to file a complaint with their corporate office. This is very unprofessional of them as managers, especially Travis..... not cool!

I hurt myself the minute I stepped on the trampoline. I was mad at myself, and the first crew member was rude.She did not ask me if I was okay, she just told me I could not stay seated where I was at. I told her I was hurt and I needed a minute to be able to stand. She just told me I needed to move and walked away. She did not ask if I was okay, or if I needed help.After I made my way to the bench (off the actual trampolines) I sat for about 10 minutes where she glared, but never asked me if I was okay.I was not hurt too bad luckily so I hobbled down to the front desk where I spoke to the manager. I gave a 4 rating because of how friendly he was. He even refunded the money for my ticket because it happened literally 2 minutes after I started.They assisted in getting my some ice and an ace bandage to wrap up my ankle. As a former athlete I wrapped myself up until the kids I had brought with me were done jumping. The team leader came up and filled out an incident report with me, I knew it was not broken, and I dont think anyone there knew I was hurt as bad as I was, but I do appreciate the manager and young team leader that helped even getting me some ibuprofen and water.I think the girl that was rude just didnt care or know what to do in that situation. I know its tough running a place with all employees being youngish teens, but I feel they should be better trained to handle a situation like what happened.

I came here one day with my 3 kids, within 5 minutes my 6 year old son broke his KNEE. No one helped. They were really hands off. Oh well, guess I cant do anything but warn other parents.BE CAREFUL. He didnt even get to play! He fell immediately.

We had planned an outdoor party for my sons 7th birthday but the sky opened up and we were left to improvise. Sherry and Laura at skyzone were absolute angels who saved the day when they squeezed our party in last minute! I cannot rave enough about the hospitality and service of this staff. We will be back and we will be telling anyone who will listen just how wonderful our experience was!!

This place sucks! Took my 4 kids ages 5,6,12,and 16 for a treat and some fun! Well as soon as you come in you get hit with $15.00 a person then you have two buy their skyline socks for another fee! Well my two girls ages 12 and 16 took off had fun no assistance needed. Well due to some of the depth of the pits my 5 and 6 year old couldnt quite get out on there on and needed help! Ive been sitting here watching two young guys and a young lady all of are probably 17-19 yrs of age talking in a huddle not doing nothing to help. However if the kids go the wrong way or (and its not posted on which way to go by the way they yell at the kids)! I honestly hope whoever employed them isnt paying them much more than about 5 bucks an hour bc if the are they are wasting money! To end this now and make it short the customer service is my biggest grip if that was good and on point with helping kids and not talking on groups it would of got a better rating want ever come back would rather drive farther to a better place!

This place is great for kids and parent they things to do for the whole family and its not to expensive and its great when its rainy or to hot out side to do anything I highly recommend.

The gladiator pit is a great place to battle it out with siblings, even when you are average of 30+ years of age! This place is surely where one goes if they want to have fun like they have not experienced in years, or for younger ones to get their energy out. Had a blast!

Kids had great fun and most of the staff seemed to really care for the well being of the jumpers ... there were a couple that looked like that would rather be somewhere else but most of them were great.

Pretty good set up. Kids had a great time. Felt like they were closely watched for safety. Would take them again.

The trampolines have really good springs unlike most parks so that means you get more bounce. The food and drink prices were a bit much but overall its a great place to have fun.

Sky Zone was the location of the end of the year celebration for our students. We have number of students who are on the Autism Spectrum and have unique needs. The staff was amazing, caring and flexible. It wasnt an amazing experience and we thank you!!

Went in this past Tuesday with my daughter and younger siblings and had some of the worst service ever. Mainly on the rock wall. First off there wasnt anyone watching kids on the wall. But as soon as my younger siblings and daughter get on the wall we are told that we are too close and need to separate. The first time we listen and spread out. But then a group of young girls come side by side , climb up on the wall and jump on my siblings kicking them in the face multiple times. They then run off to something else and nothing was said by staff members. We were then alone and climbing when a worker comes again and tells us we are too close. But somehow failed to tell the other children who just hit us and almost injured my siblings anything. After I confronted the employee about how we were being singled out by the staff we were then followed around the whole park and were continued to be harassed our entire 1.5 hour stay. I felt very uncomfortable in this establishment and honestly would give 0 stars If I could. With that being said the girls at the front desk were very helpful. But I wont be coming back to be harassed again....

Awesome Place To Have A Birthday Party!

Facility is amazing AND staff is great. They watch over the kids like hawks (: and definitely do their job well. Team member Matthew is our favorite, he is very attentive and interacts well with the kids jumping.

Good place for indoor fun, I just wish they had better deals/pricing to make it more affordable for families.

This was the 3rd time I’ve been here just want to say the staff is always over the top. Will hunt you down to tell you the rules scared my 5 yr old she was crying and was scared to even jump bc we were going to get in trouble for not following the rules. High price socks come off and are hot and itchy. No flips aloud no two jumping on a trampoline so didn’t get to jump with my daughter. Will not be going back y’all need to tell your employees to chill it’s ridiculous. Honestly we’re just there to have fun but can’t due to them.

School field trip to the Sky Zone was AWESOME! Kids of different ability levels all found plenty to do and fun was had by all. I hope we can do it again next year!

Website is unclear about start times (says 9:00 but thats just for toddlers... you have to look deeper in the website to get that info). Manager was defensive and unwilling to agree to ask her boss to clarify the website until we talked about reviewing. Supervision was hit or miss. Half of the workers supervised well and half were on their phone or talking to each other.

We arrived at 9 am on Saturday, to find that only toddlers are allowed untill 10 am. The hours given both on Google and on the website say it opens at 9am, and give no mention that it isnt open for everyone until 10 am. When my and my family arrived at 9am, we were told that we could not jump until 10. We showed that there was no mention of this time on the website, and the worker who told us this was very defensive. She would not acknowledge that the website had a mistake, and then when we showed it did, she said it wasnt her fault.we asked if she could talk to a manager about it and while not saying she couldnt, she didnt say she could either. This is very disappointing.

Wonderful place to wear the kids out!

My grand daughter and I come here every Tuesday. The staff is wonderful. They are all helpful and curtious. Stormie is her favorite person. I recommend this place to everyone. The staff makes sure the kids are safe. I looj forward to my Tuesdays at sky zone.

Really fun place if you want to just good around for a couple of hours. Lockers are nice and cheap and all ages can go.

It was bright and clean. For the chance to tire my 6 year old out doing fun, physical activity, the price was fine. Next time Ill probably get myself a short jumping ticket too.

This is THE BEST Skyzone weve ever been too! I brought my kids on a rainy day during our vacation. Were regulars at another trampoline place near our home so we new it would be a good way to wait out the yucky weather. The set up kept my two busy boys occupied with no problem. Their staff to child ratio is excellent which keeps things safe. My boys are 8 and 12 and their two favorite areas were the rock wall, which is enormous, and the ninja warrior type area. Pretty awesome. Also, super clean. Well be back next year! :)

When they say that they have a toddler area, don’t believe it. A toddler area is something that should be blocked off. It should be a place that toddlers can go and play safely. A toddler area is not a completely open area, directly in the middle of everything, in which teens are more than welcome to run around, wrestle, throw things, and slam into each other, all while your two-year old is trying to play. My son then moved to an open area and was kicked off because it was only for “big”kids. I’m sure it’s fun for older kids, but I won’t be going back.

Me and my dad went to Sky Zone for my first time at a trampoline park and it was everything I could ever imagine and more. The staff were really friendly and nice, the prices are outstanding, the amount of stuff to do is literally awesome, and everything was overall a blast. I recommend Sky Zone to any one who wants have an amazing time with the people you love. 11/10!

This place was a HUGE disappointment. :( We went with a large group and were so excited to check this place out! The check in took about 20 minutes so our kids were really getting impatient by the time we were ready to jump. Then our time on our stickers was not a full hour after we paid. The second we walked in, my 4 year old and I started to go jump in the open jump area (which is tiny, by the way) and the manager told us that she would get ran over in that area. I assured him that she would be fine and jumps at Launch all of the time. He insisted that she shouldnt jump there so I asked if it was a rule and he couldnt answer me. He said that she should jump in the very tiny toddler area. So I went there with her to jump and he came over and said that I couldnt jump with her. He was very rude and condescending and kept saying he could give me a refund. I didnt want a refund. I wanted to be with my child. So you can not jump with your young children. You are expected to jump on the other side of the room while your young child jumps alone in a different area. Makes absolutely no sense! I spent a fortune today for 6 of us to go and I had to stand there watching my youngest child because I did not feel comfortable leaving her alone while I went and jumped where I was allowed. I felt terrible that she was not allowed to do much of anything there. Launch is WAY better and the staff is much friendlier and you can actually have fun WITH your children! I dont recommend this place at all. :(

Would have been disappointed, but there was one supervisor we were very pleased with. Bryce was very courteous to everyone there, and actually payed attention to the kids unlike most other staff. I believe he was the best team member there, so the experience was alright.
