Beautiful store front with a great selection of lingerie, gifts and toys. Affordable and the staff is very accommodating and kind. If youre visiting, dont forget to go downstairs for a totally different side.

I’m going to start with the best part. The staff.. on the multiple occasions, I have made purchases, at VaVa Voom, the staff.. all of them... have been, patient, friendly, and helpful, to a standard that is rarely met I like that they keep A certified body safe standard, but wish there was a few more Dildo options.. Va Va Voom has the high end mechanical toys covered though.. and priced well enough to warrant buying local.. Also, don’t forget to take a peek in the basement!

This shop is amazing! The kind woman running it gave us space when we needed it and was there to answer questions when we wanted it. A variety of quality merchandise. I also love that its the first sex shop Ive visited that includes safety and consent as part of their conversation. Bravo! 12/10.

Limited selection, although vast in taste and quality, I just couldnt find anything in the store that didnt look uncomfortable/over priced. As someone with a larger chest, I dont want to feel like thats all there is to notice when shopping around. Just a personal preference, which is why the rating isnt lower... The style and design of a lot of items just isnt a good fit for my body type.

This is a fantastic store. The owner is friendly, and the salespeople are knowledgeable without being pushy. I found a great, solid corset on sale, and Id gladly go back for more! They had a great selection of colors, sizes, and styles, and I felt helped without being overwhelmed.

We wandered in to a very pleasant atmosphere that was well stocked with womens lingerie and intimate apparel. The place was clean and well lit with available sales people to help who werent pushy or rude. If you feel adventurous check out the back room with its very well curated selection of adult toys. These are good toys that are for adults that will last, so dont be shocked by the prices, they are worth it.

My wife and I found the selection of lingerie very nice including the array of sizes. Mary was especially helpful and pleasant.

I highly recommend visiting Va Va Vooom the next time you desire intimate apparel (And you should check out all the other goodies they offer!) Wow! I never knew this store existed in downtown Asheville! Gorgeous, quality lingerie, huge selection of colors, styles and sizes at very reasonable prices. Finally lingerie for a 36D bust with a variety to chose from. And beyond the lingerie, there’s a huge selection of adult toys with knowledgeable staff that can actually give easy instructions on exactly how to use them and what other people have said about them. Their were 2 amazing employees, (one was Holly), that helped my husband and I. They were knowledgeable, not shy, and made us feel extremely comfortable when we talked about all our options. Looking forward to trying the Luna beads to improve pelvic floor muscles to prevent leaks during sneezing and coughing. This will definitely be our go to place in the future! Absolutely loved it!

My Wife and I are from out of town and were exploring Asheville. We came across this little gem of a place. A perfect place for the upscale couple to find event wears, or more personal fun accessories. Not your typical trashy place with shady employees. This is a classy boutique style of place, with amazing staff who know how to deliver service.To add to that, the items are good to great quality, with a fair price, and not the cheap Amazon quality with a 200% markup, found in trashy stores.This is the type of place I have searched high and low to find in my state but, have failed to find.This is the place for any open minded couple to find what they are looking for, to enhance their look and fun.We bought 4 items here today, and if we ever pass through Asheville again, we will be making it a point to stop here again.

I made a special trip to the store and told the girl at the counter what I was looking for. I told her that I am somewhat on the full gigure side and Im not sure what eould work for me. She showed me to a rack but just told me walk around see if I like anything then try it on to see if it worked. That was the extent of the customer service I recieved. I stated a few times that I didnt know my size but again no help. Then after trying on a dozen pieces none of them worked. When I came out the dressing room the lady at the desk asked if anything worked, I said no and proceeded to walk toward the door. Noone got up and said Let me see if I can help you find some other options or help you with the sizing I have been in the customer service industry for most of my life, this was not a way to make a sale. I intended to spend quite a bit of money but decided that the highpriced/higher end items should come with a higher end care for the customer.

A wonderful alternative to chain stores like Victorias Secret and Spencers with superior quality merchandise, a great staff and a wonderful atmosphere.

I love this store! It is the only one of its kind in Asheville, and they have so many beautiful pieces there. It is awesome that they have body-safe toys, and Haley is amazingly knowledgeable/made me feel super comfortable. Lisa has beautiful taste, and it is pretty much my favorite place to go in downtown AVL. :)
