Under new management. New manager is very responsible. Always in the office not like the other one they had. Always tries her best to have maintenance fix any problems your home might have. Maintenance guy Eber is very respectful not like the other little short man who would always try and flirt with you and NEVER fixed anything.

Under new management. its a very nice place to live and the manager is very hard work and she goes beyond what a manager should do and the maintenance man work very hard and so responsible for everyone and make u feel good evening if hes having a bad day

This place is a little slice of Hell! It is run down to the point of no return! Utterly depressing. It is dirty and uncared for filled with half demolished trailers that look ancient. There are unsupervised children and animals everywhere. There is obviously drug dealing and maraiachi music blaring louder than the swap meet! There is trash everywhere and even the mailboxes are all broken openIt looks like a refugee camp! Also WAY WAY WAY OVERPRICED FROM MY KNOWLEDGE!! The residents are clearly being taken advantage of this place is a nightmare! And I was just a visitor!!!

Lot of empty trailers.. Some look very bad

Its a hellI used to leave there but ugh there are a lit of cocaraches and my neighboar even had big fat mousesIts is pretty expensive for the conditions you have to leave inAnd the worst par its that you cant lock the windows so drunk people will always go inside your house to stole something from youDO NOT MOVE THERELess to trailer number 87 or 88 or 89
