Amazing remodel. The reclining seats are my personal favorite ones around. There is a lot of room between rows for reclining and walking. Purchasing the tickets online early is very convenient however the map of seats shown online does not match the seats IRL. Theres a great birthday party room for kids parties. Summer kid movie specials. The bar is great. Parking is plentiful for now although there seems to be an RTD area being developed on the East side of the building. I dont know if/how that will change availability. Handicap accessible though not convenient. Bathrooms are spacious enough for wheelchairs. Theyre clean and have paper towels which is a plus. All in all this is my favorite theater.

I love this theater. I like to take the grandkids. Comfortable seats and you dont stand in line to long at the concession stand. Good job.

Doing a great job of making the best of the restrictions. It was nice to see a film in a cinema again.

So much better this time around! Granted, I hadn’t been here for years, but they did a serious remodel of this place and you feel fancy just walking in! The movie experience was so comfortable with the reclining chairs, customer service was great, and the matinee tickets were reasonably priced. Can’t wait to be back!

They truly care about your experience. Other people kept there masks on during the movie, although some didnt as well. If youre scared to come back, you shouldnt be, its still the same old Harkins, just with a little more precautions.

Awesome, post covid social distancing is in place gap of 2 seats and stagged in front of you, bar and concessions are open.

Wonderful recliner seats and plenty of space. Clean theater and very pretty lobby. More than just snacks, as they also have pizza, cheeseburgers, nachos, and hotdogs. Tickets for digital 3D were only $12.50! Good deal compared to everywhere else. It got a 4 star instead of 5, for its pricey concession food.

Really nice quality movie theater with lay down leather seats

This place is filled with hard working people. The one time that Ive had an issue with a ticket, they were very fast to resolve it. Plus, sign up for their Popcorn Program! I paid roughly $30 for a free medium popcorn everytime I walk through the door for a year. Go get your butt into one of their comfy power recliners and enjoy some popcorn.

So glad they reopened this theater last summer. Though it was worth the wait for the upgrade.Awesome comfy recliners and a good snack bar. They have a full bar as well now too.The best part is they’re still competitively priced. You’ll pay less for your tickets here than you would to the neighboring AMCs and you don’t get the massive airport like crowds.They did a good job updating the screens and technology. Sure they’re not the biggest out there but they’re more than satisfying.A fantastic neighborhood theater....now if only they had kettle corn.

Nice movie theater, with really comfortable reclining seats. Youre able to get a drink and bring it into the movie with you too. They offer an expanded menu but Ive only ever had the popcorn, which had always been good.

Excellent, I really like the reclining seats, and I dont mean reclining as in your seat back leans a little and if theres someone behind you forget it. When I say reclining I mean you could sleep in these things if you wanted to, essentially every seat in the theater is a lazy boy now. And the Isles are wide enough but when youre reclined people in your row can get by without you closing the recliner

Clean, friendly staff. Ok prices on movies. I wish there were bathrooms available for guys and girls on both wings. Oh well. Ill be back for the comfy seats. Choose seats away from the walls, they are a little thin and the movie next door may be distracting.

Best customer service Ive ever experienced at a theater. My girlfriend and I went to a late movie and she fell asleep during the last half hour. The manager actually played back that last part of the movie for us at no charge. Great job Harkins and thank you!

I bought tickets for a friend and I to see a movie at Harkins Theatres in Arvada. On the way to pick up my friend, a car hit me, and disabled my vehicle. I called Harkins and the manager happily changed my tickets to the following day, when I would be able to have a rental car. I thought that was super accommodating and certainly not something they had to do. In the theatre itself, the seats are very comfortable and the sound is great. These are recliner seats with plenty of room in and around them. I found the service (to get popcorn and a drink) to be a bit slow motion - and the kids working behind the counter did not seem thrilled with their jobs - management might address that with them - but everything was fine and I had no problems getting my order and getting to the movie on time. Great management, great theatre, great seats, and great movie! Yay!

Best part was the movie (Frozen2).. and the seats....The people working concessions are young yet slower than my great great grandmother. It was ridiculous. Ordering a drink and snack took forever before the movie, we got there early and still sat down late. I spent more and paid for a refillable drink but when I went for a refill the line was longer than when I first got there. I waited 10 minutes and moved up 1 spot so I went back to the movie, my daughter watched the movie without me because I was trying to get us a drink. What disappointment when I came back and had no drink because I would have missed about 20-30 minutes with her. I wanted a family night with the 2 of us. To go to a place where the workers dont even seem to wanna be there is sad. If its busy drink some coffee, the customer relations guy only excuse.. theyve been busy... its their job Is it not??

Stadium seating with reclining chairs and usually very clean. They play old movies at discount prices and their snack selection is pretty good, but pricey. Love the updates theyve made, and their new rewards program is definitely worth looking into.

Cleanest theater Ive seen in a long time! Well maintained and kept up. Staff was friendly and courteous, concessions was quick and seats were the comfy reclining ones. Would highly recommend!

New(er) facility that is always clean. Power recline chairs and movie theater bar is nice touch. The food menu seems a little more expansive than other places. Prices for food and drinks are typical for a theater.

Good overall experience at harkins, especially if you are a rewards member. Th seats are comfortable and recline, ticket prices are fair, and refreshments are inexpensive for movies, even without membership and rewards. The food and adult beverages exceed expectations for a movie theater

Nice theater with fancy inclined seats! You get lots of leg room and are far from your neighbors.

I love the seating, love the screens, love the selection of movies, but the prices at the concession stand are just outrageous. Compared to other theaters they are almost double. The bathrooms are always dirty. And the rewards card they have takes a lot of points just to get something redeemed. They dont even give a bonus when you sign up.

Surprisingly well-done for a smaller theater! Reserved seating, at least at the door so far. Auto-recliners for while watching the movie (quite comfortable), and FINALLY a place with some decent adult snacks like grapes with white cheese slices, salami and mustard dip. (Has the usual fare as well if youre interested). And a small bar if you like alcohol. Movie and sound were very good. We will definitely be back!!

High end movie theater. They have motorized reclining seats that are really comfortable and assigned seating so you dont have to fight for a particular seat or row. There isnt the best and the only thing keeping it from 5 stars.

I happen to know that if the managers dont like a particular movie they will make sure it disappears inside of a week. So if you wanted to see a particular movie your going to have to go the moment it comes out and face the hustle and bustle of a crowded theater.

I wish the concessions were a little better. And the arms between the seats dont lift up. But not the worst theater Ive been to.

Great theater, very clean, it seemed seats were purposely marked reserved on app so that there were 2 empty seats between every one.

Helped me to my seats as we have small children and we all had popcorn but they helped make sure all of our popcorn and drinks made it there

Nice movie theater

If I could give a 0 I would. Very dirty theater I was appalled that this movie theater was so trashy. Look under your sets and you will see the trash /food very gross and unhealthy. The manager wasnt very concerned and told us that they try to clean after each movie, the amount of trash under the sets was from months.

Remodeled last year & has terrific upgrades! Reclining seats are always nice! New bar located in the lobby . Helpful and friendly staff!

My go to theatre because its close to home and comfortable. Concessions could be faster though...seems to take forever to get popcorn and a drink!!

The parking lot first off needs more handicap spots. We had to park in N 40.Seems to be the norm everywhere anymore. Fist visit since the remodel. Pretty decent. Film was great, saw Ford VS Ferrari. Just barely got a handicap spot in the theater, b friend is in a wheelchair.

This was my first time at this theater. I was pleasantly surprised. The theater was clean and the seats were very comfortable. I just might have to start going to the movies again. The employees were very accommodating and nice.

Nice movie theater, but too expensive on food--like all theaters today!! I went to go see IT Part II and the movie was so good!!! Im not revealing any information about the movie--go watch it!! I purchased a large frozen icee--almost $6 (too much)!!! I recommend eating before you get there; however, they do have alcohol and that was a first seeing it inside the movies.

A great theatre that will keep you thoroughly enraptured and comfortable at the same time, without breaking the bank for a high-class cinematic experience! Got to see Endgame here and so glad that I did since the seating was so great, you can reserve and pay ahead of time and not worry about a line to get tickets! Highly recommend!

Nice theater with reclining chairs, hot foods, and a bar. But its much, much more expensive than other theaters (which also offer reclining chairs). Food lines move ridiculously slow, so go early if you want anything. I prefer the cheaper theaters where you get your own sodas, hot dogs, and popcorn butter. Tastes just as good and the lines go fast.

My wife had the idea of taking my sons to an early showing of Avengers: Endgame, on the same weekend it came out. I think it was an 11am showtime, but it was definitely a smart idea. First off, ticket prices are far more reasonable (especially for a family of 5). There was a good crowd but it wasnt packed or sold out like all of the later showings. Concessions were pretty typical (ridiculously overpriced as expected) but service was pretty quick and the kids were satisfied. Loved the the spacious, cushioned electric-reclined seating, plenty of foot space, and the auditorium style incline of each row made for a good view from any seat. The movie was dope, and made better by the great theater experience. Fast-forward two and a half months, we took my sons to an early showing of Spiderman: Far From Home. The experience was even more pleasant because this early crowd was much smaller than Endgame. If u dont like big crowds, long waits, and paying top-dollar for the experience, catch an early daytime show. Its much better than the usual expensive crowded theater experience. Even then, this comfortable spot would be great for a date night or whatever.

I love these recliner chairs! Much better than other theaters. No real butter for popcorn and no iced tea, not even bottled. Clean bathroom. Sound and lighting good in theater during movie.

The remodel of this old theatre house is perfect. Just walking through those front doors and smelling the buttery popcorn and seeing the cool screens above the concessions playing previews of new releases, tells you that you are about to have an awesome movie-going experience! The fact that it is so close to home has encouraged us to go to movies more often than once a year. We recently took our granddaughter to see Christopher Robin. This was her very first time going to a movie theater with us and we had a great time and didnt worry about her bumping the people sitting next to her or getting bored and antsy. The seats are so large and roomy, that at one point we thought she might have fallen asleep all snuggled up in her recliner! We are also very excited about being able to see vintage/older movies from time to time. Harkins Theater is a wonderful place to watch movies and relax & is now a part of our weekend fun plans! Cant wait to for our next movie date!

Great service, clean theatre. Employees are super nice and respectful. The bar is a no tipping zone and they have a good selection of draft beers, wines, and bottled beverages. Wish they had spirits but that is a personal preference. Great experience and definitely family friendly.

This place is updated very well! Food is good and you can earn points for becoming a loyalty member.The only negative thing I have to say is that once the lights came on I was shocked to see people had left trash behind. Come on guys lets be considerate and pick up after yourselves.

It was great. Spies in Disguise was the Birthday sele toon of our Granddaughter. It was a lot of fun. The theater is spotless!

I hardly ever review places unless I had a major experience I want to tell about.So my fiancee and I went to go see the new spider man movie last night. From what I could watch, it was really good. About 45 minutes into the movie, I had to leave because of the flashing lights. I told the ticket lady and she got the manager Alec, for me to talk to. That surprised me some. He apologized for that and made sure I was okay. I told him I was and thanked him for checking up on me. He then refunded both of my tickets, gave me two free ones to see a movie when ever I want and let me see a movie while I waited for my fiancee. He was so nice about the whole thing and I really liked that. That was an amazing experience for me to see how people handle a situation like that. I highly recommend going there. Everyone was so nice.

Harkins is by far my favorite movie theater in Arvada. The recliner seats are very comfortable compared the most other standard movie theater seatings. Staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Movies for every audience being shown at convenient times during the day. Very modern auditoriums with amazingly comfortable fully reclining seats. Really enjoyed the movie I saw, The Overcomer.

For what I paid here I could have went to the Alamo and had good popcorn that someone brought to me. Over priced compared to the other typical movie theaters.

I took my daughter to her first movie in a theater today. Understandably, she had trouble sitting still and we ended up wandering the hall for a while. One of the managers of the theater struck up a conversation with us. I wasnt complaining, or looking for sympathy, but he still went and got us two free passes to use in the future. I was blown away by the gesture. Everything else was great, but that put Harkins above and beyond excellent for me!

I dont go to any other theater if the movie I want to see if playing here. Its not crowded. The place is clean, good food, and it has a nice bar.

Not my favorite theater but its convenient. Its not ridiculously expensive, but there arent any less expensive days or times. Like most theaters, do yourself a favor and take a pass on the food. Popcorn is middling. But at least it has comfy reserved seating.

I admit Im impressed, after the remodel I even got my husband (who is not a movie goer) to frequent the movies with me. I believe that the pricing is fair for then excellent outcome. The reclining seats are amazing, the new food options to go with the bar are fair priced and delicious.Side note: The hold music when you call customer service is great, and when speaking with a representative I received top notch service. Thank you for wonderful experiences, heres to the future!
