It is a super place I went and I loved it

Mobile park itself isnt too bad when it comes to safety and cleanliness, but their management is bogus - hypocritical. And if they dont like you, youll know it and so will your visitors.Youve gotta park in the driveway of who youre visiting; dont park on the street - theyre in cahoots with a towing company thatll haul your car away in a heartbeat - ask me how I know. $260 bucks when I was way in the back out of anyones way.Yet if you know the management, youll be fine - double standard. Notice the vehicles in these pictures that are parked on the side like I was, yet theyre not towed...

I dont hate anything I just dont like this place!

The speed bumps are excessive the streets are extremely poor. The Sheridan street entrance is in horrible shape there are pot holes that are extremely bad! The streets are dirty and litter all over. There is no excuse for the property to have such a poor appearance. The lot rates should cover these issues and up keeps. Its very obvious this place is just about collecting money!

Such a SHAME! this place was once a loving home to us. Now its just a bunch of shootings gangs hanging around at night, homeless people. Theres even a little homeless tent park behind the trailers!! glad i dont live here anymore.

Sad to say, but this place has become one of the worst places ive lived. Im glad im moving out of here. Theres a lot of hoodlums rooming the streets. They are very very disrepectful too! Such sadness this place has gone downhill in just 10 years. Its very ghetto too.

There are alot of trailers lacking any upkeep and are eye sores, others are well maintained and newer models that are nice homes. I do not personally know the managemet, but it seems they could and should be addressing the issues of the trash and junk on certain properties and continue with the unsightly broken windows that are boarded up. The trash is the biggest eye-sore but the cheapest to fix.

Honestly, it was the best park I ever lived in. Dont pay attention to bad reviews, people obviously dont know whats up else where. I lived there some years ago now, I would say from 2007-2013. They are made very nice even though they are older trailers. They have front and back yards which are hard to find in an old park. My grandma lived here and then I put $5000 down on a trailer for myself. Honestly, that was all the money I had saved for a while. Lot rent was cheap so it was easy to make the lot rent and payment on the trailer. I would go back in a second but I screwed it up. I was a party kid at the time and I had old neighbors that didnt like hearing me and my friends. We didnt party every day, but we did a lot. I would keep it down if they yelled at me. Anyway, I had ample room so decided to let one of my park friends be my room mate. Long story short, my man and them had words and they assaulted him. Everyone involved went to jail. The old fart neighbors were complaining on me the whole time so when that happened, the park owner gave me some paperwork to vacate and kept my trailer and the 5,000 I put down on the place. I know I should have sued him for that money back because honestly, I was only there in that trailer about 3 months. I was young and dumb and he tricked me into keeping my money saying I signed paperwork and the money is his. Im sure that bought that old fart a lot of viagra. Hope it was worth it to see a young kid suffer. My life totally spiraled down from there because my grandma died shortly after and my uncle owned part of the trailer and he was a money hungry pos that didnt care that she died so he got her death insurance money and he sold the trailer and her car and booked leaving me homeless off and on now for quite a few years. Due to the rising rent prices here in CO I dont know how anyone is living. Honestly, we all knew where to find weed before they legalized it and now you have every Tom Dick and Harry moving here making our beautiful Colorado a known tourist town now (not like it wasnt already but its even worse now). Its virtually impossible to live here anymore if your a poor kid, never used to be that way. Anyway, I would love to move back there at some point but its really similar to the Trailer Park Boys show and if Mrs. Lahey is still in the office that wont happen no matter how much Ive grown up.

The place is always trashed, glass broken all over the streets all the time. Kids in the street and they wont even move when you attempt to drive down them. They are so disrespectful. Really the place has gone downhill. I am very disappointed since when I first moved here the place was so much better. I wouldnt recommend this mobile home park to anyone.
