After calling all around and going to multiple stores, my son and I could not find any shoes for his dance class. I called here and the sweet lady (sorry did not get her name) said they were closed but she would reopen and wait for us to get there. She did just that! She was so kind and knowledgeable and fit my son for two pairs of shoes. Thank you for the wonderful experience and being our lifesaver. Definitely will be coming back!

I love this store! I am learning how to salsa, and the dance shoes I got there fit perfectly and are more comfortable than any other shoes I own. The service is amazing and there is a lot to choose from. Highly recommended!!

Was on vacation and visited Hart’s Dancewear.I bought ballroom dance shoes (they have a large selection), as well as ballet & tap shoes for my nieces, and gifts that everyone back home loved.This is a fun place to shop! The service was good and the owner was honest and knowledgeable about my selections. I recommend this store. And next time I’m in town will come here again ~

Hart’s Dancewear has an amazing stock of dancewear!! I went in looking for a simple leotard for ballet class (because it’s usually a pain to find one that is flattering) and ended up with 2 gorgeous leotards that were extremely flattering and comfortable as well as a super cute skirt and was in and out in less than 20 minutes. It was unlike any other place I’ve shopped for dance clothes!

Karin at Harts offers what you cant easily find these days - good customer service! I have narrow feet, and over the years its been hard to find shoes that really fit. Harts had just what I needed - would definitely recommend.

Super service and great quality. I brought my toddler into shop with me and while I was distracted with him, Karen picked out the perfect options for me and made the transaction very smooth. I love to shop local, and this place is a great example of why.

I won’t be returning to this store. Prices are above average and selection is minimum, however the store is conveniently located for me. Every time I have been in the store I’ve been treated as if I don’t know what I’m talking about and that I am a bother to them. Most recently I purchased a pair of $50 shoes for my six year old only to find out that night we didn’t need them. I call and explained the scenario and asked to return them. I was told to speak to the owner. I went in and spoke with the owner who refused to allow a return. The shoes were very clearly not worn, in fact they hadn’t even been removed from the box. I understand policies are important, however sometimes exceptions should be made, unless customers are not important. In this case I obviously am not more important than the stores policy. I will no longer be a customer of this establishment and discourage everyone I know from shopping there.

We have been customers at Harts for well over 12 years now! They have a lovely selection of gymnastics and dance items, and their customer service is top-notch. Their new location is very convenient (parking in the back).

I have been here many of times over the years to get everything for dance. I love this place. I havent been for about 2 years, and today I went in because I needed some new dance shoes. I walked in, was greeted by the sweetest dog, and a very nice lady. She asked what I was looking for, and I told her, and I wasnt too sure my size, because my feet badly vary when it comes to shoes. Well she told me to take off my shoes, she didnt say anything else, she looked at my feet, went into the back and came out with a pair of shoes that I wanted. Well I tried them on, and they fit like a glove! She just looked at my feet, first try, first pair, and I bought that pair! I was so amazed. I went dancing in them tonight, and my feet dont hurt, and I have no blisters to speak of. Amazing place! And she had me in and out very quickly, so I didnt waste any time, because shoe shopping for me is usually a marathon event... hours of trying to find a shoe that fits, but this lady really knew what she was doing!

Ive come in here a couple of times now to get leotards and ballet shoes for my daughter, and have always had a great experience. The woman who was working there helped us pick out the right sizes and let my daughter show her the leotards she tried on in order for someone more knowledgeable than me to judge how they fit. My daughter loves showing off these things, so that made her very happy. It has been busy at times, but weve always been well taken care of.

The lady there was really nice, she pointed us right to the leotard we needed and it fit. I am tall so I thought it was going to be hard to find one that fit. To be in and out of there so fast was a relief. She really works good with kids. The two little girls in there were really happy. One of them wore their leotard out. I cant wait to use my new leotard. I reccomend this place to others.

Disappointed! I went there with my 5 yr old granddaughter. She had to go to the bath room... Her response was....sorry no public restrooms. Shes 5.I just bought 25 $ shoes for a 5 yr old. We had to stop at a gas station. Please you dont have a bathroom. Plenty of places to buy dance shoes.

Walked around the store for 20 minutes. Finally found what i needed to purchase for my daughter myself. No staff was there couldnt pay anyone and was told to come back in 30 minutes. I did not return, never will. I also wouldnt recommend this business to anyone.

I would recommend Harts to anyone! The owner is great, and it just amazes me how she knows what size you need before you even tell her!!

I was hesitant to go to Harts after reading reviews about unfriendliness and crankiness in one of the clerks. What a wonderful surprise to be treated with warm welcome and attentive kindness by Renee. She couldnt have been more personable and helpful and patient. I was very impressed. Lynn Johnson

Very knowledgeable staff and great selection of dance and gymnastics items. Its nice to try things on and get help to find the exact right fit from an expert who knows how the different brands are sized.

Im a gymnast and its a pain ordering offline because you dont know how its going to look on you, but at harts you can try it on and they had a variety of sizes and styles. Picked up 2 leotards and 1 pair of pants! People were very friendly and helpful.

Had to make a return here, and the girl working at the front desk was super nice and got my replacement shoes right away, and I was on my way

Been to this shop several time, they always provide great service, and they have a great selection. I especially like the personal service they provide, always helpful.

We walked in so excited...to get my daughter her pointe shoes, the lady in the store talked to us like we were nobodys,very rude.Then left us standing there like we dident belong there.My daughter left crying, I would not recomend this store to anyone...I tell every ballet mom i know.
