Eric and Jacob are absolutely amazing and super helpful! They both were very nice and polite while being very knowledgeable! We went in unsure what we wanted and these two amazing guys helped us out finding the perfect items for us!! I strongly recommend shopping here!! Went in and was immediately approached by the blond girl with short hair with glass, her approach about telling me that my daughter couldn’t be in the store was absolutely rude.(I understood that no one under 18 couldn’t be in there and honestly slipped my mind) her approach could have gone a lot smoother but she proceeds with saying “ Whoa Whoa whoa he cannot be in here(talking about my daughter) no kid allowed” I was understanding and didn’t make a stink. My point is that she could have been less rude about the situation.

I went in yesterday after work because I was on a mission to dress our new mannequin. Christine was a big help! She is funny, very personable and amazing! She made it fun to shop and of course I bought more then just what I came in for.

Eric helped me and my boyfriend find some toys and was fabulous. We didn’t know what we were doing and he made us feel comfortable to talk about it and figure out what’ll be best for us. He was very educated and welcoming I would 100% recommend going here not only for the large varieties of toys but the staff is awesome!

First they sold me a broken vibe, wouldnt exchange it and then wouldnt let me go in with my infant. I just needed to pick something up really quick and being a parent I cant always get out by myself and she is young enough that she doesnt know and they kicked me out. Will not ever use this store again. Spencers has better products for cheaper.

The staff is unhelpful and uneducated about the product. There’s a reward system but the staff doesn’t know how it works or can they tell you what rewards you have. Consistently feel hindered rather than helped.

By far the best customer service Ive experienced in a long time. All staff were extremely knowledgeable about all products in the store. I find it more important for employees to be professional and knowledgeable when it comes to adult products. Especially for buying items for the opposite sex. I will definitely be coming back with my significant other soon.

Went to 2 stores looking for a specific item. Floor models were not charged and none of the staff encountered offered a solution. Makes it a challenge to figure out what you want. Made the mistake of taking the clerks word for a product: FYI the Le Wand travel size is NOT EVEN CLOSE to its plug in counter part. So now I have a $170 neck massager. Arvada location has terrible customer service and the manager is rude. I was in the store for over 45 minutes with no acknowledgement. Made a full loop ( it is a small store.) Had over $100 worth of merchandise in my arms. I went to the register and no one offered assistance. I asked a question after hunting an associate down. She obviously had no idea how plus sizes work. She said under her breath - ha- loud enough for me to hear- rude. I called her on it. I was in the store long enough to hear her staff direction for the evening: what their sales goal was, what their business velocity was projected for the next few hours. I heard them shout greetings to everyone who walked thru the doors, heard a male staffer have a conversation with a customer about his tee shirt, as well as interactions with other customers. The music was off when I first entered the store. When they put the music back on, the lyrics were heavy on the N word. I asked for the District Managers number. She gave me a Phoenix number for Apple distributions. I have called and left messages at the Phoenix number as well as with customer service. I have not heard back. As much as I am committed to shopping locally, I will go back to the great service i get from GoodVibrations and LoveHoney.

I have been to a few different stores and fascinations has to be one of the best experience I have had so far the staff was friendly and asked if we needed any help and the environment is nice not dark and creep feeling lol also the prices are so not bad .

My girlfriend and I make homemade whipped cream because we don’t like store bought and she went in to buy cream chargers. The guy in there told her to save her brain Cells. She was extremely embarrassed and offended as we lead a sober lifestyle. Unprofessional and assumptive on their part and we’ll take our business elsewhere.

A clean well organized store with a nice mix of novelty items, toys, and clothing (not just lingerie!). The staff is friendly, making sure to see if you have any questions or concerns, without being too overbearing. However, their toy selection is rather small when it comes to mens and couples items - I would suggest calling in to see if they have the item or buying online if you have something specific youre looking for. Id suggest maybe using more of the clothing section to expand the toy selection and or cutting out the dvd/movie section as it doesnt appear to be particularly popular.

Always clean. Helpful staff. Very comfortable environment and well lit. I wont shop anywhere else for my intimate needs.

Im a little annoyed that i walked in here less then a week ago and i didnt get i.d. then i walk in tonight an get told if u look under 30 they have to i.d. you. The one time i dont have my wallet to. The one on colfax doesnt i.d. and they are in a worse location. So i really feel like we were just being picked on cause of how we look. So next time my business will go somewhere else, or i will just go in day time cause obviously the night crew just discriminates. What if im under the age 30 what is that suppose to mean anyways. It just doesnt make any since. So i would actually like to know if this is actually policy?

I like this shop. Its nice, clean and the products are good quality. The staff is really nice and helpful. A little more on the pricey side but there are good deals as well.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Simply because of the staff. The guy and girl that were there completely ruined any chance of me ever coming to this place again. They were two of the rudest people I have ever met. I absolutely reccomend finding another shop to go to, if you have to run in with these people it will ruin your night like it did mine.

Just turned eighteen and my friend convinced me to go in for the first time yesterday. Walked around for about five minutes and made eye contact with several employees, even had one smile at me really big, without any of them saying anything. Im a teen mom so of course I had my newborn with me in his carrier. He was peacefully sleeping when the cashier came up to me and protested very loudly that children and infants arent allowed in the store. This was HUMILIATING that I had to do the walk of shame out of this store with everybody staring at me. She couldve done me a huge favor, and said it to me personally and quietly like she shouldve done, unless she just has something against teen parents. Maybe social etiquette isnt a thing at this place. Sorry I didnt leave my child in the car. Maybe next time you guys should put up signs for policy saying this, instead of just signs saying purchases are 18+. Make sure theyre blunt and obvious while youre at it too. My friends a regular here and has never seen any signs stating this so she was irritated as well. Probably wont be back here because this was just a stupid experience over a misunderstanding that wasnt even my fault to begin with.

The salesperson tried to explain to me that Karmasutra oil wasnt for massage? Ok, must be a young person, no big deal. Nothing battery powered labeled try me ran, so much for testing products... I waited over 10 minutes to check out. I get a CSR giving the personal touch, but when 3-4 people are waiting to make purchases and only one register is available, you need to move it along.

More like: Disappointment.No, but jokes aside, went in with some people and the person working there (female, short hair, wearing glasses) was very rude to us and followed us around literally the whole time like we were criminals looking to steal their merch. Then immediately flipped when one of us for essentially just picking up an item in the shop. Rude and terrible customer service. Chill out, you work in a sex shop dude.

I purchased what I thought was a sealed box on an item with no sizing on the box. Other similar items were labeled clearly. When we openend the lingerie box we discovered it was clearly tagged as a ML. And was huge. Without trying it on within 3 days we went to exchange it. The box had been openend prior on the bottom half. They refused to look at it or ecxhange it. One cant open the box, cant try it on, and cant return it. I was given the excuse that it was one size fits most. Hardly. Never again Fascinations. Your staff was rude and was worried about being fired over working with a decent customer.

It was very clean inside. I was very surprised motherly when I think of these kind of stores I think dirty perverted men lol but I was totally proven wrong and I was very satisfied with the products I saw, the prices were decent and the stuff looks presentable! The sizes in stock was astounding. Unfortunately mine wasnt available in some items probably due to alot of others my size but oh well. I will definitely be coming back.

Good store w/ lots of options, however, as a first time toy buyer I was looking to the staff for recommendations and what the employee recommended was crap. To be honest, the only thing I got out of it was future knowledge for what NOT to buy. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and eager to help and there were quite a few people in the store which made it seem super casual. Just be sure you know what you are looking for!

Fassinations has it all & more! When I went in I felt like a kid in candy store! No ordering on line, waiting and not get what ya thought. Store is clean. Customer service was great. While shopping, was asked politely if we had questions or didnt see what we were looking for. When we checked out cashier was polite and informitive about toys we bought, told us could be used these ways also. She put batteries in, checked all speeds and made sure thats what we would like. Never laughed at us. She was casual and comfortable to talk to.We will be back Fasinations!
