Center of Effort is a rare gem in the world of vineyards and wineries. They believe in the art of winemaking and their product is like drinking art.I have allergies which have made me a red wine drinker. I love whites but due to how they are aged (stainless steel and citric acid) means its not an option at 99.9% of wineries/vineyards. At CoE I found FOUR Chardonnays I could safely drink. Their reds were also superb (try the Prova).

I would give CoE as many stars as possible. The new tasting facility is stunning. We were lucky enough to get a preview of what theyve done and Im still stunned one day later. All of their wines were wonderful, especially the chardonnay aged in the concrete egg. With summer coming that should be on everyones shopping list.Tasting is by appointing only.
