They have the best hot dogs bar none. Also the ticket price is better than any other theater around. When they have the big box office movie we really are looking forward to seeing the Fair Oaks theater is our 1st choice. And they havent gone to assign seating.

It is a very lovely little theatre. It only takes cash, and has one movie running. I love walking over here and entertaining myself with some delicious popcorn!

Nice little family owned theater. The person who sells you your ticket may also be getting your popcorn so sometimes theres a slight delay. A good amount of seating for handicapped people.

Really enjoy the Fair Oaks Theatre when Im in the area, visiting from the Central Valley. Plenty of comfortable seats in a large theater. All prices are reasonable, and they show first-run movies. I really like this nostalgic movie theater, the people, the prices, and the snacks. Lately, however, Ive noticed that its too bright while the movie plays. I could see all the seats and wall designs clearly during the movie, which takes away from the experience of going to the movies.

First time to go to a show alone but was enjoyable. Great low price, everyone gets the senior discount, Free refills on med and large pop corn, free garlic cheese topping, fair prices on refreshments. Clean seats and auditorium. Enjoyed the movie.

This local movie theater is a real treasure. When I was a kid, it was known for being a funky, run-down place with cheap tickets to second-run movies. Its since been remodeled but still has that old movie house feel. Cheaper tickets than the multiplexes and MUCH cheaper concessions. Love this place!

A very nice theater. Cheaper tickets and old-school vibe. Love it! Sound and projection systems are modern and well designed. The a/c fans are a tad noisy. Parking is minor challenge.

Small town theater at its best with the right Movie!

Absolutely hands down one of my favorite theatres to see a movie at. The owners and staff are over the top friendly, food is reasonable and the stadium seating is the best around. This theatre is a Mom & Pop business and I hope the community continues to support them forever.

Great Popcorn and reasonably priced. Real small town feel with the same films playing at the big corporate theaters. Has an old Golden Era of Movies feel, Especially when they break out the searchlight. Its a real carbon bar burning WW2 Anti Aircraft searchlight, Restored to perfection.

This is my favorite theater on the entire Central Coast. Just a single screen so you dont get that multiplex overcrowding. The staff are so friendly and helpful, I always end up having long conversations with them every time I go. The popcorn is delicious and always fresh, they use actual butter as opposed to the butter flavored oil, and the largest size they sell is only $5 and comes with a free refill. Tickets are only $8, and considering the recently-upgraded digital projector and sound system, along with the comfy stadium seating, its just the best around.

Quaint movie theater. Only one screen usually playing videos out of the regular theater already at a discounted cost. Very nice.

I grew up going to this theatre--its been remodeled since then though :) It offers the perfect combination of comfort and modernity with old-fashioned ambiance and reasonable prices. When I go here, I dont feel like I got mugged coming in the door and then bent over at the snack bar, as is the case with regular theatres. Fair Oaks, Sunset Drive-In and the Morro Bay Theatre are the best theatres on the Central Coast for seeing a movie without getting robbed!
