The Medford Boat Club is a hidden treasure. Situated by the dam that separates the Upper and Lower Mystic Lakes, it has a membership of just under 300 families. The facilities are beautiful and the members work together to make it enjoyable for each other.My wife, son, and I are in our eighth year of membership and the place just gets better and better. Club-owned kayaks and paddle boards are available. (I almost said water boarding. That is a program I am forbidden to discuss.) There are sunset movies for the kids and Hawaiian night, live jazz and wine tasting evening for the former kids. Just great!

Previously posted negative review about boats speeding on Lower Mystic Lake but after contacting the club they addressed the issue with the members. Seems like a great organization.

Great place.

Wonderfull

Clean and well kept up.....its a wonderful place to swim and spend the day. Children laughing, taking lessons and playing on the playground fled the air with happiness. The adults talked of trips to Ireland or Italy while others complained about a 30 minute swim lesson being only 20 minutes or the ages of the swimmers. You need a code for 2 gates then a person is checking ids......its a very private club.
