I go to D bat Arlington at least 3 times a week! My name is in system and i have a very active account! The experience that I just had with their from desk clerk Alex or whatever his name is was extremely unprofessional and extremely rude!!! I have never had a problem until today!!! The attitude and lack of desire to help was very very degrading!!!! I will never return until I talk to a person of power!!! With all that’s going on in the world what I just experienced was NOT a GOOD LOOK!!!

Nice indoor batting cage facility, that is one of several in the area. Parking can be a little tight depending in when you go. Be on the lookout as this is in an industrial park all the buildings look the same and the lot area can be uneven in places.

Love indoor batting cages, especially when its hot outside.

Great facility, good customer service, and clean place. i was there 11/22/19 the lady that was at counter that night was very helpful. Definitely going back. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!!!!

Excellent facility! Courteous and helpful staff. Plenty of cage space and the rules are clear, which effectively manages the cage etiquette. Nice variation in training options as it relates to the types of pitches seen from the machine. Bathrooms are clean and smell great! Finally, the sport shop has awesome options. Gloves l, bats, helmets, resistance bands, etc.

As someone who frequently visits baseball/softball facilities, this one is top notch. Roomy place, new machines, plenty of tunnels, clean restrooms, etc. Parking can be suspect, however. Great new resource for those of us in this area.

I usually go to the D-Bat in Addison which is 5 stars in my opinion. This location does not offer bats to use. You must bring your own bat.

First time and had a Great experience with friends and family. Definitely recommend!

Super nice place, great area to practice. My only issue keeping from 5-stars are the weeknight staff. Music was so loud my players could not hear my instructions. I asked the employee to please turn it down but she was too busy texting. Also, the music playlist was all about sex, drugs and shooting/violence. Just doesnt seem appropriate. Love the facility, some small changes to bring it to 5-stars.
