This is a nice facility that houses a great deal of activities for the community. I take my son here for wresting practice.

Very friendly staff and the atmosphere is pretty decent. Unfortunately the equipment needs some major upgrades, especially the dumbbells. As a person who really enjoys a dumbbell heavy workout I was truly disheartened with my first day at this gym to see the condition they were in. Some weights are missing when trying to go up in 5lb increments. Several dumbbells are loose resulting in shifting weights while lifting which is a safety concern in itself. If the dumbbells were in better shape then I would easily give a 4 star rating even though some of the other equipment could use a little tlc as well. It was my mistake for not checking out the gym before starting a membership, but theyre also the only place in town that will allow my 13 year old son to workout with me, which was also a major determining factor. If nothing changes by the time my membership is up next year and my son is 14 then well be switching gyms.

Take son here for karate classes also come here to use their sauna from time to time.

I try to go every morning, the sauna feels good when weather is cold.

Birthday party...space was rented for that. Room was clean..air conditioning worked great. Family fun..

Looked at all the others in town. This place is very nice, friendly staff. Plenty of equipment for an affordable Price. Goods hours. Chose to join the Rec. Center after looking.

Little dated building but kids love playing basketball at this building, and great little location in middle of town for gymnastics, basketball, and wrestling there even a room to rent for parties and even a gym downstairs.

There’s a lot her for young and old. Check it out and look into the youth sports program.

They have an activity for almost any age, fitness center on site, off site pool, and reasonable prices.

Place where I grew up and develop social and basketball skills all their programs are well set up and organized
