This is the perfect location for a girls trip. It is so peaceful and you feel like you are in the middle of the forest but minutes from restaurants in Caddo Valley. I highly recommend booking in the fall when it is a slower pace of life. Staff are super friendly and were just a phone call away when needed.

Great place to get rested and relaxed on vacation. Have stayed there 3 years in a row now for my wifes family reunion. Again very good place to relax, chill on the lake, & BBQ....

We stayed across the lake at the state park, but stopped at the marina twice for gas for the boat. Both times were great experiences. Both of the young men that I dealt with at the marina were fantastic! Very friendly and helpful. We will be staying here next year. Looking forward to it!

House boat was awesome people very friendly

My family has been going there twice a summer for almost 20 years. The cabins (with equipped kitchens and WiFi) are great, and they are right next to the boathouse. Walk from cabin to boat in a couple minutes. The staff could not be more nice and professional. Pull your boat up to the marina and you will have two staff members tying up for you and asking how they can help you. I cannot recommend them more highly.

They are working hard to repair and replace, clean-up and sanitize public areas. There are some good folks that work and stay around the I Dock area. They are a little pricey on their Slot Rentals and Cottage Rentals but the amount of work they do to keep the place looking good could be why.

Great place to visit, everyone is friendly and always willing to lend a hand.

I would suggest using the state park marina, not Iron mountain marina. The staff is incredibly rude and not helpful. Customer service and phone etiquette is lacking. Hiring adults rather than children might make a difference. Good luck.

Clean facilities, friendly staff. Rented a party barge, had a blast.

Nice COE. Pass gets you in for $8 night. No water on sites, fill tanks spots throughout. Stayed 3 nights, only saw ranger once.

If you want a selection of mountains and lake access.. 5 star rating! A lodge, campgrounds, a Marina! The bomb

We rented the big red pontoon boat they have and had a great time. The staff was courteous and helpful. The boat was in great condition, we will rent from them again.

While on the lake the restaurant makes an awesome place to park the boat and eat.

Love these folks. Nice clean bathroom and the boys that fill the boat with gas are the best! Great to grab a cold drink and cool off when ya need gas in your boat or to get off the lake in a pop up storm!

My family and I have attended a family reunion here for several years in a row and had a wonderful experience every time. This year the facilities seemed to be in slightly better condition than in years past, though there are still some repairs that could be done. The staff is wonderful as always. The main building had a large game room with pool tables, air hockey, ping pong, and a couple couches as well as an industrial kitchen, large dining hall, bathrooms, and an indoor swimming pool. Nearby are basketball and volleyball courts, a playground, horseshoes, a large patio, and picnic tables. The individual cabins and bunk house are great, and the private lake with docks, canoes, kayaks, and sandy beach are a big hit. The zip line over the lake is incredible!

The cottage was very clean and nicely decorated, and had many cool perks such as a great view of DeGray Lake, a hot tub, a fireplace, and an easy-to-use kitchen. The cottage was very cozy and truly captured a country vibe, while still providing comfort. I greatly enjoyed my stay and would go back anytime!

My Husband and I love this place. We take a little spring weekend vacation up here every year. Beautiful place, quite, and my husband loves the bass fishing here. Great vacation spot.

We just rented a boat for the day. While mostly wonderful the dock is quite old and the wood is unsealed. One of our party got a really bad splinter that took quite a while to remove.Edit: I will note that the staff was very helpful and patient with us during the ordeal.
