Great just great. Service is always good, a good place to burn of some energy! If you wanna have fun and have some good food and drinks, you should go here!

Most of the staff had a attitude.Drinks was almost 4$ a piece for a little kids cup with no refills. Definitely not worth another trip.

Niece and nephew had a great time...lots of different things to climb, jump, and bounce on...great staff, friendly helpful wonderful attitudes...definitely worth the price.

Great park. We had a big group and urban air was very accommodating. There is something for everyone. Ages in our group range from 2-45.. We did have an issue with some kids. I believe these kids knew the owner. However, when we took our complaints to the manager, he was able to help.. Thank you... we had a wonderful time.

It needs some better seats. Owner has massage chairs everywhere that you must pay to even sit in. There are no other good options for seating; greed over taking care of customers. I dont go there because I have a bad back, therefore I dont take my kids. Im not paying a ton of money to just have a good place to rest my back. I already paid for my kids to use the place.

Great place to let the kids burn off Energy! Food and drinks are expensive. Best to eat afterwards or at least what ahead of time (otherwise everything that was eaten will come out with all the bouncing and climbing going on!)

As part of a group of 8, I can say we had a great experience and tons of fun. Ardmore Urban Air staff was super friendly, helpful and lots of fun. Everything was perfect. Their pizza was really tasty, not gross cardboard pizza like you would find at other “kid friendly” places. This is definitely the place to take the family to for an adventure.

Loved this place! The staff was friendly and everything was brand new and not worn out. My 7 year old loved it and so did we as adults! We will be back. The prices were great too!

Urban was fun but they were totally understaffed. Staff there were present did not take control of unsafe situations. It was chaos for the most part. The staff need bright shirts or something besides the orange vests.

Always good. Passes are WAY WORTH IT.

This is the place to go for all day entertainment. Any age kid would enjoy. Heck, even I enjoyed the trampolines and basketball etc. Theres food, very nice staff. You can tell safety is a priority. I will be coming back, for sure!

We went to Urban Air in Ardmore OK. The gps didn’t take us to the correct location. So I called, we aren’t from there. The manager stayed on the phone with me until I could see the park. Upon arrival the young lady at the desk was so great with my children and patient. They were so excited and pointing at everything. She patiently waited for them to get their socks on to band them. And, told them she hopes they had a great time. Derrick at the rockwall climb was amazing with my 2yo. I was in shock how great and well mannered he was with him. He had tried three times but didn’t want to, then was just so excited about it. He helped him the whole time and just let him do what he was comfortable with. So sweet. The young man at the concession stand was so polite. Then there’s the Manger. I have never met someone who has such great relationships with ALL his co workers. You can tell the really enjoy working for him and love their jobs. It shows in everything the whole ENTIRE staff does. They are always smiling, talking to one another, helping each other out, and great with each child there. I personally went to the Manager and told him we will from now on make the drive from TX to OK to come to this park. He has His store perfect. I’m so glad we made the trip. Really feel like my kids enjoyed everything and it wasn’t just the activities, it’s their whole staff too!!! Very Impressed.

This place is great! The GM, Brian, has everything running like a fine tuned machine. The owners really care and want all to have a fun and safe experience. The pizza is great, too! :-)

We meet family here. Half way between Dallas and OKC.

So we stopped in today not sure what to think. Urban air definitely went above and beyond. The place is great. But the staff is amazing. Miss Jordyn (may have spelled that wrong) is an amazing hire. You knocked it out of the park with her. Hold on to her. Also the manager on duty today (didnt catch his name) went above and beyond to make this trip more than we could have expected. Its an hour and a half drive. But we will be making it a lot more. Great place. Great prices. Thanks for having the amount of quality control in all aspects of your business. It definitely shows you care for your customers and community

Good place for kids.

This is a great new place for kids of all ages. The price is pretty reasonable and my kids had a blast. The bathrooms were very clean and the inclusion of a unisex family restroom with a changing table is awesome! One drawback that I found as a parent to small children is that the location of the under 7 area and the Tubez area which is for kids 9 and under is pretty spaced out. You have to pass by several other areas to move from one area for the smaller kids to the other. Also, the warrior course is very attractive to the younger kids (with its inclusion of the ball pit) but is only meant for children taller than approximately 42. Overall, my whole family enjoyed their trip to Urban Air and we are all very happy to see it in Ardmore!
