Love the gear. But totally bummed they don’t have a retail store at this location. Kind of misleading on goggle maps

The drysuits are great, with just one problem: the gaskets on the neck, wrists, and ankles. They have devised a type of rubber that decomposes so fast you can almost watch it fall to pieces. The gaskets hold up for about a year before you have to replace them, for which they charge plenty, like $80 for a neck gasket. They should give you the option of using some slightly less ideal but longer-lasting rubber, like bicycle inner tubes are made of. As things are, half the time you end up using a drysuit is no longer watertight.

I have the Womens Icon Gore-Tex drysuit, and I LOVE that thing so much. Ive had it for 2 years, and its held up super well with 50+ days on the river. I do make sure to regularly clean and condition it.The story I want to share is a gnarly one: I had the worst injury of my life while swimming a rapid earlier this year. I hit my hip (illiac crest) on a rock so hard while swimming that I was unable to engage my core and swim. Pretty severe muscular and nerve damage. Even though I was bleeding a lot under the dry suit, the dry suit DIDNT RIP and didnt even have a scratch! It kept me warm and dry while my friends helped me out of the river. I highly recommend Kokatats Gore-Tex dry suits; their durability is unmatched and I kinda owe my life to this one. Its still going strong, and I LOVE it so much!

The quality of the products and the customer service is not like it used to be... Poor quality, you cant rely on the products anymore. I wont buy these products anymore since they changed all the materials on their suits... Sad because it use to be the best water sports equipment... For exemple my drysuit leak on the first use and they said its puncture and that I have dirt in my zipper... I cleaned the suit before sending it to warranty, even if it was still practically brand new... I dont recommend the newer products...

I wanted to order a replacement ankle gasket which weights next to nothing and they only ship UPS which is $13. They should offer USPS on small orders such as this. Registering for the first time gives free shipping but they were actually out of stock!! Instead I bought it for the same price from Kayak Academy at $5.49 shipping USPS Priority.

I like things that work well. And for a long useful life. That is why I was blown away when Kokatat went there and further follow-up calling us to offer to replace a well-worn GoreTex womens suit wed sent in for minor repairs. Kokatat makes the finast dry suits available. Period. With competitive sailing, my daughters have had expensive gear. However, sometimes it is life-saving. And yes GoreTex is expensive, but it does what is intended, it breaths and lets out trapped heat and moisture. But keeps the potentially dangerous cold water out when called on to protect you. With me they have a customer for life and easily deserve the five stars.

Absolutely the gold standard of customer.er service. Their gear is awesome and tough as nails but after putting a Kokatat gor-tex drysuit through absolute hell for three seasons kayak fishing the Washington Coast. It was badly stained and had a torn wrist gasket and several small pin holes... probably from fish hooks and fish spines...I cant tell you how many fish died in the lap of that old suit. With a big trip looming on the horizon I sent that old suit back to Kokatat to have it patched and repaired...they sent me a brand new suit...no charge, no questions asked.Thats customer service and they earned a customer for life.
