Had a great time. We went early in the afternoon and it was nice and empty. There is a waitress who will come to your lane if youd like to order food or drinks. We ordered the pizza. It was tasty. The way it works here is you use your credit card or debit card to open a tab. Once you are done they close out your tab. Cant wait to visit again during the summer.

This was my first visit and I have to say I was impressed. I went in a party of 4 around 12 oclock on a Monday. Shoes and games were 4.95 each if I remember correctly. Bowlero charges you at the end of your bowling session as opposed to the beginning. Also you can order food from a touch screen in your lane. We ordered steak nachos and fries. Both dishes were great even though I thought the nachos could have used more cheese The food did seem to take a while but was good so no complaints. Only soft drinks get free refills. I had the strawberry lemonade which was great but not refill eligible. The gaming section was nice but I prefer D&B upstairs for gaming. Overall it was fun and there were some small families bowling at that early hour. They did also have some small party areas available for reservation.

A great place for friends and family. With 37 lanes to bowl, food and drinks, and an arcade for the kids, it is all very entertaining. You can easily spend 4 to 5 hours here. Highly reccomend Bowlero for parties or groups of people looking for loads of fun.

Bowlero in the Westfield Arcadia shopping center is a great place for family,friends and adult fun.Lots to eat and drink,shoe rentals and mega huge wide screen monitors all lanes,auto scoring and casual seating area just to watch.Convenient parking entrance close by too!

Bowlero hosted my daughters sweet 16 party! After a mix up with our event date, their event manager and staff came to rescue and set our party up within 20 mins. They exceeded my expectations. Our waitress was AMAZING! She consistently made sure we had everything we needed.

It is clean and they have a lot of things to do besides bowling. They have an arcade that had classic arcade games as well as new games for kids of all ages. They also have drinks and food. I didnt try the food but they have a good variety to choose from. Great customer service as well. Also good location, in the Santa Anita Mall.

A great addition to the Arcadia mall that currently occupies the previous Sports Chalet. From the outside, it seems very popping and a busy destination for youths but youd be surprised as to how many grown ups are inside bowling! Its been ages since Ive bowled and Im glad I was able to visit this spot with coworkers on a Friday night and bowl away. When entering, youll pass by some arcade games, similar to the ones at Dave & Busters but not as numerous. Nonetheless, the games are fun just to play and have a great time. Some of the games reminded me of the digital games at Two Bit Circus in the Arts District.As mentioned, I came on a Friday night and it was busy. Next to our lane, there was a kids birthday party so prepared for pubescent screams and shouting. We ate at Din Tai Fung prior to coming here because we guessed the prices would be expensive and we were correct. Instead, we ordered a deluxe drink to share amongst the four of us. I forgot what it was called but even between the four of us, we couldnt finish it.Id recommend visiting here on a weeknight just to let loose and be unplugged. Its been years where I havent seen people having fun and enjoying the company of their friends without staring at a cellphone every second.

First of, the atmosphere is very nice, great furniture for seating and eating.Food wise, happy hour prices are best for appetizers, feel the amount of food can be a little more. Drinks are good and have a nice variety.More score is based more on the bowling experience. As someone who bowls, the approach is too short. If you are bowling next to the ball return, it can really mess up your approach. The pins on a string set up is different from what I am used to. Not sure how much the string messes up the pin action.

So much fun! A great place to meet up with friends. Arcade games good food. Its a great way to be a friendly competitor lol. The employees will answer all your questions and always stop by to make sure everything is going smoothly.

This place is huge! I love that they have lanes on both sides of the space. I also really like that they have servers to accommodate you while you bowl. They set it all up like a buffet. Its a really friendly atmosphere.

Prices are awesome at Bowlero, especially after 6pm on a Saturday there’s a discount for lanes. Family environment but a full bar available. Went with a friend and played 3 games. He blacked out after the 2nd game and we needed to leave at that point. Really fun place to celebrate any type of event. Very clean as well, especially the bathrooms. I would go with Bowlero for sure!

Its a place to go chill and hangout. Personally being a frequent bowler it did not feel right bowling there, however it has great service and great environment for those who have friends and want to hangout. I recommend going there if you arent a serious bowler or going with a group of friends.

Definitely a fun place to check out. They just opened and have plenty of great food and lanes. Great place for parties.

Loved this bowling alley! Place was very clean, the seats are comfortable and looked brand new. Well maintained bowling place. The only problem we had was security for we saw 2 middle aged man and woman, sitting facing our table without ordering anything. When they noticed I moved my bag away, they left in a hurry and moved to a different lane.

A good upgrade to the old bowling spots that used to litter the San Gabriel valley. Because now they also include an arcade, a bar, a private dining area, a private party area, oversized food restaurant, about 40 lanes and a laid back atmosphere. Lots of middle tables, tables and side tables.More options on top of bowling which tends to slow after a while.Took my daughter here with her friends after graduation. Kids played and ate while parents drank and ate. Good distribution.4 stars.

Good time!!! Great service. All of the employees acknowledge you and smile. Their consistently checking up on your party and making sure you dont need anything. They even offered me a summer special pass that i would recommend to anyone with little ones!!! Absolutely recommend for any group!!

Fun night out with bowling, dinner, and drinks. The arcade side also offers some good fun, with a full service bar in it. My wife and I had a blast there, not very expensive for what the establishment offers for your night out with friends, or date night.

At most the place is decent. You really have to make sure that you arent being overcharged at all. My friends and I were there to help celebrate a birthday and we were being charged for food and drink items that we didnt receive. if we did, it was too late and the food was cold.the ambience seemed cool and chill are 1st, but they need to be better organized.For those who drink alcoholic beverages... you are better off walking back and forth to/from the bar.

Beware: We played one game and were charged for 5 because the employee didnt close the tab like I had asked her to so someone took advantage and played 4 more games under my account after we left and I was charged for it. Yup, you read that right. And they did nothing about it nor did they issue a refund. She just kept saying the name was still the original one we had put it. Uhm ya, and someone else continued playing multiple games with it.

Great setup, great servers, affordable bowling for a family night out. Only reason I didnt go full stats was the actual bowling was something of a hindrance. The heels have some amount of tracking me or my friends were used to in bowling shoes, so it threw off our entire gait. The pins are attached to strings, which we think added to the resistance of the hurtling 14 pound balls and not yielding the typical results. Or were just bad at bowling. Either way, there was something off about the lane/pin/shoe setup. It s not the place to work on a serious game, but it was still a lot of fun -- Id go back with friends and get a bucket of beers. Or that giant 100oz tube. Hell yes.

What a fun time. I booked by daughters 8th Birthday party there for 10 kids. Best decision ever. They provided unlimited drinks and pizza for the 1.5 hours we bowled. The host / server we had was named Erik he took Great care of us even after our bowling time was up. We stayed after to cut the cake and play at the arcade. Would definitely go back. The prices we great. Tip book partys at the location more to offer. I booked on line to be sure they had the availability but was told better to book at location. Regardless we all had a great time.

Chic bowling, surprising great food, retro ambiance, cool place got a gathering

Lanes are small (ball return gets in the way), no dots/marks on the floor, and pins are set with a string attached on the top of them. I would have gave it one star but the staff was helpful and nice.

Cool bowling alley, also has new games. Sort of like dnb but a little more up to date and has bowling alley. Not sure if they serve drinks or not but they have half off Wednesday!

While bowling at the Bowlero in Arcadia, CA at the west field Santa Anita mall I lost something very dear to me, my grandfathers wedding band. I’m not exactly sure how it happened, but as I was walking out the door I realized the ring wasn’t on my finger anymore. After letting the person working at the front counter know, he called over the manager John.John immediately talked me through the situation and the different places the ring could be lost, as well as getting the mechanic out on the floor and have the mechanic on his hands and knees tearing apart the ball return, searing through the gutters, and pulling up floor boards looking for the ring. After about 30 minutes of intense search that night and giving all my information to John, my friends and I left and assumed the ring was lost for good. A very unfortunate accident, and something that put a pretty big damper on the holidays happening the night before Christmas Eve.Three days later, on the 26th, I received a text from John saying he had tried to call but my voicemail box was full, but his mechanic had found the ring! It was like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders and I could take a deep breath again. John and his team found something that could never be replaced and I could not be more appreciative. He let me know it had been found in the gutter on lane one ( I was bowling in lane seven) and that the team had spent extra time every night searching through the bowling alley trying to find the ring.Again I want to thank John and the entire Bowlero team for find the ring, it really made my holiday.

Return ball gully is way too close to the lane. It interferes if youre right handed bowling in a right lane.

Love the arcade Im not a huge bowler fan so for them to have an arcade is pretty good. Only thing is there is a have and busters on top so if you wanna take your kid there instead I completely understand.

This place has bowling and arcade games in the store which is great for the group or family to hangout on the weekend. We came as a group on the weekend, and enjoyed every moment because of good atmosphere and very friendly service. Even though the prices of bowling and beer is a little bit of expensive, I do believe it is worth based on location and customer service.Overall, it is the place to meet up as a group especially has family because it can spend more time to talk while playing bowling, and kids can play arcade games to enjoy their weekend as well.

First time @ Bowlero. Have to say it a great fun bowling place to enjoy your night with friends

The food was fine and the staff was nice but the bowling was awful. They use string pinsetters which are good for the bottom line but terrible for bowlers. The lanes are also too short and they dont have guide dots. Despite the fact that the lanes are all so cheap the bowling itself is expensive. If this was a small business or a bowling alley in a senior center I could forgive them for using the cheaper string pinsetters but Bowlero is a giant company and they are making money hand over fist at this location while also providing the worst possible bowling experience - frankly just insulting to the customers. If you are looking for good bowling in the area go to Action Lanes .

Looks like a nice and trendy place to hang out with friends. It is much more family friendly than D&B. Currently the prices in the morning were >$5 per game and shoe rental.

This is our new bowling spot! Super fun, clean and not so busy ! Has many lanes on both sides. They don’t have that many arcade games but its okay. My nephews and friends love this spot .

Went here for my nephews 7th bday. The staff was so patient and welcoming. We had a pizza cake, the kids werent all about it but grown ups feasted. Everyone had a blast!

Went to get a beer with my pal and when we got there the server was cool but after he left us with some y’all dude with a beater he was useless. We sat there and sat with assistance and no offer to order anything or ask us for another beer. It was 6:45 and we just said screw it and went upstairs to Dave & Busters where they always take care of us since we are usuals. Was pretty crapped out with the service I was provided with. Never again!

If you’re a league bowler this place isn’t for you.My boyfriend and I decided to check this place out for our anniversary but instead ended up having a bad experience.Our waitress Haleigh brought our beer tower and promised to come back with glasses. Which she never did. 20 min latter we had to ask someone else to bring them. Haleigh never even came back to check on us till 40 min latter can’t imagine waiting that long for glasses! And it wasn’t even a busy night. The next time she came around was just to charge us once it got closer to closing, so we didn’t have the opportunity to order anything else. She seemed bothered by us and a little rude. Wish we would have had a person with some positivity especially it being our anniversary.We are league bowlers, so we brought our own balls but they kept getting stuck so we had to be moved to another lane. The pins are attached to stings and the lanes are not consistently oiled. So again if your a league bowler this isn’t the place for you.However, it does have a fun atmosphere. I would like to thank Jake (Tec guy). He new we were frustrated with the service and the technical problems we were having, he went out of his way to make our night better. He found a satisfactory lane for us, offered to help transfer our belongings and kept checking on us throughout the night. Even wished us a happy anniversary. Thanks for turning our night around Jake!

The front staff charging and providing shoes for bowling are rude and know-it-alls.. very disrespectful especially when you have questions. Waiters are no much better. Place is nice and fun.

The location was cool but if you actually like to bowl don’t go here. All of the bowling balls have 4 holes in them, which make the balls off balance so it is not accurate at all. It’s kind of cheap of them to do that instead of buying more bowling balls for different size fingers.

Friendly staff, clean and good food. Bowling area is a big space and theres a video game area that was a hit with the kids.

The lanes hav an awkwardly short approach and are very dry. Not a place to go if you are interested in the actual bowling part of going bowling. The lanes were so dry that my plastic spare ball would hook from one side of the lane to the other.The atmosphere is awesome and price is fair. I doubt I will be returning until the improve the lane conditions.I went to the other Bowlero in Pasadena and the lane conditions were the same. They asked me to come back soon as they were going to bring back leagues. I’m sure that will make them increase their oiling frequency as I know league bowlers will not put up with these conditions.

I mean its way over priced bar food and their alcohol isnt cheap either. No Sunday football food or beer specials! Why even say or advertise football if yall dont have specials? I get that its a bowling alley but the Sunday I went they are playing every game so I mean it would make sense to have specials...no? Also. Be prepared the bar area has a good amount of TVs, however the sound for one of the games isnt for any of the TVs youre watching!!! Lol what? When I went the sound was for a game that wasnt showing on any of the TVs at the bar! So it will throw you off...lol it is a nice place overall, just dont go unless you plan to bowl. My mistake to go to place like this thinking it was a sports bar type place too..... Whoops!!!

As someone who used to bowl a lot the lanes are not long enough for full bowling. Most bowling lanes allow room for 3 steps for adults but these lanes are 2 steps for an adult. This place is for non bowlers and people who just want fun which is okay. But if you are real bowler this is not the place to go.

Coolest and relaxing bowling place I have ever been.

Just went for the first time tonight and we had a blast. Great layout, jumbo screens over every lane (playing Back to the Future and NHL hockey - great balance) and the food was good. Bowling prices are reasonable, food was a little pricey but tasted better than most of the restaurants outside in the mall food court so worth it. The sliders were and garlic parm fries were pretty damn good. Arcade is typical prices and a wide variety of current games, the kids enjoyed that area a lot as well. Full service bar with restaurant style seating so you can stop off before or after hitting the lanes. Overall, best bowling experience we’ve had in awhile.

Cool place to bowl.

Brand new facility, went on a whim last weekend and they were busy as i expected, but got me and my friends on a lane in less than 15 minutes! Staff was super nice, food was perfect and the cocktails were sooo good! Even got to watch College Football on the huge screen at the end of our lanes! Definitely coming back!!!

Cool environment and great service. It is a bit pricey so know that going in and keep an eye out for groupons.

Waited three and a half hours to bowl, service was slow and almost non existent. Waiter forgot to bring us water and drinks that we ordered then when I reminded the kid he forgot my drink and just to cancel it he said I should just get the drink because it was already on my tab. It is not the kids fault who work there it is management. I went on a Saturday night, never again. Lanes were empty and not bowled on for over an hour because they were reserved for huge parties, while we sat there and waited. At one point there were 11 open lanes with no one bowling for over 30 minutes, while we sat there and waited. Only open 2 months hopefully they figure it out, system is broke.

The bowl is good but the major problem I have is how much you would spend at the arcade and how little you get in return. Also the prizes are cheap toys which arent even the equivalent to how much you spend to play the games.
