The name says it all Hidden Beach Park, its tucked away in a small community. You literally drive to the end of the road and there you are greeted by all kinds of beautiful nature. Green all around. There is handicap parking. A portable restroom And wash station as you enter the park. Picnic tables, swings and other jungle gym activities in the park. You have to walk along a path watch you step because as you approach the coastal sand it gets very steep. Your moments away from the crisp cool air, the cold waves and a fabulous day at Hidden Beach Park

Great place to take the dog. Kinda of a pain for parking but I like that keeps crowds down.

Large sand beach helps you keep distance from people. Parking was a bit challenging and required $10.

Beautiful beaches, clean air and plenty of space to socially distance. Beware of poison oak which goes pretty much from the parking lot all the way down to the beach

Hard to walk on a beach that rarely gets clean. If and when The bathrooms are open (rarely) they are gross.. dont touch anything..

Make sure to use the directions to hidden beach playground as that is the easiest way to get down to the beach as well as find some parking (8 spots), playground, and port a potty. Once you park follow the asphalt down to the beach. As others have stated, lots of beach, not a lot of folks, but lots of people walking around with their dogs. For those with children. Watch out for random aggressive bees and try putting your feet in ground where the waves finish off to find some clams!!

Designated parking, permanent porta potty, paved path, shallow water which was very safe and easy for my son and family. Also nearby lots of good food places for afterwards I have been going to the sea Cliff Beach for years but this is new favorite!

We love this area and return again & again. Its very quiet and you can walk for miles. There are a few good restaurants up the hill from the State Park and Seascape is always a nice place to rest & refuel.

Lovely stretch of beach with high sure and dogs everywhere. Amazingly little trash to be found for a California beach.

Go into the grove adjacent to the path. Entrance to the grove is at the beach once you make it down the path. Youll feel one with nature.By the way, the final part of the path is very steep. If youre taking a wheeled wagon, a ton of stuff, or have children, be very careful.

Great family park. It has a playground and you have to walk a little to get to the beach area. It is also for dogs. People are nice. This a well hidden beach due to the fact that its surrounded by houses.

Sandy play surface was perfect for our toddler. Grill and grassy area make this a great place to hang out, and coastal access is closeby.

Great climbing structure & swings for little kids. A few picnic tables, large grassy area to run and nice shade. Heads-up: No permanent restroom - only a port-a-potty. Trail, mostly paved, leads to a wonderful beach. Very limited parking. Worth the effort the first time to find it.

Parking is extremely limited, like 5 spots total. Theres a solitary port-a-potty that might have never been serviced. Tough to say since I havent mustered the courage to take a peek. If you do mistakenly find yourself at this beach, hope its a Tuesday, since thats the only day it isnt overrun with college bros drinking lite beer and blasting their rap music or trap music.Never coming back. Very sad!

Hidden Beach is one of the last unspoiled Santa Cruz areas. Its a locals beach so be respectful of their space, dont leave trash on the sand, and dont act like a tourist.
