I really enjoy these tai chi classes. Kevin is a patient, sensitive teacher, focused on helping us learn the movements without criticism. The class makes me feel wonderfully calm for the rest of my day.

Synergy has become a very important part of my health and fitness routine, both physically and mentally. Paired with eating better, Synergy has been a part of me losing almost 20 pounds in 5 months. The Synergy JAM class and Latin Basics also give me the mental boost of getting out there and shaking my groove thing!

Love all of the teachers! Caitlin’s spirit and choreography rocks! Jill is amazing at simplifying the most complex dance routines. And Thomas is Aptos best kept secret - he’s a great trainer for building confidence and strength while getting your body in shape!

Synergy is a studio filled with warmth and compassion, as well as highly qualified instructors. Caitlin and Jill really are the simply the best, as are all the teaching staff. They make working out fun and welcome all levels of fitness.

Great place for dance classes and workout classes, friendly knowledgeable instructors, great group of people that make it fun to stay healthy and keep active.

Love this place. The owners are super cool people and theyve done an outstanding job creating a wonderful and friendly workout environment. My wife loves their hard core cardio kickboxing class. Highly recommend it!

Such a great studio for every person in the family. They offer a wide range of classes from Tai Chi and Zumba to Tabata and Hip Hop so theres always a fun class for everyone. The instructors are great. The atmosphere is great. You wont regret taking a class here!
