The gentlemen working tonight was very courteous and was very attentive to the appearance of the facility.. He was continuously walking the floor picking up.. Laundry came out nice and clean and the dryers are awesome, ony $0.75 to dry 2 queen comforters

Great service. Fun time. They have faspass so you can load money onto your card and have an app. Best place. Soda pizza pretzels nachos detergent bleach and sheets. The whole nine yards. Great job guys.

Excellent staff very clean. I am a truck driver and when in on the road I dont do my laundry so this is the only place that I will do my laundry. This place is very relaxing while you are waiting for your laundry.

I came in to wash a comforter that does not fit in my home machine. I was very displeased at how they are not following the mask mandate. When I first walked in the few people I saw had a mask on so I felt ok using the machines. However once I moved away from the machines and looked for a place to sit while waiting I found NO ONE to be wearing a mask, even the employee would take hers off once she was behind the counter. Everyone was social distancing but I feel they should be doing a better job of enforcing the mask mandate especially if they have a sign on the door stating the policy and that they have masks and face shields available.

The lady who worked there name Mary is very nice and caring. She care about me and my daughter situation and try to help assist us as much as possible. She see the people gave me the wrong the wrong information and said she sorry we are going threw what we are going threw and made it clear to my daughter that I did everything right. Mary was helpful and nice. Also the laundrymat was clean and kept up.

Decent prices, but despite Covid, NONE OF THE EMPLOYEES WEAR MASKS which is concerning. They also take many smoke breaks right outside the door with the doors open (in warmer months). Whole laundromat then smells like cigarettes for awhile. Also, one of the male employees there loves to hit on the women customers. Its definitely creepy the way he does it & its borderline harassment. You can tell that most women are uncomfortable around him. Put it this way, I would NOT take my daughters to this laundromat. He is the only reason it gets the lowest star rating.

Lots of washers and dryers. Could be cleaner dont see staff disinfecting the handles or tables, but they are friendly. Been going their for years.

I never always lived here but when i used to visit my mom it was a great place and years later its still great and have deals almost everyday

The place was extremely clean all of the machines are pretty expensive for a load but the washers and dryers are all brand new and very sufficient in the job that they do the dryers I think are just a little overpriced for the time you only get depend on the dryer some are only 6 minutes per every quarter others are 8 minutes for every quarter oh I think them are a little expensive but theyre good

Love the atmosphere and machines go fast 21 mins for simple washing 16 mins for dryer. Awesome. They have video games and food and tanning.

The people are really nice here and they have so many games for kids and snacks.

This place is very interesting to do laundry at. Their is much to do here as their are televisions, arcade games, food to order, popcorn, restrooms, convenient parking for down town Appleton and handicap parking so well. Highly recommend doing laundry at this establishment.

For $11.50, we got a big bin of laundry washed, dried, and folded. Special instructions were followed and they used our own soap that we provided. Really nice, accommodating staff.If the wash & fold sounds to pricey for you they also have coin laundry to do it yourself. They have A LOT of machines so I can’t imagine it ever being too busy to get your stuff in. They’ve got lots of tables, lots of laundry baskets on wheels (with the rail on top to hang stuff)z They even have arcade games, a separate study room and kids area. They also sell snacks.I’d say it’s probably a great spot to hang out while your laundry gets done. And from my personal experience I’d recommend the wash & fold service.

Always will wash here even with a washer and dryer at home :) very respectful workers and LOVE the point system card!! Always a quiet environment as well.

Went here around 5pm so it was busy which is good. Around 630-7 it got quiet. The dryers had not been cleaned out, there was dryer sheets all over the floor. The management working should have been keeping up with cleaning floors and emptying the dryer lint traps like they are suppose to especially when its busy.

Always clean and the employees are friendly and helpful. The only downfall is they dont check the vehicles that are parked in the handicap spots. Whenever I go there is always at least 1 unmarked vehicle in a reserved spot.

We had a cushion brake open in the washer an the attendant was nice enough to help clean it up. All and all a good time.

Very friendly, They have everything you can ask, and more. They have laundry soap, coin machine, a card that you can use to earn points. There are days whenever they have discounted days. They have snacks, a pool table. So much! I love it there and will continue using their services.

I grew up coming to this laundromat for the past 20 years. I saw it upgrade and change many times. I have always loved my experience here. Employees are great. They have vending machines and a lot of arcade games to keep kids occupied. They also have tanning beds and a lounge/computer area. Facility has always been very well maintained as well.

In and out. If you get bored they have a pool table and an arcade.

Best place in town to dolaundry. They have a rewards program like no other laundry may i have used has.

The place is well kept, machines always clean and working about 99% of the time, and they are open for most of the day so easy to work in a day schedule.The workers are there to do their job and thats generally it, but not with a attitude or anything.Just not their to be your nanny which stresses the need for people to watch their own kids a bit more. On the slammed times theyll be live-moving-landmines if you arent careful.And hopefully you dont mind standing cause the people dont seem keen on splitting a table for four when its just one person.

They also offer a selection of snacks for purchase, including nachos, donuts, etc. The laundromat is always clean, and there are always plenty of available washers and dryers even on the busiest days and times. JJs offers discounted prices on various size washers every weekday (Monday-Friday). The washers and dryers take cash, debit or credit cards, or funds can be loaded to their unique fascard loyalty card which, on which rewards can be earned. Just all around a great laundromat that makes an unpleasant chore as pleasant as possible.

Great place to go!, the washing machines and dryers are newer, and all up to date, theres free coffee in the mornings there are games for kids to play theres a pool table the staff is extremely helpful and friendly, I would highly recommend this laundromat to anybody who is in the area.

I tried this laundromat. What a disappointment. They post hours beginning a 6:00am. I waited in the parking lot from 6:00am until 7:30am. I recommend washing your clothes in the river above using this place!!

One of the better places to do your laundry. Washers take debit cards, but I dont believe dryers do. You can bring your kids, there is a play area set aside, as well as a business area with computers.

A clean place you only have to wait for your laundry to be done ...you dont have to wait for next available because they have so many machines in there its fantastic. I love it...

I dont know if the guy attendant is new or old but he was having a very inappropriate conversation with another guy and it was very racist and Im not sure of why the conversation was even going on but it made a few people walk in and walk right back out once they caught a good amount of the conversation this is not a good thing

I was impressed with the resources available at this laundromat. They have multiple sizes of washers and dryers to accommodate almost any size wash. The place itself is clean with three separate entrances and convenient parking. It provides a nicely appointed study lounge, a childs play center, TV, pizza and nachos to order and a variety of soft drinks, coffee and donuts for purchase. But the best resource is Doug, the in store attendant, who helped me and other customers navigate different machines and laundry best practices. I actually enjoyed this otherwise rather tedious task because of Dougs pleasant demeanor and helpfulness.

Nice the amenities they have available for customers. There is a computer room, donuts or other snacks for purchase. You can watch TV, read books or magazines they have available. You can even tan while doing your laundry.

Best Laundromat hands down!!!Why are they the best? Its beacuse they keep the place CLEAN. Also if your a frequent customer, you can use their FastCard and save $2.00 For every 200 points earned.I have never have any issue with this laundromat, and Ive been coming here since 2015.

I love this Laundromat! Been going there sine I was little so over 15 years Ive been going there! Love love love this place and everyone that I met in those years has been nice. The staffs are kind! Atmosphere is welcoming and there are little area where kids can arcade and a small computer room for those who wants to use it. They have WIFI with password. just ask the staff for the password. I love this place! Mine and My family and Friends GO TO laundromat!

Busy times are usually on Sundays. I go here because its close to where I live. Ive never had a problem here and there has always been a washer and dryer available to me. Its convenient that the machines take cards. There is a computer area and arcade games which is nice. I didnt give this 5 stars because I dont like it when some staff are always smoking cigarettes right outside the entrance.

You really cant go wrong with 100 washers and dryers; this place is amazing! Regular ashers are half-price every Tuesday and Thursday; large-load washers, on Wednesday. There is a lounge with a couple of computers, and two sofas, and a bookshelf of reading material; and a few arcade games for the kids.

Go early in the morning and its quiet. No kids running around. Tuesday and Thursday are the cheapest days to get your laundry done. They have a computer room, tanning bed available, coffee, Donuts and more.

Only place you can get a pizza and langery

The facility is nice and well kept. Word of advice, use coins not your credit or debit card that they make convenient. The $ 2 swipe goes on your card fir $ 20 and they hold it few days before putting the credit back on....not sure why but not doing that again.

Best laundromat in Appleton so far. Clean and comfortable for what it is. Friendly staff. Small arcade and games with pizza and pretzels and snacks. Dollar and coin change machines and allows CC/bank card swiping directly at machines for convenience. Well priced washers, about 20-22 mins, with extended wash options and hot dryers, 25 cents for 10 mins. Plenty of carts and tables even when busy. Extra large and jumbo washers for comforters and other large items. You can do 4 loads of laundry here and be in an out within an hour!
