Very nice. The paper mills here have been covered into apartments and the seems to be a nice selection, as well as having a nice view of the river.

Beautiful inside and out. I went to visit a friend and was amazed and how hospitable the location was. Theres a family room open to the entire complex, a three seasons room, wonderful parking, and beautiful apartments in general with the older brick and high wooden beams.

Worst place to live, so glad I no longer need to deal with the horrible management in this place either! OVERPRICED TOO! My nice apartment in New York City was nicer and more reasonable than this place.

Mind blowing scenery

Great location, but the apartment managers made this place unbearable! If you need anything watch out, they dont like to work too hard. I was a quiet single guy and after living in this place for 6 months every little thing started breaking. If thats not enough to ruin your day they will constantly be increasing your rent ridiculous amounts. Do yourself a favor and go to Riverheath if your looking in a similar location, at least they are friendly and dont increase your rent every second they get. Plus the craftsmanship of the building is much better!

Would not recommend. Maintenance problems that take way too long to resolve, if at all. Poor management while we lived there. They were spraying the building for brown recluse spiders and the river flies are unbearable. Freezing cold and drafty in the winter and hot in the summer. Look elsewhere. Way over rated.

Good location. Terrible management! Be prepared to have rent raised every year for no reason at all, or plan to move out like I did after the first year.

My partner and I have lived in a multitude of apartments in many cities, big and small; the Historic Fox River Mill Apartments have provided the most friendly, responsive, and (within reason...) flexible leasing office we have ever encountered. The on-site maintenance team is responsive and does great work as well.Each apartments itself is unique, and the location - situated directly on the Fox River and a stairway away from the heart of downtown - cannot be beat. Very much worth a look!Thank you for everything!

Really neat apartments of all varying size and cost. Two underground garages. One decent and the other very tight and like parking in an mill. So fitting tho. Awesome public amenities for those that live there and I hear the staff and grounds support are on top of everything there. Beautiful water views.

Awesome renovation- to use and refurbish old buildings is Brilliant idea! Keeping the old look adds character! Wish I could afford!

Great view of the Fox River at multiple points; from an observation deck (high, comfortable, clean), the lower lounge (great cozy place to relax and settle down, free coffee in the mornings), and from a lovely padio where you can fish, settle on the furniture under the ivied canopy, or just observe the river, a newspaper, and or the hordes of carp finding calmer waters in the isolated part of the Fox.

Been here a month and we love it! Wide price range as far as rent, depending on size of unit. Awesome location, in close proximity to downtown entertainment.

We were in the tower and there were bats, spiders, and toilet flooding along with other problems. For the price I feel like we got ripped off. Not the best experience

The Beauty alone!

Basically as beautiful as pics make it. However, there are pics missing. Im a man that worked at Rye across from the radison.. I see the art. The new appliances and flooring. They did there job to make sure its accommodational until the halls lol. Working for a moving company sucked. They do not have halls fitted to move or such. I mean they are beautiful.. But halls are slim and a pain. Other than that the place is awesome and a pretty good spot with the river.
