I loved how I could bring a personal photo that was taken and have it quickly turned into a framed canvas print. I went in and even though he was busy I was walking out of the mall with my canvas photo print and delivered it the same day. It was so easy. I took my friends picture of her newborn baby that she posted and pretty much instantly the print was done. The new mom loved it. I went back and now doing the same for a bridal shower gift. The prices are unbelievably reasonable and the quality was great. No waiting 7-10 days for delivery or completion.

This is my third time here and Im really happy. Im even happier they finally have a rating tool because I love this place so much. I will be back.

Gone here three times now. The first time was great and only took 30 min for my pictures. Second time I was told about an hour for 3 pictures and when I went back he asked if I could wait another 30-45 minutes because he didnt want to waste fabric. Ok I can understand that, but when I went back still wasnt printed and I wanted to go home so he agreed to print it and all three turned out great despite spending 3 hours in the mall. Third time back was a nightmare I ordered two pictures and was told 30-45 minutes again. Came back after an our and he shows me one picture (a picture I had ordered on my second trip and turned out clear great) and said it had a spec on it and showed us and I thought I was just tired so it looked blurry, but my girlfriend agreed so he reprinted it and I asked about my second picture and was told it was done, but this will take 10-15 to reprint. We come back after that time and he hadnt even started the rendering process to print it so we stood there and waited until he was finished. When he was done I asked where my other picture was and he looked and asked What other picture? So I told him it was of two dogs and he shows me a picture of docks on a lake at sunset. I tell him not my picture and then he realizes he didnt even print it and then he says he has to go upstairs to make it and it will be 10 min so we wait 20 min. Then decide we arent waiting any longer and will be back the next day. Go in the next day and he shows my the picture and its blurry and doesnt look good unless youre 10 feet away. I explain to him my frustration from the night before and now he shows me this and all he could say was he worked hard on them and that the camera on my phone must not be very good (all pictures Ive taken to him were taken with my phone). I wasnt happy and he finally offered a refund on the second picture but wouldnt allow me to take it and destroy it. He kept saying I was hitting him with a triple whammy by taking a refund wasting his material and then taking the picture. He then started spouting how he owned a different business and he has morals which has nothing to do with this situation and shows his customer service skills are poor. In the end I took the refund for the one picture and didnt get to destroy the picture on my own and will not be happy if that picture is used on his stand for advertising purposes. I doubt I will be going back.
