My best friend lives there. Very clean park. Nice people.

I have a very good friend of mine that lives there its a very well-kept place beautiful trees The only setback is street noise from the highway Bear valley that is other than that its a beautiful little oasis in the desert

Live there for a little over a year. The owner is the meanest man Ive ever met. He is rude and disrespectful and they will ride you about any little thing you do wrong. We were womving in and they got mad we had empty boxes on the porch. My husband ran to the house to use restroom and was yelled at for parking the wrong way. Move here at your own risk.

Space rent is too high and is raised EVERY year. Owner / manager Eddie is a very controlling and greedy man. He also makes it very difficult to sell your home once you want to, by turning down potential buyers so he can low ball you to get your mobile home. Then he will sell it himself or rent out (breaking his own park rules, that state, no rentals allowed). Harrasses tenants and guests. Ask any resident there, for confirmation of these facts.

Park was decent and clean, however the Manager was not professional and most certainly not welcoming. Never have I ever felt such direct prejudice in my life. Manager was smoking a cigarette and was rude. My recommendation to the owners is the following: Have a professional company shop your Manager because she should not be in this position. Make it a great day.

Owner is very rude visited my friend and he came down calling my friend a third grader and been haslam him ever since wouldnt even give it one star. And he acts like your stupid and dont know the laws of renters rights

Place is decent but the manager is rude and prejudice . My brother used to live there and his kids were banned from the pool for 2 years and he was paying for pool privileges.

Vali Hi Mobile Park is very well kept. It seems to have very nice people who live there. I would like to live there.
