Had a great time. Grass was nice and green very good condition place was kept up nicely. Just wish my game was as nice as the course! Lol

Love this golf course. Very historical for us who grew up in Apple Valley. Lots of great memories, like swimming at midnight in one of the ponds, or picking fresh Apples from the many Apple trees (dont know if there are any still thriving).

Pretty good course. I like that its never really crowded

Great greens, good turf, and lots of shade. Only negative wild be the bunkers. They are either baked and hard or shady and muddy...

Place is probably the better course of the HD. Despite winter looking greens, its usually very green. Several Par 5s, couple ball drink holes. Trees, sand. Everything is usually kept up.

Super chill and really helpful guys at the pro shop. Course is pretty well taken care of.

Great course loved it. Well kept, greens were great. Will be playing this course again.

The playing surface had not been maintained in quite some time and they get you with alot of hidden fees would recommend going somewhere else for a great time

First time playing here, greens are awesome, holes are challenging. Only thing, which can be fixed, is that there needs to be a Marshall out there, got stuck behind 3 groups on one hole. Otherwise great place to play and price is VERY reasonable.

I always enjoy the course and friendly staff.The grounds crew really make an effort to keep it clean and in good shape. Price is also good.

A nice location for events.I visited the Apple Basket Golf Course for the wedding of a cousin.The ceremony was held outside in the first holes green and was nice. It was a beautiful setting, with a small arch for the bride, groom & officiant. Folding chairs were placed for guests.The reception was held inside. The dining area was dated, but clean and had plenty of space. The bar was also dated, but well stocked and the bartenders were friendly and competent. The food was very good (it was Mexican dishes).All around it was a very nice wedding and we enjoyed ourselves.

Nice public course, used to be a private country club. Well maintained at good prices. I like it a lot and play there often.

Greens where great but fast. Very Friendly staff.Driving range needs to be a little bigger. Fair ways just dry due to session but very playable.

Manager refused to let one of the golfers in our group his own cart as his son was going to be dropped off after school at the golf course. we stated it would be better so we could continue to play while he went to the parking lot and then come back with putt disruption of play to other players. manager said oh well. wont be going back with that kind of anti family attitude. green tree either as they manage that place too.

We had a great time, we came as a (3)threesome and left the course as a foursome.. we paired up with one of the members..Jim..he help with ball location, what to avoid, even reading the greens, and I hate to say it, but our threesome are all in our 60s this gentleman was 75 and out drove us most of the day. But the course was in good sharp considering the dormant conditions. Thanks for a beautiful round Groupon and Apple Valley GC.

Well guys, Your course is infested with ugly trees a dead trees.. Improper pruning and unsightly dead wood take away from the beauty

I dont play golf but I do walk around 18 holes.

Good for the area, but last time I went there were some patches of grass that definitely needed more grass

I almost always have a very good golf experience at Apple Valley GC. This place is the best activity in All of Apple Valley!!@

Nice golf course, but the guy working in the pro shop never smiles, I actually think it might be a medical condition or something...Just try to get him to smile!!! and the 19th hole is in need of a complete makeover....After 30 years, its time to remodel.That said, the course is always in great condition when Ive played.

The old pompous Pro running the unpro-shop is very condescending and rude. Especially to those who bring their kids with them or dont look like the prestigious white golfer. I have never had any problems with Russell. He and the gals in the bar were the reason our group ALWAYS went to AVCC. Pompous should learn some customer service from Russell, But from now on I will go to ashwood where they welcome all people, especially kids. Kids are what are going to keep this game alive.

Greens were cover with sand. Asked to get a rain check for another day they said NO. Maintenance workers driving around with no regard to paying patrons on the course. Shut down half first 9 and didnt have a sign up. Piss poor place to play shouldnt even get a star.
