We have had our annual banquet here for years. The place us very nice and holds 50 people easily. The place is fine for an event but what really stands out is the maintenance staff. They are always super helpful. Makes getting your security deposit back easy.

Wonderful programs for seniors! The Tuesday and Thursday morning chair exercise classes led by Kathryn are so beneficial and uplifting, both physically and mentally. She teaches us dance steps, too...like the Macarena! The dances are a gentle cardio workout and are fun! No stress...youre advised to do only what you can during the class.There are many senior-focused programs that improve our quality of life.Also, the Center shows great free movies the first Thursdays of the month. Popcorn included!The staff is friendly and helpful. The annual fee is extremely reasonable. I highly recommend checking the Fran Carlton Center out!

A friend had a baby shower at this place.The employee hovered and made sure she was in and out at a certain time, told her if it gets past a certain time she will be charged extra. She had to put the chair back up, take out trash and sweep to ensure she gets her deposit back.It does provide a restroom and kitchen for use.

I go over there Tuesdays and Thursdays for Chair exercises from 9 to 10.

Great chair bound exercise classes Tue & Thurs from 9-10am, also a free movie indoors on the first Thurs of each month at ten fifteen with popcorn ,and refreshments after the exercise class. They also make day trips to local festivals.
