Me and my family made a special trip and made plans surrounding a day at Rebounderz, it was not open even though we had called the day before and the lady told my partner that it would be open.We hope to go in the future and make another attempt to visit as it looks fun

Went here yesterday, on Saturday. The kids had fun but, besides that, this place was being run POORLY. I came while there was a big birthday party going on, so it was pretty busy, and for a good majority of the time there was only ONE referee watching ALL THREE AREAS. The kid was up at the foam pit and was trying his best to run the pit smoothly, while watching Basketball and the Open Jump at the same time. (the latter being both hectic and unattended by a referee. The gates werent closed, they were wide open)There were only four other employees there besides the kid up at foam pit. One was working the front desk, one was the host of the birthday party, and the other two who I could only assume were the other referees. They, however (while attending other parts of the store) such as the cafe, just walked by and glanced up at the jumpers and then continued on by. If they even WERE up there, they were up there no longer than ten minutes and then would just walk off, leaving the jumpers up there. Not to mention I saw a kid limping out of the building because their ankle got hurt on the unattended open jump. During downtime, when no one was coming in for a bit, they would just chit chat. Also, apparently, there was NO manager on shift that day, so the place was literally run by those kids.Im not entirely sure what the situation was, they were probably understaffed. I get its in the middle of a pandemic, so there mightve been a handful of people that had quit. But based off what I was seeing it was just ran so poorly. The only part of that place that only really seemed to care about your safety was the foam pit since it was the only area manned. I couldnt see why at LEAST the open jump was also being reffed while the girl up front maybe watched basketball for example, since it didnt seem to be as hectic.Whatever the case, I do hope they dont see this as acceptable.

It is definitely a place to take your kids or do a party, especially if you want them to burn off some energy. They have different tiers of how long you play on the trampolines. They have an hour, and and all day a long with a few others. The process arent that bad. They also have a 30 day pass for $30. They have an arcade you can play and ear tickets, which thos costs extra. They have 5 party rooms, each with a different theme. They have different specials going on during different times. They have a concession stand where you can order food and drinks. I was overall satisfied with the visit.

Dont waste your money! This is not worth more than $10 a kid and only to get them out of the heat a few hours. We have been to planet obstacle and sky zone so this place was so boring for my 5 boys ages 14, 12, 10 10, and 5. I had to force them to do jump for a little whil .

While the facility is nice, the music is always raunchy and not family friendly. They also have music video of all the songs. A lot of sexual scenes are in the videos that come on. Ive asked for family friendly music multiple times and keep hearing the same sexual songs and lyrics every time I come. Its gotten to the point that Im going to have to contact corporate.

First time there and it was nice, fun. The price was good.

My children enjoyed themselves ( 3 and 8) but this place was smaller than I expected. The employees are very young so that could explain the service we received. The person who greeted us was not the most knowledgeable and answered a phone call while we were waiting for her. While my children were jumping in the ball pit area, there is no time limit. So as soon as someone else wants to jump, we have to leave. They were not enthused about anyone being there. Also, the water in the water fountain did not taste well.

We visited here late in the evening of October 24th for an impromptu school night abbreviated celebration for my son’s birthday. We arrived just over an hour before closing hoping to squeeze in a little fun for him. The staff was absolutely amazing. Though we were the only ones there, and I’m quite sure ended up keeping them later than they would have otherwise planned to stay open (given the emptiness), they never once made us feel rushed or as if we were unwelcome. Each employee there was kind and courteous, patiently following my boys from one activity area to another to supervise. I walked to the back to find the food area had been cleaned up and closed - understandable given the place had emptied out. While phoning the rest of my party to let them know they may want to grab food on the way, one of the staff walked up to me to ask if I would like to place an order, and was more than happy to oblige us. They truly went above and beyond for my son, wishing him a happy birthday and even gifting him a special little treat. I was extremely impressed with and appreciative of how very accommodating they were. We will definitely come back again at a much earlier hour! Kudos Rebounderz Apopka, thank you!

Great place to take children of all ages from 4 to 14. They all seem to jump their energy out. A half an hour jump tires them out quick. They have supervision so if theres a rowdy kid around they keep it at Bay. So glad I found another option that wasnt clear to Orlando.

This was a great place to go. I went for a birthday party but you can easily go just to jump and have fun. The DJ was off the chain. I guess Im telling my age, lol.

Whole family which consisted of 5 adults and 4 kids ranging from 8 to 2 years old. Prices are reasonable especially for all day jumping, and they have plenty of activity with a foam pit, large jumping areas one for kids under 48in, basketball jumping and dodgeball. We may even get the monthly pass for 60, worth it when it can be used daily! We will definitely be back!

$25 each child to stay for more then 2 hours is pricey. That they would not let children use traction socks purchased from a different establishment is ridiculous. Had to use their socks only. What a blatant revenue enhancement scheme. The socks we had were better then the socks sold here. And of course standing there with the kids what are you going to do, leave? Terrible service experience and feel like I was extorted for extra money. Will not come back to this place given this experience and the facility is small and average at best. Skyzone was significant larger with more equipment for less money. And the kids had much more fun. Certainly not worth the price of admission. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Fun for the kids! My 3 year old was tired after 30 minutes, but an hour was good for my 5 and 7 year olds. I wish they would allow parents to help toddlers for free; its expensive to go, and that much more if youre paying for an adult.

I agree with previous reviews, this place is a joke. I don’t care if this is closer to my house I won’t be coming back. I’d rather drive to Sanford and go to Altitude. Same price and WAY more to do and almost NO lines. My kids spent too much time in a line to jump into foam for 1 min. The line to pay is almost to the door with only one very slow cashier. It offers the same price as Altitude yet it has only 3 jump stations? Nope. This place shouldn’t charge the same price as a place who offers so much more. This place is a rip off. Then they said they ran out of toddler socks and told me that my youngest had to keep his shoes on, but I had to pay for my oldest to have socks? And then when it was time to jump other workers told him he had to take his shoes off and wear his regular socks? So he has no grippers and is at a bigger risk of hurting himself... nice job guys. Nobody was working the ticket counter, had to walk around to find someone to show up. Found someone behind the counter just chit chatting away with another employee. This place is just poorly ran. We tried it and it’s not worth it to do it again. Not to mention, the bathrooms were DISGUSTING. Poorly ran all around. Won’t return.

Kids had a great time, and its a great place to let them run wild. Fun arcade too!

Lots of room, equipment taken care of, fun

This place is a joke, and the staff is horrendous. I went yesterday with my family and visiting brothers. As soon as we arrived for our hour jump, they closed the one section where my 2 year old can jump, because someone threw up. Now for some reason, it takes them 30 minutes to clean up puke. And when they clean up puke, they will close that entire section. In addition to not being able to use half the time we paid for, the staff was just straight up rude about it. I finally had to ask after 15 minutes because no one was telling anybody what was going on. My wife attempted to get our money back, but they must have had someone new at the register, my wife was worried about missing the rest of our 30 minute jump time because of how slowly they were checking people in.Then finally we started to have fun. We went to the foam pit, waited what felt like the rest of our time. Why did we wait so long? The kid running the foam pit let all of her friends go in the exit and ditch everyone in line. My 6 year old had to wait to jump because her teenage friends were being rude and not waiting in line. And as soon as we finished this, our jump time was up. What a joke.I was really excited about this place. Its right next to my sons school. I would have been able to take my 2 year old to jump before we pick him up from school, or after school. But, we will never come back. This place is a joke, the customer service is laughable.

We took our kids on a friday night and it was like a kids club in there. Our older boys loved it and even our twin toddlers enjoyed themselves.

Took the grandkids, and they really enjoyed themselves. Going back soon.

Went once for a b.day. staff in the front them girls are SUPER RUDE horrible customer service, not welcoming at all, Just with that I did not even want to bother with this place. They are not a big deal, I honestly think there are by far better places to take your children. And very pricey. First and last time going there.

Great fun here but I dont like being forced to supply so much personal information just to jump on trampolines.

The place, food and games were great. Staff dropped the ball on birthday party so no need to pay all that money and still have to run around and do everything yourself

This place Robs you of your time and money. my kids had to wait 2 min everytime they wanted to go in any section. Taking time out of there play time that I payed for. Smh ridiculous next time I will visit the one in Sanford.

Bought a Groupon because the pictures looked like itd be fun but we definitely wont be coming back. Not much to do. They definitely need to upgrade the activities. Its a small place. Better for the little little ones. Dont waste your money if you have older children. Youre better off going to Hangar 15 or Sky Zone in Daytona or even Altitudes in Sanford.

My son love the place. My only complain, they need better arcade games and most of the one there were not working properly.

We had never visited a trampoline park before due to my kids ages of only 3 and 7. I thoroughly researched everything beforehand on their website and was pleased by the Spring Break special they were running -$15 for all day jump! We are equidistant to another trampoline park in Daytona but those prices were very high in comparison and had even less varied attractions. The other trampoline parks in Orlando were higher than this one as well.I see many of the reviews negatively mention that you must purchase their socks even if you have another companys skid socks. I can see why because if you were wearing skid socks but they were another color from another establishment, how would the staff know if they were truly skid socks? Their socks are all the same with the logo on top so the staff will know at a quick glance if you are safe with your socks.After reading some negative reviews about separating younger kids and long lines at attractions with no time limits, I was pleased to see the opposite! Once it was busy enough to have lines, the referee would blow the whistle about every 10 minutes so that the current jumpers could leave and the next jumpers could go in. The only attraction that had a line while we were there was the foam pit. The big main trampoline area had a net divider and a sign saying 42 and under only (not including parents) which the referee did enforce very well and my 3 year old and I had a great time in there!The cold water fountain was definitely a plus because I hate the taste and price of bottled water! My only recommendation for management is that they need to have foot booties available for the restrooms as wearing socks inside bathrooms is not sanitary and I was was carefully watching for wet spots on the floor. Ive taken my children to about 5 indoor playgrounds (not trampoline parks) and they all require regular socks but have disposable booties at the restroom entrances. This would be a wonderful and low cost improvement.I didnt leave my 3 year old alone because I was having fun jumping with him, but I certainly would have felt comfortable doing so because there is at least one referee at each attraction and they were doing a great job monitoring the children.We cant wait to return again and even plan to buy a membership over the Summer months!

Its really fun . The only problem is if you dont come on a busy day , some stuff will be closed. When I went there on Monday, the only things that where available was basketball and the regular bounce. So if you want everything to be open you should come on Friday Saturday or Sunday.

I visited the place this past Sunday, four days ago.While this indoor play area can be fun for kids, and at most times it probably is, I would not recommend anyone who cares about hygiene and cleanliness and over all health of their kids, to even approach this facility.The bad feeling starts when you open the door.You are welcomed by strong odor of sweat.The place is under ventilated and not refreshed.Good ventilating system and deodorizing system are not cheap, but one will expect such a place to invest in these systems to welcome those who pay “good money” to enjoy, to not get “hit” by strong and unpleasant smell.Once your nose got used to the smell, you will notice the socks you are provided with for jumping and walking around are the same socks you will step with into the bathroom.I am not sure of the situation in the ladies bathroom, but I can tell you in the men bathroom there is always urine on the floor by the urinals. That’s pretty much a given. It’s the same everywhere.However, once you done using the urinal and after stepping with your socks on the filthy urine floor, you step right back out and continue your “fun” time.Everywhere you go now, you will leave your “mark” where your feet are.Disgusting? It sure is.Simple and cheap, disposable feet covers will solve this issue easily.Lastly, by now I realized the owner of the place, is there to make money (which is what he should be there for), but is extremely lacking any investment in improving the place and the over all experience, for which he is charging a “nice” amount for, is employing kids as supervisors of the different areas.You can’t have kids supervising kids for the only reason THEY ARE NOT SUPERVISING!!!They are on their smart phones, most of the times, and frankly do not care what they are there to supervise.This type of supervision is useless.So, to conclude, if your health, hygiene and cleanliness are things you care about, try to enjoy the same, somewhere else.If the owner will invest in improving the above points, not only he will have much happier customers but he/ she will increase their number of clientele.

Staff was friendly...facility overall left much to be desired only 3 playing areas and a small arcade. The kids had a great time as did we but there are better trampoline places with more options available. Probably wouldnt go back to this one.

Well I broke my toe there so... but regardless it is really fun and I reccomend going there if you jumping and if you have the stamina to do it.

I was there yesterday for the first time and will not be going back. I was not happy with how this place is setup in regards to separating kids by ages. Its ridiculous that little kids have to jump with big kids!! Specially when they had an area to right that was closed off. Little kids should be separated from big kids no exceptions!! This is dangerous!! My son got bumped, pushed, runned into like 3 times. This is not a safe and fun environment!! Management should know better!

Cannot wait till next month to celebrate my daughters 8th birthday! GREAT supervised fun for the kids!

I use to work at a trampoline park... this place was so dirty it’s unacceptable. The workers are rude and rolls their eyes constantly. Park is very small too

Wasnt the best of experiences. Bought off Groupon to include socks. I get to the place only to found out I only saved $1 then I got charged sales tax even tho I already purchased from groupon... At any rate. Once you get in there you realize that there is only found attractions that get heavily crowded. My son loved the foam pit but as soon as they jumped off the trampoline the staff started blowing whistles and yelling times up, exit over there! I would have loved to take video of my child, but was not allowed because the staff pointed to the sign and no cameras, keys or anything allowed in the area. So all in all, my first time to a trampoline park, not the best. Almost $30 bucks for an hour.

A bit pricey. You almost have to buy an all day pass versus a 1 hour pass because you end up standing in line for up to 5-10 mins at a time to use the trampolines. The place is kept clean which is a plus.

Great place for the entire family. It is clean and well managed. It is perfect for a rainy day in Florida. The staff are very nice and ready to help. I advise to keep the phone in the car because it can easily fall out of your pocket and one it falls into the foam pit, your phone will be gone forever

Went here on Friday night with the kids and OMG it was the greatest....we have been before only during the wk and during the day. At night its a whole different atmosphere.... Its like a club for kidsA DJ spinning the latest hits, black lights and strobe lights....girls at the front desk were super nice....my daughter enjoyed dancing more than bouncing lolWe even got one of his CDs to take and she was siked about that even more. Given the circumstances that this was a surprise for the kids and they thought their surprise was going to Publix(since its in the same parking lot) lol they enjoyed themselves....were going again this wknd and get the Groupon it is sooo worth it.

Fun until it gets really crowded - they run dodgeball well. But my kids gave up before their time ran out once things filled up. Big destination for day camps.

Took my son and his friend here for his 11th birthday on a Thursday and had a blast! It was so inexpensive! They werent busy at all so my boys really got to enjoy the arena and the foam pit was a hit! The food was a little pricey and we didnt care for the nachos, but all in all we had a blast! Definitely bringing them back soon.

Bad it was soo hot no a.c. lost my sock in the ball pit the the manger gave us a hard time about the package break down and seem not too be happy he was working an2i arrived at 6 and they wasnt making anymore food and they close at 8 but my kids had fun for the most part

We will never go back again. When my daughter broke her ankle on their trampoline the employee did not even try to help get her off or find medical attention for her he ignored the entire situation. The management was more concerned about the accident form than they were her well being and again finding medical attention. This is a terrible place be forewarned when you sign the waiver if you get hurt they will do nothing to help you........

Loved it! The directions were clear at The door on where to go to sign the waiver and then the line. Staff was friendly, attentive and polite! Lots of fun and very enjoyable time!

For a 300 dollar price tag for a 2 hour party I expected more. We arrived at 1130am and booked a party. We were not told until 1245 PM that we had to be out of the party room by 1pm. If we had been told we would not have paid that much money for an hour and a half. This was at no point discussed with me or my party. Supposed to be 2 hours total time. Shorted to and hour and a half. Shame. Way to much money for the disappointment of 10 children.

Like the place, good place to take the kids to burn off their energy. Price wasnt bad. My complaint, the ppl that are supposed to be watching the kids and making sure theyre safe are not really involved. I had to be in top of my girls so that they would be careful and stay in their square. I Have a 3 year old so i didnt want her to get hurt. Those kids need more training and they need to be more involved and lively!Edit to 5 stars: last few times the employees have been very attentive to the kids and making sure they follow the rules and not get hurt. So glad theyve listened, kudos!

Had my sons birthday party here and the staff was friendly and the kids seemed to have fun here with the bouncing and different things they offer, only thing is if you take a friend you cannot do waiver for them it has to be their parent.

Have been to this place several times in the past and had a good experience. However, Sunday, August 19th must have been a bad day for the staff as they didnt seem their usual friendly selves. Although my child had skid proof socks, I was forced to get one of their socks. Really! The man guarding the jump area my child entered, made him cry by strongly insisting he had to get out because he didnt have company logo socks on. Mind you, I dont recollect seeing a sign saying Its compulsory I purchase company logo socks. The main floor was black with filth. I dont ever recall seeing the floor in that condition on any of our previous visits. I also noticed there was no announcement over PA system nor TV screen with the information about what color was jumping and how much time was left as there had been in the past. TV screens were just full of company self promotions. Maybe they were just having an off day. If this was my first visit, I wouldnt return.

Its a cool place for young ones. It will tire them out. Not much for young adults and adults except for some arcade games. The one pit where you can do flips into a a pile of foam safely, you have a time limit which is a bummer. Overall its a great place for kids to have fun. The staff are really nice and helpful and make it pleasant for you to be there. After an hour youll be done. Enjoy.

We had a birthday party room. They did a great job on everything. We had a great time. The bouncing was great and all equipment was in great shape.The only down side was the back of the common area, someone spill a soda that was not cleaned up and the floor was sticky. And in the mens room the hand towel dispenser was broke.

They have a toddler time! I guess during the school year toddler time is Tuesdays 10 - 1. During summer break toddler time is Sundays 10 - 12.At your first visit youll have to register yourself & kids and also buy the special socks.

My kids love this place. We planned 3 birthday parties here this year. We will definitely come back. And the staffs are friendly.

Too many teenagers, not saying that they should not be able to play but I really feel that for Dodgeball there should be a separate place for the teenagers vs. the smaller children.

Great staff. Does not have a climbing wall or obstacle course, but does have a foam pit, basketball and dodgeball courts.

Most of the employees are very kind and friendly. My son is going to their Summer Camp Program and he loves it. They offer before and after care, lunch and crafts.

I spent a Saturday here with my boys age 8 and 1. I enjoyed that both boys had things to do here but there isn’t really much here to do there’s basketball dodgeball and area with a foam pit and an area with just trampoline jumping. So for smaller kids sure a good way to waste a few bucks but for a better value other jump places have rebounderz beat.

It isnt bad as far as kids entertainment cash grabs go. Its relatively clean, and the staff was friendly, and helpful.

Unengaged, unprepared, and unfriendly staff. We have taken a break from visiting but it only took one visit back to remember why we chose other indoor trampoline places nowadays.

Fun hour for the kids. Safe and workers are friendly. An hour is more than enough time to have fun. And if youre a mother like myself use groupon. I spent $46 for 4 kids sock included and jumptime for an hour. They loved it and I did as well bc I saved alot of money. Win win situation.

Staff managing the line is rude and appears as if you are bothering them. Got all the way to the front of the line which wasnt short only to find out that our waivers had expired somehow. Instead of having me go and redo which takes maybe 1 min and come back. She made me wait in the line all over again. Then same rude indifferent attitude.Then the attendant who is supposed to be making sure everyone is abiding by the rules jumping comes up to me and after my child fell into the net and got tangled at the bottom. Comes over and rudely and loudly tells me to do a better job watching my kids.I will drive out of my way to go to any of the other places that provide a similar product to not go here again.If Im going to spend my money it will be where people treat you and your family better and with more respect.

Was there for a bday party. I cant even explain how disappointing this place is.Its DISGUSTING!1. They need better ventilation because it smells like straight up feet and BO.2. You should ditch the arcade and add more stuff to jump.4. How about a completely SEPERATE toddler area not connected to the main jumping area.Im sorry rebounderz but I unfortunately will not be returning and definitely would not refer anyone. Hopefully your employees can be trained to clean the place better and maintain it. And maybe add more to it.

These place finally got together a team that knows how make the experience less crazy for us parents I mean my son loves coming here with his friends and now that they obviously made some changes in the management everything started to working trouble -less. I like the fact that I can spend fun time that keeps him active and engaged him into social interactions while in a safe seeting. I would love to have more places like these around the aRea. I can resist to be part of the fun. The whole family can create great memories here.

Awesome! They allow children to have fun around the entire facility. There is not any age restrictions or designated area to specified age groups, which allows all children to be able to play together. Unlike Sky Zone, which sucks!

We were at special party event for kids so I assume our experience its not what you would expect on any given day. While the facility is very good, the place was overcrowded and the staff did a poor job at keeping order at the different areas.

The girl working the front could have had a little more customer service and less twerking and less pretending to suffocate her friend with a trash bag. (dont think the other girl worked there) but aside from that, the place is a blast everytime were there and the kids always have so much fun!

Great Safe Atmosphere. Manager reimbursed us due to the fact that we were there for the first time for a bday party and didnt know we would be taken care of by them. I will definately go back with my kids, grandkids and friends kids for an entire day of jumping and eating at the premises. Great pizza!

This place is not as great as it used to be. We used to come here all the time when we lived in Apopka. We moved 40 mins. away, and decided to bring our oldest back today, b/c she chose to come here instead of going some where new. For starters, they no longer have the kiddie trampolines, which was great for children in the toddler ages. Secondly, while my older two children were in a different area with my husband, I was sitting on a trampoline square, playing with my younger toddler. At the time, the children who were jumping in that area were leaving, and I was told by one of the staff that we couldnt be on the trampoline area with shoes on, and needed socks (in a condescending tone). I asked if they had socks to fit my child, and was told she was fine, but I needed socks. Ok, no problem. I got socks on, and proceeded back to playing with my child while sitting on one trampoline square. At this time the area was completely empty except for my and my child. After 4 minutes of us playing, the employee supervising the area told me (in a condescending way as well) that I couldnt sit on the trampoline, and would have to stand up. I asked him how my child was supposed to play on the trampoline with me standing (she is not yet walking). He replies If shes not able to play with out you sitting with her, she probably shouldnt be up here. It wasnt what he said, it was how he said it. Also, if this was the case, why tell me this AFTER we purchased the socks? As many others have already stated, it is mainly for children, and enjoyable, for max, an hour. They do have a mini arcade area, so thats that. Unfortunately, after my experience today, we will not be returning.
